Had a terrible experience with a pharmacist named Tyler absolutely inappropriate laughing at me and being inappropriate towards me. I had reported him if you see a young kid working as a pharmacist the store avoid him. His name is Tyler. He is a person with no empathy no knowledge of any medication he couldn't tell me something that any other pharmacist would be able to tell me his behavior towards me was totally inappropriate and they tried to ban me from this pharmacy for getting into it with him. He is totally inappropriate and has no idea what he's talking about. Remember if you go to this pharmacy deal with the pharmacy manager Tyler is a young kid who probably just got out of school and has no experience doing that. She also called my doctor and was telling my doctor that they will no longer fill my prescriptions which is manager told me that they will still fill my prescriptions again this guy, Tyler, the store manager as well. Aaron is completely inappropriate. They are the worst Walgreens in Boca RATON . If not, I've complained about another worker in the store named Sierra, who usually has red hair in the store. We visited Walgreens to get pass port photos taken. The person waiting us Terry continued working on some task we finally after patiently waiting ask another person to speak to a manager only to find out she was the manager. We would not do business there in the future and although we are long time Walgreens shoppers will spread the word on this Clint Moore location. read more

The worst of the worst. Made an appointment for my booster. They had me wait over an hour and no one online. Very short staffed.

I stop in this store all the time and I never thought to write a review. I must admit this is not your typical Walgreens. This store has an expanded refrigerated case. Although I have not purchased any of the food, the selection is pretty large. Even though I am sure everything is fresh, I just don't feel comfortable buying a salad or fruit bowl here. Even more bizarre is that they also sell sushi. Something about buying sushi from Walgreens just doesn't sit well with me. This store is huge. They have a large selection of greeting cards and I have found some really good ones here. I also like the cosmetics department a lot. I have been known to pop in here after a stressful work day and leave with a new lipstick or two. That usually cheers me up. The employees are the highlight of the store. They are always helpful and always friendly. If you ask them where something is located, they not only tell you which isle it's down but they will walk with you to assure you find what you are looking for. The customer service I have received is quite impressive. I have to hold back the fifth star because of the slow check out lines. It's always a slow process to pay and leave. Even if there are only two people ahead of you, be prepared for a wait. I just don't get it. This Walgreens is located on the NE corner of Clint Moore Road and Military Trail. The pharmacy has a drive thru, the parking lot is big and the staff is awesome. And if you are feeling brave, you can even buy yourself a nice sushi lunch. read more

I recently tested positive for Covid following a lengthy hospitalization. My physician prescribed Paxlovid. About six hours later I got notified that Walgreens didn't have the medication. They did not offer me any alternative to get it. Another Walgreens maybe? Anyone who knows anything about this medication knows it needs to be started immediately after a Covid diagnosis. About a week days later and I'm getting messages that it's filled. Horrible service! Too late. I got it from another pharmacy in a timely manner. Not from a Walgreens. read more

Great drugstore, so much better than CVS and Rite Aid in my opinion. The new renovated Walgreens branches look great. We'll lit, very airy. They have all the usual drugstore BS, and they're even trying to up their game with premium food to go. I swear they were selling sushi here the other day. Not that I'd buy sushi at Walgreens, but hey, they're definitely trying. They also have a compact liquor store on the side, so you can pick up some vodka after you get your scripts. I have never written a review. However, I am so frustrated and angry at the incompetence at this Walgreens pharmacy. First I get an automated call saying there is a delay because of insurance issue. Never a follow up call for an update so I drive to the store. They don't have a record of the script. I call my doctor. He sends it again. Still, no one knows about it, The website has no record. So, I call. I hold on for a live person. In total, 3 hours, 5 times, 5 disconnects. I get in my car and drive once again to the store. I ask for the store manager. Gone home. I speak with an assistant manager. She checks and says my insurance will not cover. I say OK. I'll pay out of pocket. But, the pharmacist is out to lunch (at 7pm)! When will he be back, I ask? Don't know is the response. Well, he went home! No one at this store communicates with each other. There is no structure in place. Is this the way an organization is supposed to exist? there was another customer ( a doctor) who was also complaining because he received notification that all his scripts were ready to be picked up. Called the pharmacy to update some information. Asked a few questions regarding the cost and I guess John the pharmacist was overwhelmed and felt the need to tell me that I'm not obligated to buy the medication and HUNG UP. I suppose a sick patient having concerns is too much for a pharmacist to handle. The technician that checked me out was helpful. Hanging up on someone is by far the biggest slap in the face. I made an appointment for a flu vaccine, showed up on time, nobody else was waiting, and I was told I would have to wait at least 40 minutes. Avoid this store as it is very poorly managed. read more

Wow this place is something else .. I bought sour cream when I got to work I opened it and it had a dipped finger in it!!! Disgusting called and told them what had happened and I can't just leave work to come back but my boss let me .... had to come all the way back which I have you know how disgustedly very hot outside it is and went and told the manager what had happened I thought I deserved my money back for the round trip I had to do and was given the WORST attitude by the manger (male) giving the worst attitude over a dollar item. It was the principle not the cost why I felt I needed my money back rude customer service !!!! I was shopping here this morning and needed eye drops. I was looking at a new Bausch and Lomb end cap with some drops. The top two bottles were labeled "samples not for sale". I thought I would try them. When I took my cart to the cashier, I showed her the two sample bottles. She took them both to "ask the manager". She returned and told me I couldn't have the two samples, but could buy two bottles for $15 each. No further explanation. Poor customer service. read more

I entered the store to buy a card... the card department was a total mess... and the card I chose had no envelope I got in line to pay and it took no less than 20 minutes to get to the register and a clerk... It is now September 14, 2015 and my sister now gets her prescriptions filled at the Walgreen's at Clint Moore road and Military Road in Boca Raton, FL. All of the issues she had with the other location on Jog and Litton are still happening at this location. Emails are sent saying prescriptions are ready to be picked up and are not ready when we make a special trip to get them. Spoke with the pharmacy manager a week ago and he assured me they would make sure she did not have any more problems. Same problem a few days later and have not been able to talk with manager since then. read more
