They also looked away every time I catch them looking at us. Santa Rosa is my go to location because I'm from Sonoma County but I have never felt treated that way from the employees there even when I'm not dressed nice. Lastly, I could be wrong, but what are the odds of my credit card declining because I literally used it just few hours before that. I called Chase right after the store visit and they said they didn't have any transactions from Sephora. Maybe there's something wrong with their system but I got to use my debit card and it worked just fine. Also, during the last visit, it seemed like the floor associates were more invested in talking amongst themselves than supporting customers by floating through the store. They were all huddled in the front of the store, off to the side... conversing. That did not look good professionally in my opinion.

Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back.
