Store hours have steadily been reduced (long before Covid) and they don't really have many options regarding product lines. Let's get to the pharmacy... or the lousy excuse for a pharmacy. It takes days to fill prescriptions. They act like they have no clue what's going on and as though the customer is a nuisance. They fail to understand that after a procedure, people cannot wait 48 hours for their medication. Availability of medications is an issue here as well. The icing on the cake is when online, the estimated time for the medication to be ready is 8:36PM.. but they close at 6PM. I'm gonna go try out the new independent pharmacy that opened up a block away.. forget these guys.

By the time we saw that we hadn't gotten all of his medication the pharmacy was closed (they close at 6pm on Saturdays). I went there the next day and they at first said the prescription they didn't fill wasn't in stock (again wasn't told this at the time the prescriptions were filled) was then told that my insurance didn't cover it (again something that wasn't told to us). It's great to see people like this are still around! He went out of his way to go out in the cold to find it. Now as a grocery store it's my family's favorite. My parents have used this store since they moved to the area 12 years ago. Great and clean place to shop. The prices are competative.

What if this was some life saving medication? They were just going let script go unfilled and not let me know they do know until I collapse? Luckily my medication isn't for something major.
