Worst pharmacy EVER!!!!!! People are rude and disrespectful. Moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy

Pharmacy is a mess with few people understand how to find faxed or refill Rxs or understanding the code for an authorized Rx by the insurance company. Their app is often wrong with the actual status of the progression through a Tx received through the steps to being filled. Their app telephone wait times are long and it's not uncommon to be hung up on without time to say anything- they pick up and hang up immediately or you're on hold and get disconnected and they sigh and puff when you ask to please check on an RX that's status on the app goes back and forth or you want to make sure your Rxs are filled ( many times they will say filled in the app or by text but they are not when you arrive. And they don't all wets lab coats with names- even the pharmacists don't show their badges clearly and several times the staff have been in sweats with stains on them and no id in sight- heck you or I could walk behind the counter and no one would know that we don't belong there. Walgreens uses a pharmacy wide computer system so unless you rarely need medication and it's a common antibiotic I would choose a different location and get a consult first with the head pharmacist for that store. read more

I've been getting my prescriptions and vaccines at this Walgreens for years. They are very efficient and courteous. I've been getting my COVID treatments since 2022. Their record keeping is impeccable, their pharmacy staff is courteous and helpful. I call it my to go place. The reviews here are old. Walgreens services are really great and their customer service is notable. I would recommend their services to anyone who wishes good care. PS: The recession is impacting inventory and it is notable. But this is a recent event based on national activities, not the store management. read more

This place needs to be torn down. I never thought I'd ever be compelled to write a review for a Walgreens but the consistently horrible experiences here forced my hand. My work often leads me to the area and I might stop off at this Walgreens for supplies and snacks. Finding the items you're looking for typically isn't a problem but finding someone to check you out is. Or maybe the registers are broken so they can't help you. Yes, you read that right. Every register in the building was out of order at the same time. Or perhaps they're down to the lone pharmacy register so you'll have to get in line with 20 equally disgruntled customers at the back of the store. I'm swearing this place off and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere unless you especially love having your time wasted. read more

Negative "stars," if it were possible. Walgreens closed a store much closer to my house & transferred prescription records here. When I attempted to get a refill, I was unable to do so by the app or by telephone. Was kept waiting on the phone for a half hour, before they spontaneously disconnected the call. Went to the store at opening time today & had to wait in line with a dozen other people who had the same experience. Then finally got to the counter & was told that my doctor will need to file a new Rx because of some technicality. He will be requesting a new prescription, but I guarantee that it will not be via the Walgreens company. I'm voting with my wallet and my feet. I will not spend money with a company that fails to respect the value of my time. read more

This Walgreens deserves a negative rating. The pharmacy is super slow - they mess up prescriptions, cancel them, can't locate them and anything else you could think of. The staff seems to careless about customer service. It's horrible and the management team needs to take care of this read more

Walgreens customer service is terrible, the drive thru pharmacy is always closed. The pharmacy line is always ridiculously long and prescriptions are never ready on time. Pay your pharmacist so they want to work for you. If you can't provide service you should close. I will transfer my prescription. Don't come here! read more

Made an appointment on walgreens website to get flu vaccine at this location. When I showed up the store was closed. The parking lot was empty. The lights were out. This was at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. read more

I went to your store today 2204 N rolling road , Baltimore Maryland.. around 12:20pm,, and I was shopping for tooth brushes for me and my child and other beauty products... My child is an autistic 3 year old. who does not do well with being told no... She picked up a toy from your store and I told her no.. She threw a tantrum... It's already embarrassing enough my child throws these tantrums and due to her condition it is hard for her to calm down .. When I was quickly trying to cash out with the little bit of products I had ... I hear an employee who is cashing out whatever snack items she had . She is bashing me and my child.. saying people let their kids do whatever now a days, I have no control over my child, this place is not a daycare ... I can understand if my child was grabbing products and throwing them around... But all my child was doing was crying really loud and stimming.. Her stimming is running around in a circle . She was circling around your store .. The employee didn't know I was the mother and I was right behind her ... I continued to let her rant because I wanted to see how far she would go.. she finally walks away and we sees my child circling.. She finally says Whose child is this.. I said MINE.... She became real quiet..... I asked the fellow cashier upfront... I do not Remember his name but I have my receipts . I asked him for her name, and corporates number .. And I told him if she can't handle working at a FAMILY STORE .. Where kids and BOUND TO CRY .. She needs to find a new profession .. Beyond disheartening... Ugh...this place can only accept cash, not credit or debit cards. I wonder how they expect to do any business?

Every time i visit this Walgreens I feel it becomes worse and worse. The good thing is the 2 redboxes located out front. On this particular visit i needed some vitamins. I always feel this store is not lit well, never feels inviting and really doesn't encourage me to want to return. I do notice that a hurried greeting of "welcome to walgreens" is given to every person that walks through the door. So as i browsed the store for other items i realizes almost everything down to deodorant was behind locked plexi glass cases. I personally am easily annoyed by this. If i want to shop, i like to smell, touch, read labels, etc. so needless to say i left those aisle and continued on to what i came for. So I grabbed my selected vitamins and headed to the register. Well i realized the pricing is wrong and i am charge en extra $5. The cashier tells me that if i want to contest it, they will need to do a price check. My mouth and smile said sure, but my brain said..well duh. So i go to the back of the store again and wait for a staff member. It turns out the label was on the wrong item. So i get the right bottle & head back to the cashier who makes me wait while she checks out not 1, not 2, but 3 other customers. I am standing right at the front of the line mind you. Her explanation is she has to call to the back to confirm what happened during the price check. My smile and nod said sure but my brain said wtf??? i would not still be here if items were labeled right, and why didn't the staff person escort me back to checkout to assure everything went smoothly. Basically i was there longer than necessary. The customer service was lukewarm and i entered happy and left annoyed. read more

I was here to buy a BD card , only. We were greeted by a cashier as we entered the store. She offered a sincere greeting. The greetings cards that we came to shop were clearly marked & organized. When we went to her for checking out, she sweetly asked how I was feeling. I got a good feeling from her, like she was a caring person. I come here a lot and the service is mhem depending on the day. But today I was so furious with the service I'm writting this from the parking lot these people had my son in line for 15min and when I came into the store to see what was happening that didn't make any attempt to speed the process up .
