My reason for one star is because I decided to try their fed ex pick up option for my order, when I arrived two days later after being notified it was ready for pick up, the young girl told me that the package was never delivered to them and to work it out with fed ex. Well I sat in the parking lot just to confirm my package was signed for and provided the names so when I walked in the associate said no one worked there by the name of the signer so I asked did you give my package to wrong person and the young lady says "no we wouldn't do that we have to double check" After the young lady brought Jolene who was the manager who confirmed they did give my package to another customer who also had more packages to come pick up. After almost two weeks they made contact with the person who said never got my package. Although the staff at Walgreens was very kind I don't appreciate each person kept saying "the person who took your package" no... no one took it, you guys gave it to the wrong person. She shouldn't have been able to take it if someone had done their job behind the counter and checked. Thank god it was only clothing for myself and child and nothing of importance but to give out the wrong mail at a pick up location is terrible business and service. OMG, I needed to make a quick stop for urgent restroom break and Walgreen was here. So I went in and ask for a bathroom. No hassle. And the restroom is amazingly clean as well. The most incompetent staff period at the pharmacy. Not sure why they work there as they're all brain dead and don't listen to their customers. First of all they are out of stock for the most basic meds. They take over a month to get one med in stock. It should be 1-2 days max. They never completed my partial prescription that they filled and now failed to reverse it so now I have to wait another three weeks to get my medication from another pharmacy. Due to their incompetence !!! read more

The worst was when went to drive thru to pick up medicine at 5:20pm (they close 6pm) there was a line and the line seemed not to move. There was probably 4 cars in front of me and it seemed they were taking about 8 minutes per car.... When i was the next car in line I called them because it was already 5:45pm ... They took about 10 minutes to answer and told them I was the next car if they'll help me even if it was close to 6pm or 6pm they said yes. I get to the line at 5:58pm they ask date of birth than said sorry we're closed come back tomorrow. The pharmacy has terrible customer service. You can call as soon as they open or any day of the week and at least you'll wait for 15 minutes. You can call because the automated system gave you a message than who ever answers the phone gives you complete different information. read more

Me and my mom went here 2 days ago to buy utilities we bought worth $400 good thing we double checked the receipts we were charged twice for one of the items. The worst most unprofessional staff work here. Hanna or Ana needs to be fired or demoted to somewhere in the back loading and unloading. Somewhere where she is not talking to customers. I came in to buy formula for my baby and Ana the manager was taking such a long time to scan literally 6 times all formula I asked her how long is this going to take. How excruciating!! I bought double of some lashes, 2 mascara, 2 lash kits, glue Walgreens in Azusa where I work. Came into Walgreens in Chino hills where I live to return unused lashes,lash kits, mascara as they made my eyes itch. OMG!! Heads up! The Walgreens will return all products for $3 dollars less than what I paid for these products! I wanted to buy boogie wipes for my kids, and because one of them did not scan ,they could not sell to me even though it was buy 1 get one 50% off, where is the deal?!! My visit to Walgreens in Chino Hills Parkway ruined my morning and the employee named Leticia on her badge, who is the first person I have seen never even wore a smile and an appealing expression on her face, She is rude especially when I told her the reason why I came back. I recognized that she is the same person who charged me for a mouthwash that I bought last Mon, April 15, and told her that she charged me twice for the same item, Leticia said, "Why did you just come today? if you were saying that you are charged double for the item", In the first place, her question is not appropriate if we are talking good customer service, I will probably consider changing my pharmacy preference, that Leticia should undergo a training in Good Customer Service read more

Scheduled an online C19 booster vaccination. Got email & text confirmation. When I got to the back Pharmacy section, there was a long line. Upon reaching the window, was told that they were out of stock for the vaccine & that the system doesn't know their inventory. "Duh", that was most inefficient process. I said, they should at least send out a quick text/email notification or at the very least have a sign outside so as not to waste people's time. Glad I don't frequent Walgreens & not surprised at the LOW ratings on this location. read more

