Nothing has improved about this location. Since they were Rites Aid customer service has been the last thing they focus on. The store always looks like it's in shambles and the customer service reps are rude especially the pharmacists. They never have enough registers open to serve the long line of customers so customers wait in excess of 10 minutes before they checkout. read more

Echoing what others here say. The pharmacist is absolutely rude, belittles customers in front of other customers. I typically wouldn't take it, but when someone has the medication you desperately need, you kind of just start to beg. This has now happened to me at this location three separate times. I'm on the phone with the pharm right now who is rude, unprofessional as a pharmacist handling medication and very condescending. I'm on my way out of town I'm trying to make sure my medication will be ready and she is refusing to ask straight forward questions. I'm disabled and understand things differently and she is making me feel very i adequat by her responses. I am recording the converstation. This pharmacist needs to be fired and I'm going to report her liscense. The conversation is being recorded and she has had me on the phone for over 30 minutes for 2 medications. Now she has transferred me to this is unacceptable. The pharmacist name is Judy and they said she's a floater. The pharmacist Ellsward is always very nice and pleasant. read more

If zero stars were an option. As you all can see I seldom post on here, but this place gets an exception. The customer service in the pharmacy needs a refresh button. From the pharmacists to the people at the register, the blatant disregard for people's needs and hospitality is horrible. One of the pharmacists doesn't even look at you when you try and ask her a question. So the pharmacy shuts down for a half hour for break. Wow! They can't just rotate the breaks of the employees, instead of completely closing? And then the people behind "scrambling" to get your prescription keep saying how they were on break. No one on the line cares that you were on break. It was almost comedic how slow they were actually moving. Then this one girl has the audacity to tell someone they have to go through the deliveries they got in the morning to find a medication. If that's the case, don't go on break until the job is done. You work in an industry where people actually need something somewhat serious from you. If you can't handle that, find a new job, or please go online and search people skills. Maybe, just maybe that would help. read more

Very rude woman in the pharmacy department. I entered the pharmacy for an appointment today for my COVID booster. The young Asian lady who was nice about it till the other woman (head pharmacist there) well, she did act like she had higher command so, I'm assuming she is. Was very rude due to my insurance not working and then tells the young lady helping me" are you still struggling over there" . And denies my shot. There's more to this story! They called rite aid for assistance from where I got my first shot. Apparently my insurance is canceled. And just denied me with no problem. Stay away!!! Go to a pharmacy where they will genuinely help. So I called rite aid back and mentioned my situation. They then tell me to have Walgreens call them so they can guid my situation to get the shot then and there. I then tell the lady from rite aid , I am never going back there as rude as that woman was. I will go to rite aid instead. So rite aid gave me permission to walk in tomorrow and help get my booster. When I made the appointment, it says they will also give you the vaccination without insurance besides mine being expired sadly a few months too late. read more

If you need a vaccine and schedule a specific day and time in advance. Prepare to wait 2 hours despite your appointment. If your doctor calls in your prescription and says "it should be ready when you get there." It won't. Prepare to wait another 2-3 hours. The pharmacy is absolutely terrible here. They work at a snails pace. Or, they are under staffed. They will tell you it will be ready in 20 mins. Just go home and go back the next day. Terrible. read more

This Walgreen's is the absolute worst. Slow check out. No cashiers, no option to check out yourself although one could see why, always getting robbed. Forget the Pharmacy. There was a line but "they were out to lunch". I've never seen a pharmacy out to lunch. People are getting meds for a reason. They don't need to go back and forth. Do not go here. Went last night after work I avoid that store every time long waits on line only 1 or 2 cashiers. CVS is closed so I had to go to Walgreens again long line only 2 cashiers after 5 min one of cashiers called for help after a few minutes someone comes helps he is wearing a skull cap that says boo on it smh finally after 10-15 min on line I get to register some guy in a gray polo asked associates if they want something from store I asked the guy in the skull cap if he is the manager he said no the manager just left to go to store I will never go back if that's how they run there store SMH I will tell everyone to avoid read more
