I had an angioma near my eye that hadn't gone away after 2 cauterizations. In fact, it was getting worse and spreading. I had gone to several places for consultations and some recommended lasers but said that it was close to the eye and due to my skin type, it wasn't recommended. I Googled around and found this place. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and ran me through my options and answered all my questions. I was even able to get the procedure the day of. He suggested the vbeam laser and that seemed to do the trick. The bruising after can be quite intense and scary looking, but it healed up just as he described. The darkest of my bruising went away around day 5, a small scab formed and fell off day 7. I'm on day 11 now, it's still healing up, it's pale pink in the treatment area and the angioma seems to have faded away nicely. I highly recommend Dr. Lee. I really appreciated his frankness and realistic approach. The staff was great, the procedure went well, and the cost was much less, and the treatment was probably more effective than any of the other treatments I was suggested at the other places I consulted. There is a $150 consultation fee that can be applied to your future treatment. I can't remember, but I think this is good for a few months. read more

I am a Kaiser member - I was quoted a price of $400 for skin tag removal - the largest of which was on my eyelid and I was very aware of how it looked. For $400 I could get up to 14 skin tags removed. I paid $150 for a consult - to make sure the skin tag was not something more serious. Zora was very reassuring and professional and personable. She removed the eyelid tag and 11 others that same appointment -- I was there a total of 20 minutes. I paid the remaining $250 as I left - so my total was $400 as quoted. At every step I was treated with a smile and courtesy. Zora made me as comfortable as possible, and her follow up instructions were clear. read more

Did think the front desk lady was inpatient because it was almost her lunch, so her demeanor was rushed and rude. Other than that, decent atmosphere and would consider going back if it wasn't for the front desk lady. I just went in to grab a toner. This was my second and last visit to this place in less than 2 years. Last time I came to remove a big age spot and several others on my face, this time for the same treatment I paid almost double the amount with terrible service. I called them to make an appointment and just happened to ask about the charges for the treatment as it was the same treatment I was planning to take. I was told same amount as last time, so I went ahead and reached 20 mins ahead of my appointment. Ms. Mores is the same lady who treated me last time and was as vague as possible to answer any questions. She basically gave me no information to help me decide which one of the treatments I should choose, and I had to just go with my gut feelings. Today when I reached for my appointment, Mores attended me again and told me they have revised their payment now with the new management and I will be charged $100 extra for the same treatment I received last time. I felt cheated as I had asked for pricing on the phone ahead of coming there but decided to go with the treatment anyway (wrong choice) thinking I might be charged some heavy cancellation amount if I didnt go with treatment. The treatment lasted about 20 mins. Mores charged me another $100 extra for treating more age spots showing me a charging sheet she was carrying. Although again, I told her I was told on the phone, you will do as many age spots as possible within 30 mins. Another lie! Being in the middle of treatment, I felt helpless. I was not given any information about the treatment, no notes on what it is, there was some very basic after care instructions. When I asked her to give me the copy of the payment sheet by treatments, she told me the same standard answer of 'unfortunately, I cannot share this with you, not sure the reason but we cant'. When I left to pay for the treatment, I wanted to get a copy of the transaction as email, the lady at the front just gave me a printed copy saying, sorry I dont know how to do the email although I did opt to send email on the credit card machine. It was a big bill and I wanted to at least have an online copy of it for my records but the service at this place shocked me! It's a rip off people, you will get absolutely no service for the heavy amounts you will end up paying and barely any information about the treatments you are receiving. read more

Very deceiving, they don't tell you the right price when you call them on the phone . They told me dysport was 7$ per unit. I made an appointment then I went in for consultation paid 150$ then the Nurse told me dysport is more expensive than Botox , they charge 17$/ unit for Botox . I have no choice but to do it 20 units since I paid 150$ for consultation. I ended paying total of 340$I could have went somewhere cheaper if I was not deceived by person answering the phone. They need to get rid of her , not good for business , The RN was very nice though but i still would not recommend this place . They are very pricey Whoever was giving customer false information when they call should not be working there , they need to get rid of people who gives false information to clients read more