I went home and called around 2:10 to ask if the pharmacist was in, (they're supposed to get off of lunch at 2) Was on hold for 10 minutes with the dumb automated message going off every 16 seconds. TERRIBLY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We waited 5 minutes in line, no one at any registers. We were finally taken to a register and rung up. She then told us to move to another register. We were half rung up and then the store phone rings. She answered the phone and rather than say "please hold, let me ring this customer up", we WAITED for her to help that customer. We waited and stared at her, but she continued to talk on the phone while we waited for her to scan the last items. Look at the other negative feedback. This Walgreens should train employees to not only be efficient and courteous, but to improve Customer service :( read more

The pharmacy is a complete and utter disaster. If you are the third car in the drive through line, you'll be lucky if you make it to the window in 45 minutes. Prescriptions are delayed all the time. If it's a routine medication that can be mailed to you, it will be filled by the "Walgreens.com Pharmacy" which is out of state, and they are an even bigger disaster. Every other month I will have a prescription in limbo. I will be down to a dose or two and they will not have shipped it or notified me of any hold-ups. The last straw was last week when I went in to pick up a prescription in person. I had called three times that week to check on the refill, and each time the tech would tell me that they would get started on it and it would be done in a few hours. And every time, I would get a call an hour later saying that the prescription was delayed and I should call the pharmacy for more information. Over and over and over. The latest call took place a day before I was going to run out of medication. Once again, the tech said everything was in order with the insurance and script. She even checked their supply because this med is apparently in short supply. She told me she would get on it right away and it would be ready in an hour. I went to the pharmacy an hour later and got the automated call saying the prescription was delayed while I was LITERALLY standing in line to pick it up. The tech got the pharmacist, who tried to feed me some garbage about not being able to refill the prescription until the day I ran out. I called her out on it. Her second excuse was that my doctor didn't put a specific start date on the order. That is also not a thing, and I told her that as well. She huffed and said she would give me a "one time courtesy refill" and that I needed to tell my doctor to write prescriptions correctly. I don't know what her deal is, but I took the medication and drove straight to Rite Aid to transfer my prescriptions there. It's utterly ridiculous. read more

My wife and I went to dr this morning together.. got rx called in at 1030am to rite aid.. mine to Walgreens same time.. hers ready by noon .I went to get my antibiotic before I went to work at 230pm and was told not ready and would be at least 30 minutes wait ..i explained had to go to work, she said sorry... every time I come always a wait and never offers to resolve like rite aid and give one pill so I can get started on meds while waiting for them thi count got 13 more and shove in a bottle. Done here, take my good insurance and$ somewhere else that cares. 4 hours for a simple antibiotic.... ridiculous. read more

I was in this store ONE time and once was enough. I wanted to pay for an item at the cosmetic's (?) counter (mid store) and there were two older women animatedly gossiping about someone. I pointedly waited for one of them to acknowledge my presence but they ignored me until I said " excuse me, I would like to pay for this item here. " The clerk refused to ring me up and told me I had to pay for my item up front and went back to her conversation with her coworker. The pointblank RUDENESS I was shown was just astonishing to me. I paid for my stuff up front and have never been back. After reading the negative reviews posted I felt I needed to also chime in. There are way too many drugstores who would appreciate a consumers business to have to put up with this unprofessional behavior. You may have to review your hiring practices. I am very pleased with the friendliness and helpful attitudes of your employees. I recently tried your 1day Christmas cards service rather than using Vista Print. The results were disappointing. The colors on the photos were not true, the standard paper looked ragged on the edges and a much thinner card stock. Compared to Vista Print products, Walgreens is lacking quality. I wrote out my cards the next day I discovered I was missing 20 cards from my 60 card order. Two days later they could not replace the missing prints because it was already out of the system. The clerk was very apologetic and gave me credit for the missing cards. I was going to order picture books, but have decided the one day service is not worth the comprise in quality from Vista Print. I received a few Christmas cards made by CVS which were nicer than the Walgreens. read more

