45 minutes to get my 2 day pre ordered prescription at Walgreens on Calvine- Florin ...wow! Come to find out they didn't have either of the two prescriptions ready and scrambled to get one prescription as they informed me the other medication is not in stock and they would need to order it. This is crazy for a pretty common medication.i asked why they had not given me a courtesy call prior to let their customers know..the answer from both pharm tech and pharmacist was they don't know why! They only work 3 days out of the week, so they can't do anything about it; was their response, simply horrible customer service and terrible service as a medical pharmacy. read more

*This is strictly for the photo department* Thanks Ms. Marshall for your oh so UNpleasant "customer service" tonight. Not once did you apologize for my photo order being messed up and not once did you apologize for making me wait while you tried to figure out the problem! I've never had a problem getting photos here when I download them from my computer and pick them up 1 hour later. It was this one time that I relied on actual humans to do it that it got all messed up. Not only was it not done in the one hour but they attempted to charge me double! "That is an ESTIMATED time, not a guaranteed time" and "Oh, it's a computer problem." I think it's a managerial problem myself. I will only come back here if I upload the pictures myself and review them MYSELF. I am by nature fairly patient and can understand when things go amiss but the lack of customer service with the "manager " here is appalling! read more

I am go 1or2 times a week to this pharmacy and the staff always is friendly they always ask me if need help. Sometimes they have just one register open but if it the line is long they immediately open other. read more

a worker inside walgreens for the first time ever after bringing my dog into this very place many many times, tells me dogs arents allowed because customers complain. So if i complain about kids and babies crying and being disruptive in the store will you bann them too? (just using it as an example) there are no signs saying there werent pets allowed. what pissed me off is that she seem to have this grin on his face as she was telling me thinking it is funny. so i replied back, "since when have dogs not been allowed here because ive brought him here many times." her bext excuse was because theres a pharmacy here", yeah ok. read more

Well good afternoon soon to be evening I love to go to Walgreens it is an awesome store especially the one that's at 9200 Elk Grove Florin on the comment on the corner of Bond and Elk Grove Florin I love to go to that store everybody in there is awesome specially Dennis and Juan they are awesome people that work in there I love to go there and they know what I like and where it's at or where to guide me where it's at I love the, there has always happy and smiley faces always telling me about the deals and all the cool stuff that's coming and it's just an awesome place to go to people there such as dentist San Juan I love going there and being greeted and just to awesome conversations we have about our community and our safety and we talked about everything as in as our customers safety specials in just life thank you you guys Denison wine keep up the awesome incredible fabulous magnificent magical wonderful outstanding customer service I hope your your big bosses Walgreens or Corporation sees this the store is one of the awesome stores other stores that I have been in are so so okay but this one is very incredible and I enjoy the customer service that happy smiling faces and the care when I'm at when I have not been there so thank you you guys keep up the awesome job I will see you guys every morning like I always do if nothing gets involved but thank you and have an awesome rest of the day you guys see you guys tomorrow morning and keep up the awesome work read more

This is strictly for the photo department. The customer service and quality of pictures have gone down hill. I used to pick my prints up for school and they were always so nice. But I just picked up an order of almost 300 pics and they were terrible in terms of being cropped. They used to cut off the excess paper if it were print as a 4×5.3 but the guy told me he would that only after I complained about it. He also had me pay at the front counter rather than when I picked up my pics at the photo counter. The lady who rang me up was pretty upset he did that because I could have easily walked out with almost 30 dollars worth of pics for free. When I complained about the quality of the pics, the guy was a prick. Basically told me there was nothing he could do. Didn't offer too much extra help and even had no problem with me saying that he lost a long time photo customer. He blew me off and acted like I was bothering him. Probably won't be back at this particular Walgreens for a bit just because the photo department is a hot mess right now. read more

Terrible - slow- no urgency- highly not recommended terrible management and ownership.

Coming here recently for redbox. This Walgreens only has one machine so wait can be long, but store if relatively clean and organized. Front clerks are always super friendly. read more

My experiences with the photo department at Walgreens have been great. The staff is friendly, and if there are problems with the printed photos they always offer to redo them. My online orders to the store are always fulfilled in a timely manner, and the prices and quality of the prints are super great. read more

After picking up the prescription yesterday at Walgreens I found out that I was being charged six dollars more per tablet then I would've been charged at Rite Aide. When I brought this to the attention of the pharmacy manager she had no intelligent response. Her idea of a response was to tell me that I was wrong in the information that I was telling her. They have blown it twice, First by charging ridiculous prices and then by having a ignorant sales staff! I will never step foot in another one of their stores and will try to make sure that I tell as many people about my experience there as possible. On 4/20/2013, I visited the Pharmacy located at 8400 Elk Grove Florin rd. I had just had a tooth pulled,and needed antibiotics. The customer service rep was rude,and claimed she need to contact the doctor about the presciption,and would call me prior to the store closing to pick it up. I never received a call,and when I did get thru the Pharmacy was closed . Needless to says my face became swollen the pain was unbearable. I contacted the Manager Alan, the next morning who claims he would investigated call me back. How??????? He never asked my name I will eventually contact the Headquarters on Monday. I have used different Walgreens in the past for all my prescription needs. I will NEVER,EVER,patronize Walgreens again. I have all so contacted family,and friends,to spread the word. Walgreens located on Elk Grove Florin Rd, is incompetents have lost customers who spend a great deal of money there. The Management customer service in the Pharmacy is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a store..... read more
