I want to reply to a previous review of a 1 Star due to them following orders of a PANDEMIC! I live in Long Beach but also have a house here and since working online I can relax out here just as well. Apparently many people do not take this seriously with only 1/2 the people wearing masks, restaurant workers included! What the Hell? Are there any educated people here? We went to AT&T to turn in an old phone, they had two customers ahead of us and two workers, they said they would be right with us, so we sat at a table to wait. 30 minutes later they asked us to move from the table so they could sit there. We have been AT&T customers for 25 years and find it rude that we had to move so someone else could use the table read more

Came here yesterday and forgot my wallet at home so I drove back to home to get it and when I returned my friend was waiting for me. I told him what iPhone I wanted. At first I did want the iPhone 15 pro max but it was 480.00 dollars down and I said no to that. So I thought about the iPhone 15 plus instead and he said it's the same size as the iPhone 15 pro max the only difference was the third camera so I went with that instead. If I could give a zero, I would! Yesterday I took a friend to the Bullhead City, Az At&t store. She needed a new phone. She is visually impaired and needs to see the phone and screen to see if it will work for her. It's 100 degree outside and they would not let us inside the store!!! They told us to go home, shop online and purchase, then come back and they will bring the phone out to us! I was so mad, I'm saying we need to see in person the phone, not on line. They said sorry you can't come in. I asked was that just this stores rule or At&t nation wide. They said nation wide. We left! I called another At&t in Kingman, 40 miles away. They told me that all At&t stores are open to come in and shop. So I drove her 40 miles to shop and buy a new phone. At least my trip was successful. But it was so irritating and frustrating to be lied to! read more

I was traveling for a few weeks and had some time to spare while in the area. I decided to upgrade my phone. I looked up ATT and found this store near where I was staying. When I walked in a handsome young man named Jay G. greeted me. I told him what I had in mind and he set about showing me many options and comparisons. No pressure and very, very helpful and understanding when explaining things I wasn't clear on. He helped with backing up my phone and transferring info from my husband's old phone to my old phone and set up my new phone. Great customer service! read more

Poor customer service. I went in with a friend who just signed up through their phone plan to get the direct tv. When they signed up the people were so nice. Her first bill already came and it was higher than expected and so we went in to ask what happened. The guy literally laughed in our face saying what u think ur gonna get a discount the first month- instead of just nicely explaining why. Then told us there was nothing he could do- snickered as he walked away and laughed it up with the other employees sitting at the table as he went back to join them. How rude! And his tone of voice while talking to us breifly was loud and like we were stupid, glad I don't have service with them!!!! read more

AT&T Customer's BEWARE. AT&T is selling VIASAT Internet and Direct TV Packages. AT&T makes promises of the QUALITY of VIASAT. VIASAT Internet is so slow it does not support the Direct TV features or streaming of movies, etc. VIASAT was installed on Tuesday & it NEVER worked as AT&T promised. VIASAT requires a $360 fee to cancel ($15/month for 2 years). Shame on AT&T for not backing their sales pitch and VIASAT you are HORRIFYING for charging a cancellation fee for service that is substandard. Please share and warn others in Bullhead City. Do not go to this location, they will rip you off. Drive out to the Havasu location. I switched from Verizon to AT&T but after my experience, I shouldn't have. Carlos "helped" me at the store and I told him my situation. I specifically told him "I'm ONLY going to switch to AT&T if you can get my monthly bill under $200." He said he could, calculated everything for me and after my first bill, it would be around $160. I asked "every month, and on a go forward" and he said yes. So I signed up. I shouldn't have. When I came back to the city, I was having service issues. Went into the store and all my personal information on my account was wrong. Second issue, my bill was WAY too high. Mysteriously a number was added to my line I never heard of or ever had. Discounts that were promised not all were issued. Another issue, my bill was even higher the second month. I called and spoke to Carlos and he gave me the run around and couldn't explain to me why my bill was over $200 even tho he said it wouldn't be when I signed up!! Then I called 611 and spoke with a manager. She looked at my account and said he was charging me $160 just for one line and it didn't include phones or insurance or taxes. The manager actually said "I don't know what he did with your account but I am very sorry." I'm still paying what I was paying with Verizon but now I have shitty service. Makes no sense still! My experience at this store was very disappointing. I have Direct TV and was in the market to update my phone and service, I receive a lot of notifications about bundeling my services, so went to the AT&T store. I was told there was no advantage to do that? That was the first disappointment. I continued anyway, and ordered a new phone. When working with the salesman at the store, he quoted $90 a month. I know that the actual bill usually is a few dollars more because of extra taxes and fees. I am elderly and on a fixed income, but budget $100 a month for my phone. Also, when I looked everything over before I signed, I noticed he had my last name wrong in a few places, he said he would correct that. I was told, I would know the phone was shipped when the taxes for my new phone were taken out of my account. I do not check my account everyday, but when I did and noticed it had been taken out, I called to see if my phone was in. I was told they couldn't locate it at this time, but would call me. So, thinking maybe it was being shipped from China or something, I patiently waited for their call. Then I get a bill from AT&T for $159.24, that will be taken out of my account on Jan 2. So after a few calls, I learned my phone had been in the store for a couple weeks. They said I should have received an email. Well, my email has my last name in it and since it was never corrected, I did not receive it. Must have been too much trouble to try and contact me via text or phone call, poor customer service. I was leaving to go out of town to spend Christmas and New Year with my children when the mailman came, so just grabbed my mail. After many phone calls to try and straighten this out was basically told I could not do anything until I go back to the store so they can get a copy of my drivers license. Which, I can't do until I get back home. My bill will be past due by then, not good for my credit score, which I try to maintain. I will be canceling. When I told them that, no big deal, guess they have enough people happy with them, they don't care. I must be too old school to expect customer follow up and how can we resolve this to make customers happy in this day and age!!! read more

A job caused us to relocate to an area that ATT doesn't service. Over the many years we have had this with Sprint & Verizon & they were more than willing to release us from our remaining contracts. BUT NOT ATT. If you ever find yourself in an area not serviced by ATT & that is your provider be prepared for the big one. read more