I asked the girl at the front where the butane was and she pointed me to the kitchen aisle, unsure if they had it. Wasn't there. I asked an older employee who was stocking shelves if they had it and he said they did, that it was up front behind the register (apparently they keep it with cigarettes and not BBQ stuff but whatever) so I went BACK to the girl up front who was literally in front of the register and told her that her coworker said it's behind the register. Did she bother looking? No she just answered "oh yeah I don't think we have it then if you don't see it" and proceeded to answer the phone and never look for it lmao. Good work guys read more

My insurance makes me get my persecutions through Walgreens now, which I didn't think would be a problem. However, this Walgreens has the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to! I waited for 40 minutes in my car yesterday, with only two cars in front of me, for the drive up window. I thought it would be a better option because whenever I go inside they ignore all the customers and just walk around in the back or they go help the drive thru customers first. I guess there's no rhyme or reason, but I've never seen a pharmacy that functions so poorly and makes you wait for an eternity. It's so frustrating. read more

Worst pharmacy in this city. Came here immediately after having wisdom teeth taken out, bloody gauze and all. They gave us such a difficult time trying to fill the prescription for the pain medication. Said they couldn't accept the prescription that had all sorts of various tamper proof items on the prescription. Said we would need to call the dentist to have them fax something over. Completely walked away from the window without providing so much as a number or anything for us to have it sent to them. Then called saying there were additional issues. Staff was extremely rude & I am more than sure she saw me tattooed with sweats and immediately judged my character. Thought I was there to scam some drugs I guess ??? Went across the street and had absolutely no problem at all, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not one single issue. I will never ever return to this location. I called to set up appt for a shot but they said that we can come in ANYTIME. We came around 8:43, waited 5 mins. and was told that they will close in 10 mins so we have to come back. We work from 10-7:30 some 45 mins away or 1 hr and 15 mins with traffic so we try to get there as soon as possible. How long does a shot take anyway??? Went in for my daughter's 2nd covid shot with an appointment. Checked in a few minutes before her appointment and waited for about 25 minutes which wasn't too bad until I asked the guy who rings people up in the pharmacy if he knew how much longer it would be. He snapped at me for asking and told me it's only been 25 minutes you've been waiting and then started snapping his fingers at me saying it doesn't go that fast and accused me of "screaming" at him. There were other customers there who witnessed I was not screaming but then I raised my voice when he accused me of this. I told him I knew it wouldn't be quick but I just wanted to know how much longer. This guy was so rude to me that a customer who was in line walked away. Finally the pharmacist came and apologized for the wait and explained to me that my daughter's information had to go through first and then they prepare the vaccine. I would just like to say that Lisa was the absolute best, I had went to a previous Walgreens closer to me to find a Walgreens exclusive squishmallow, and as I was moving them out of the way I found it only to have it taken from me by the employee for an online order I never even got a chance to touch it, I was sad disappointed and disheartened, so I made a different purchase and left the store I called 25 different stores looking for this squishmallow that had been taken from me only to found it was sold out everywhere finally I called this store my 26th call and low and behold I was told they had some stock but no guarantees it was what I was looking for and I could try for tomorrow so I had my grandparents go for me since I had work they showed up as they opened and luckily Lisa was there she remembered talking to me the previous day and told them she could not guarantee they had what I wanted but she went into the back and found it for us! I was beyond grateful and she was beyond helpful the sweetest that sweet could be!!! My grandparents said it was one of the best experiences they have ever had shopping at Walgreens. read more

HORRIBLE Walgreens. We were customers here for 8 years, and we have to have epi pens at our child's school. Come to find out we paid $150 for an epi pen that expired in 4 months. I called to complain and the pharmacist and manager were not sympathetic or helpful and basically told me that they can give these up to 3 months before they expire. Isn't that special? So check your dates. The manager was very condescending and offered me a "very small gift card as a token" I told her to keep it. Time to find another pharmacy. This one is shady, unethical, and unwilling to work with their long term customers. read more
