Absolutely the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to in over 20 years! Pharmacists are retards, prescriptions are NEVER ON TIME, horrible service consistently now for a year since I moved to this Armpit town! I'm more angry at myself for repeatedly going back! Today I was called that all my medications were ready and of course when I arrived to pick them up, they were not ready! So I told them I wanted all 4 of my prescriptions back to take my business elsewhere and in 45 minutes, all they could find was 3 out of 4 and the 4th one was my pain Meds that I had to wait 24 hours for, to give me relief of my Pancreatic Cancer! I will be contacting their corporate office, my attorney as well as my Doctor Obviously! GO TO CVS OR WALMART! Even the Pharmacy at Smiths Grocery is better than this shithole! read more

Just arrived from SD, and tried to talk to the rude clerk in the Pharmacy, very short, acted like she was doing me a favor. Pickuped a prescription from the Pharmacist, and HE was short and rude, as I was bothering him. I am gone to Sam's Club today. read more

Worst pharmacy ever is right. Been using them all spring & summer for driveup window convenience because I have had my dog with me and been injured. Lets just say there is NO conveniences to be had of ANY kind here. I've never had som many mistakes and so many difficulities and long, sometimes never-ending delays getting prescriptions in my life almost every single time. Getting anything done over the phone, even when your insurance tries to do it for you, takes an hour plus on hold and they still can't get it right if heaven forbid anything has slightly been modified. Once after 2 weeks not getting my thyroid meds straightened out I finally had to throw a meltdown at the counter, bottles in hand, and go through my whole computer profile with the pharm tech deleting meds before they could figure anything out. And all that was off-season. During snowbird seasons the line is down the isle and barely moves. I'm going back to Safeway pharmacy. The short drive and walk inside is well worth the stress and aggravation! read more

While the store is clean and has a great liquor section, do not... I repeat... DO NOT stop here if you gotta go (you know, pee or poo). They restrooms are the most disgusting bathrooms my husband and I have ever seen (and he used to work for Roto-Rooter, so that's saying something). This place is a joke I called regarding my prescription and couldn't get threw on the phone after being on hold for over 30 minutes so drove here and after getting in the store nobody was here and they said to wait over a half hour even though I got a phone call saying it was ready I'll never fill a prescription at this store again read more

PROS: One stop shop for a lot of stuff. Helpful staff.. CONS : Long waiting lines at the check out.. I bought a blood pressure monitor, it read on the cover that comes with 2 AAA batteries. When i came home it didn't have them. (It's a Well at Walgreens brand, not really stores fault) Two carbonated drinks were stale. read more

Worst customer service. You wait in line to wait longer. They seem to always be understaffed. The Pharmacist left me hanging and I didn't know what was going on. He comes back 5 mins later to say it'll be done in a hour. Avoid if you can. CVS is close by and always is quick. read more

The pharmacy manager called the police on me. Seriously Walgrens... you need to look at why you only have a 2 star rating in this location. I had a horrible experience at the Walgreens Bullhead city location. I am on vacation and my meds were lost through the hotel. So I reordered them at this location. They said it would be ready in 1 hour. I drive 25 minutes to pick them up 1 1/2 hours later. When I arrived, They said they can't get one of them and I have to wait another 15 min., for my heart medication. I complained at the window and told them we'll wait right there, because we were on our way to a concert for my husbands 60th birthday. We can't wait now. Why didn't they call or text me? There is a serious problem here!! The managers response was, great... move your car or I'm calling the police!! Which he did!! I used to deal with CVS but my insurance carrier changed pharmacies. The Walgreens in Bullhead City, AZ is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever used in my life. They just don't seem to care about their customers..unfriendly..not truthful. If they do give a time when your prescription will be ready don't count on it being there. They don't contact by phone when a prescription is ready you have to keep calling or physically go there. Waited three days for pain meds for my sons tooth extraction and never heard from them. Found out they didn't have the drug in stock. Keep in mind I had to make a extra trip even to find that out because no one answered the store phone. By the time we did get it he didn't need it any longer. My darn dogs prescriptions are easier to get than my families or mine. lol I am surprised that The Walgreens Corp. doesn't do something about this store after all the complaints and bad reviews. I called more than a month ago and spoke with a pharmacy tech who assured me that they would accept an out of state prescription from my provider for a snow bird patient. My patient went to the pharmacy and they declined to fill it the first day without a phone call from me/my office. I called on 11/14/18 I was told "It will be ready for him in the morning." Now, 11/15/18, they are refusing to even accept the script over the counter because it is out of state. I have now made 4 phone calls total to this pharmacy and as a provider have been on hold (on hold as I'm writing this) for 20 minutes. Absurd and unprofessional. I've never had any interaction with a pharmacy that comes close to this. I would fill ANYWHERE but here. read more

This Walgreens is horrible in Bullhead City. They ignore you. You can be sitting in the drive through and they can't even acknowledge you and give you a hand motion that they will be right with you. They keep doing things that I would think they could do when there wasn't any customers. They are unfriendly, stupid and just know nothing about customer service. I know the store doesn't have good manager. He smokes outside of the front door with his employees. Why wouldn't they smoke in the back of the store. So disgusting when you go to the entrance and have to walk through their disgusting smoke. Very poor management. read more

Terrible customer service. They usually only 1 or 2 pharmacy clerks for both in store& drive-through. You usually have wait in line 20-30minutes only to find that they don't have all your prescriptions or they got it wrong and you have to come back. What's worse is they don't. Slowest service I have ever received from a pharmacy. Staff was not courteous or helpful at all!! There was hardly anyone in the store, 4 employees in the pharmacy and nobody knew what they were doing! I work in Healthcare at a local hospital and this pharmacy is a disgrace! I urge others not to go here if you value communication, accuracy of your prescriptions, and getting only the prescriptions that you need refilled. Although I've had great service from Walgreens in other states....I am leaving like a cheetah leaves a salad bar! Even the automated phone system is designed for customers NOT TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO PHARMACY!, In short, they don't care if your medication is accurate, or available when you need it...they just want to bill you/your insurance. I wish they would be audited for potentially refilling prescriptions that a physician may have ordered PRN that potentially have higher profit margins...than things like blood pressure medication that patients need daily. They will even inform patients that prescriptions are ready for pick up....and this is not the case when you arrive to get them. A single star rating is too high!
