They also looked away every time I catch them looking at us. Santa Rosa is my go to location because I'm from Sonoma County but I have never felt treated that way from the employees there even when I'm not dressed nice. Lastly, I could be wrong, but what are the odds of my credit card declining because I literally used it just few hours before that. I called Chase right after the store visit and they said they didn't have any transactions from Sephora. Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back.
