My experience is that for multiple family members, multiple prescriptions shown to have been filled, but not picked up, which prevents insurance from paying for the prescriptions where they have been transferred to. Other times, there may be a 3 day to 10 day wait for the prescriptions and we have to drive to a different store - but this store doesn't advise you that you can get it filled at another Walgreens and will not initiate the transfer. Are these stores competing against each other? That sounds downright stupid. It is beyond frustrating and that is why we are permanently transferring all prescriptions and vaccinations away from this store, forever. read more

Walgreens is the worst pharmacy ever. After not having my asthma medicine for over a month, they finally got it in so I put in a prescription refill order. Checked it to see if it was filled and it said that action was needed and a phone call was required. I called once and sat on hold but finally hung up. I called again and I've been on hold for over an hour. I truly don't think they answer the phone; the only reason the caller number reduces is because people finally hang up. read more

When you have a car at your drive thru and it's taking a extra long time to help them tell them to circle around and help your other customers. We waited 25 minutes behind them both lanes were full but because of one customer we all spent extra long time there. Not right. read more

Worst Pharmacy and Pharmacist I think I have ever dealt with EVER and I have been on maintenance prescriptions for 30+ years. This is just the final straw. There have been many other incidents. After 3 days of trying to get a script that they sent to my doctor wrong which I admittedly requested and didn't notice the error. They kept trying to give me the same medicine I tell them I don't need it and I canceled the script, called and confirmed they were filling the correct one picked it up and got home it was wrong. Took it back the next morning pharmacist said they couldn't take it back because it was warm. I had put it in my fridge immediately and left it there until I took it back and I live less than a mile away. After showing him the receipt and explaining that to him and that I called twice to confirm they were filling the correct one but they gave me the wrong one and he saw my address he relented and returned it. So then when they finally got the prescription straight they were low on stock on the correct prescription and I asked for a partial. Waited patiently for them to fill the partial. Low and behold they stuck the one I refused the day before into the bag but labeled the outside with the correct script information. Time to turn Tyler into the Board and DEA. Need his license revoked!!! I know they are overworked but what led up to this was dangerous and he refuses to admit any errors and they are right in front of him. He actually told me if I expected problems I should come at less busy times? I shouldn't expect problems and I called multiple times and waiting a long time on hold to make sure everything was correct! No customer service no pride in your work and no concern for your patients. You need to go! read more

Slowest drive through pharmacy I've ever been to... set aside at least an hour of your time if you plan on picking up here

They don't answer the phones. I called the store and pharmacy multiple times and continuously got disconnect. The online assistant chat stated that they could not help and to call the corporate number. Then after waiting another 35 minutes the corporate help line picked up. After corporate got disconnected multiple times they finally reached the pharmacy. The pharmacy phone call took 2 minutes to provide them with the data they needed and get the information that I needed concerning my prescription. My total time in attempting to talk to there pharmacy was 1 hr and 15 minutes. I have used Walgreens for over a decade. But apparently they no longer care about customers from the store level all the way up to corporate. The whole system was a customer service failure seemingly designed to keep people from contacting them. Congratulations you succeeded. I will never contact or use Walgreens again. read more

Pharmacy drive through has AWFUL customer service . they will let you sit at the window for 5-10 min and don't even have the courtesy to let you know they'll be with you in a moment. When they finally get to you they act like its so much hassle to help you. read more

It is the worst business of any type that we have used, regardless of category, in my memory. Has to be store management, nothing else could cause such a demonstrable difference in operation. I love this location. When you go to Walgreens usually you are looking for a quick stop, something you can run in and grab and run back out. Nothing irritates people more when they run into long lines in the checkout. You might see this parking lot packed, but don't let that stop you. Their cashiers are well trained and they get their folks thru the lines quickly. I like that things are usually well stocked and even the pharmacy moves quickly. Another nice feature is that the photo department does not seem to have the usual issue I have seen in other spots with losing your photos. They are HIGHLY organized. HUGE thumbs up here. A clean and organized store runs smoothly and they definitely have this down pat. I have NEVER had issues with this Walgreens. Having lived in many places in the country, this is VERY refreshing. If you are looking for a good location. I am HIGHLY recommending this one. read more

This location is great. I've been coming here for years and I've never had any issues. It's usually clean and not too busy, except holidays. There's often a deal on candy or a good pick for a birthday gift for kids, if you're in a pinch. Photo prints are good and they will make passport photos. Prescriptions are filled pretty quick but if it's not electronic you could be looking at an hour or so. read more

the pharmacy staff is so helpful. They helped us get flu shots and the manager got us signed up for the walgreens card and our flu shots were only 21 each instead of 31.