I have the similar experience that they didn't told me about $100 consulting fee until I when I was checking in, be careful they are making out of customers. You should better train your appointment schedulers and let the customer know about the consulting fee. This is purely cheating. Don't buy any prescription from here you cannot return it even though it comes in a bottle as serum or a cream in a tube. This is ridiculous, because they won't tell you all sales are final, but put the receipt in the bag so you won't see it is final sale and let you pay with the credit card. This is one way to rip off customers. I didn't know Kaiser has a reputation of ripping the customers like this. I payed $170 for a serum and cleaning pads that my daughter doesn't want to use and couldn't return same day because I picked up in the evening during closing time and couldn't call them back until next day to only here they won't take it back. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Henry Lee to anyone out there who is seeking help with port wine stain birthmark. During the consultation, Dr. Lee was thorough in explaining the laser treatment procedure and he did warn me that I may bruise and swell up, which is a good indicator that the treatment is working. And indeed I did experience a lot of bruising and swelling over the next 2 weeks. I would say after a good 6-8 weeks, my birthmark has faded significantly. I am very pleased with my results after just 1 treatment. I plan to return for another treatment. read more

My teenage daughter in March 2022 made appointment for Laser Hair Removal. We selected Kaiser for this service due to Kaiser Permanente name and we being patrons of KP for past 30 years as a family. She had saved hard earned money from her previous jobs to get this done and was excited to get the laser hair removal treatment started. Well, the appointment was for one hour for legs and armpits and the nurse (Z**a) attending to her completed the treatment in less than 30 mins hurriedly. After the treatment all hair came back (we know its a series but first treatment was supposed to show approx 10% improvement but my daughter did not see any difference. We called up the clinic and talked to supervisor danielle who promised to look into the matter and get back to us while also agreeing that there should have been improvement. We also sent photographs showing the lack of result. No one called back and we tried a few times again and similar result. In Aug 22, we were told Danielle is no longer working there and new supervisor said she will look into it and get back to us but no one called back. We spent 1290 dollars on this treatment. It was 50% more than other laser hair removal places. We selected thinking Kaiser will have good quality and service but we got nothing. We tried asking for partial refund or additional session to be added without cost but nothing. I dont recommend this place. Kaiser should remove their name from this service. read more

This appears to be a side business of Kaiser. It doesn't require Kaiser insurance and doesn't seem to be a nonprofit as the website is .com vs .org. The consultation fee is currently $150 and I've gotten mixed/incorrect information about what the fee can be used for going forward. I feel like this place is fraudulent. I called TWICE to get a price quote on skin tag/mole removal (because my Kaiser insurance would not cover the removal under insurance). TWICE I was quoted an affordable bulk price. Then when I took time off work and went in to have the consult and procedure, I was quoted a MUCH HIGHER (cost prohibitive) price. They explained that the price quoted was incorrect and that the person I spoke to TWICE was incorrect. Be warned. Proceed with caution with this place. The use bait and switch. read more

The customer service at the appointment phase and the front desk is lacking. When I made my appointment, the woman helping me was rude. I already had seen my normal Kaiser doctor who diagnosed my issue, but said treatment wasn't covered and that I'd have to go here if I wanted it addressed. I called Kaiser Cosmetic Services and was told I needed to schedule another consult, but the first availability wasn't for weeks. Fine. Despite the rudeness of the woman helping me, I made the appointment. Today I arrived at my appointment only to be told that it had been canceled 2 weeks ago. The woman had no empathy and had an eye rolling "oh well" attitude about it even though I had driven from Scotts Valley for this. She said they left me a voice mail, but they did not (I double checked). In fact, no email or KP.org notification either. If they weren't so prickly and rude, I probably would chalk it up to "stuff happens", but it's tough when you're spoken to this way. I probably won't be back. Went for v-beam for spider veins. Treatment didn't work. Went back for a re-do. Charged almost the same. Still bad results. Was told me the broken blood vessels in the fold of my nose were coming back because of my mask. Not possible. Something is wrong with the v-beam machine. read more

The previous person I spoke to said they could do my consultation and treatment in the same appointment. The person who cancelled told me otherwise. This place gives you inconsistent information. Lynn Sheredy R.N. was my care giver and she took care of all the little spots of sun damage and other age related skin issues with gentleness and attention to detail.
