I was at the store on 11/29/2025 and needed help. I ask Frances for help she pretty much told me to figure it out for the photos and scanning, printing and all. When only the employee got the code. She was so rude and didn't care. A young very nice young lady from the Davis drive store came in an help me at the end, even though she was going home. BEWARE! The service at this location is the worst i've ever experienced. Drive thru decided to close after waiting in line over 35minutes. Finally they posted closure. So, I Went into store where line was exceedingly long and never moved. Ever since Walgreens has central filling location for my prescriptions they are never ready. All refills come in larger bottles which is very inconvenient when traveling. If your physician sends a prescription for a new drug you will need to continuously call for a fill of which it still won't be ready as promised. What happened to the old pharmacy team? This new group is awful and I've reached my limit and will be leaving to a new pharmacy after 15 years. read more

Just what you would expect. There's an assortment of seasonal items as well as your standard toiletries hair care and miscellaneous. The store was clean well organized and the cashier was polite. Many different sales were going on particularly seasonal items for the holidays. Much gift wrap, lots of stocking stuffers, candy, and toys were available. Christmas lighting was 50% off. I actually came in for toothpaste and found a good sale on kid stuff. I caught myself buying stuff just to have gifts to give. While this goes against my grain (don't let consumerism rule your better judgement) at least Walgreens offers affordable options I hope will be used. Example--3 holiday Yankee Candles for $14.99. I just wanted to update a prior one star review I left. They seem to be working hard at fixing their computer errors and providing better care to the customers at their pharmacy. I now am getting personal calls about my prescriptions. It seems like they have a new manager since my last review who is always there backing up their employees by helping every department when needed. They still have a ways to go ( to get back to their excellent care they provided years ago) but it is very encouraging to see they are working at fixing their problems in the pharmacy. They are always slammed and it may take extra time to get your prescriptions but they are working hard at staffing the pharmacy better. I do not encounter the rudeness as I did a few months ago. As I said before I have been a customer since 1999 and have seen the once incredible service decline in just the last 2 years but now I feel they are taking these reviews seriously and working on fixing their issues in the pharmacy. I have never had a problem with the front of the house service. The employees have been there for years and they still provide excellent service by helping with coupons and making sure you use your money back offers on your account. Checking out from the store itself is very good. From the personable hello when you walk in to the help with discounts and paying when you leave is always a stress free experience there. I look forward to giving them the 5 star review they used to consistently get soon. Thank you for taking these reviews and using them to fix the current problems at hand. read more

Pros: a) They still offer quick photo printing. b) Coupon friendly. c) Coupon codes are relatively easy to find, and can be used online. d) Pay for the photos at pick-up, and you can proof prior to paying. e) Print quality is solid. f) Friendly greeting upon entering. Cons: a) Their pricing on non pharmacy items is quite high. b) Photos are priced at nearly 3 times that of most online groups (It really pays to look for coupon codes prior to ordering.) read more

This Walgreens is conveniently located on High House Road. I usually run in to buy bottled water and have never had issues. Yesterday, I ran in to get some items for my kids. I asked the pharmacist for some help with an OTC item and he was professional and helpful. The store is easily accessible off the street, they're is ample parking, the store is well organized and clean, and I've never had any issues with the staff. read more

We have lived in this area for three years now. This is by far the worst Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They never have prescriptions in stock and have to order them, it takes day(s) until they are ready for pickup. The Pharmacist Veril is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I and many others have had endless issues with him that we have addressed with the store manager and it was never resolved. I do not understand how you can employ someone who is so unwilling to do their job and on top of it treat customers like garbage. Hanging up on a customer or giving them attitude when they ask you a question is extremely unprofessional. I will no longer go to this Walgreens. read more

I have never left a bad review before but after my experience with this Walgreens over the past few months I felt compelled to leave one. This Walgreens is incapable of properly executing monthly refills. Every month they never fail to leave at least one of my three prescriptions out and I have to call and remind them to refill it. Many times I'm notified my prescriptions are ready only to get there and find out they are still working on some and I will have to come back. I have tried to be patient, I understand that mistakes happen, but when they consistently mess it up month over month I'm left extremely frustrated. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I hope this feedback is considered by the company for future customers, especially those that rely on their prescriptions being filled properly and on time. read more

I experienced very bad encounter with pharmacy technician at this Walgreens pharmacy. I prescribed medication to my patient, spoke with the pharmacist and gave all detailed instruction. Pharmacist did not follow correct instructions and prescription did not go through. Neither me or my patient were notified about hold up. Later on I called and figured out the nature of the error. I tried to educate pharmacy technician about the prescription filing, I also expressed my frustration with the whole processing. Technician hang up the phone and pharmacy staff refused to answer all my calls. I believe that patient health care is first and all the phone calls should be answered. I was shocked that this unprofessional behavior is allowed and encouraged by the pharmacist who does not put the patient care first. I encouraged my patients to switch the pharmacy. It will help providers to submit prescriptions without delay and make sure everybody including doctors and patients are treated professionally and with respect. read more

Not among the list of my goto Wallgreens even though it is the closest to the pediatrician office. I felt these guys are bit slow in getting your prescription ready. They are probably short staffed behind the counter. You cannot discount the courtesy that Wallgreens carries in this location. Bottom line: For prescription, come here 20-30 mins after the order request was dispatched by your health provider. read more

the pharmacist was quite rude. his name was vital. i was there picking up a prescription and he was annoyed with me that i didn't know my insurance policy number off the top of my head. after giving me the medications, he never consulted with me on any of them. i had to request if there was any information that i needed to know about them. he proceeded to tell me "one will make you sleepy. one take with food" but never specified exactly which ones did which. i left feeling very confused and having no idea what i was supposed to be taking and when or the interactions that i may have. it is supposed to be his job to assist me with those things, and he did not do it. i will do what i can to not use this walgreens location again. read more

I had some holiday greeting cards made that came out too dark, i was totally unsatisfied with them, so i took them back to the store to see if something could be done, we have a great camera and you couldn't even distinguish my dogs eyes. The manager at the Jenks Rd store was very unhelpful and told us there was nothing he could do, that it was OUR camera. Totally disappointed with the service/attitude I went over to the High House store and what a difference a guy in photo by the name of Justin took care of us and totally helped us, not only did he fix the problem, but was courteous and kind about it, just like I suspected my camera was NOT the problem. The problem was the Jenks Rd manager who didn't want to bother to help us. I know which Walgreens I will be patronizing next time and which one I will be telling my friends and family to patronize also as word of mouth is very important for business. read more
