Omg, now I know why this place has such good reviews. It's seriously the most relaxing environment I've ever been to have a pedicure done! I did the pumpkin spice spa which is a bit more but I enjoyed it to try as my first time. The only additional thing is the leg mask. Otherwise it includes, nail trim, file, cuticles, a beautiful copper tub with some fresh aroma salts, hot rock massage and hot towel, painting. (May have missed something) From start to finish was about an hour and a half of complete relaxation. The massage chairs so so relaxing and if you're having a manicure you can have your legs massaged by the chair, or after the polish for your pedi Happy I found this place on YELP! Yall really came through.

Loves loves loves the ambiance!! No loud noises. No dusts or drilling noise. It is such a treat every time I get my nails done here. I have been going to this place since it first open. The staffs are so sweets. The massages are great. The polish last along time compare to other shops because they use high quality polish and gels.

A month ago I got gel nails done and the polish started peeling, so I had to go back to fix them. This happened again with my next visit, and again after leaving the salon. Two days later, the polish peeled off once more. I asked for a refund, but they said they'd only refund $15 if it happens a fourth time--after I already paid $55 plus tip.

They matched my toe regular polish for me.

I've been coming here for years and always love it. The new management has been great and they have brought in new styles and techniques which I love

I have been coming here for two years now and I've had an incredible experience every single time. I love how the salon setting is very peaceful and quiet and all the nail technicians are amazing. I have never been disappointed and I've had a quality manicure and pedicure every single time. I highly recommend this place.

OMG This place is so expensive. I got a basic BASIC pedicure and the total was $85 please. Please be aware of their ridiculous prices. Because the basic pedicure is not worth $85 dollars

love - gratitude - joy Nothing but great experiences here. The techs I've had were outstanding. My absolute favorite recently moved on. Fortunately for me I've found yet another kind and caring person who is top notch. It's a tad pricey but well worth it. I sure enjoy my days of beauty and self care. Walk ins are welcome, I highly recommend reservations to get a best fit. Can't wait to get back soon. Highly recommend and well deserved five stars for me. love - gratitude - joy

This was my favorite nail salon. I loved the vibe. I loved the eco-friendly approach. I liked that they offer buffing (which is not a standard thing here, but common for men in the Philippines). I don't get to go often because of my budget. Unfortunately, my last visit was absolutely terrible. Bella did my luxurious buff manicure. The owner recommended her as the best person to work on cuticles. When I got there, I realized that the owner misunderstood me and they were setting up for a pedicure. I told them that I came for a manicure. It seemed odd to me because I said to the owner when I called that my cuticles were really bad and I had a lot of hangnails. She assured me that the kind of service I was getting would be very moisturizing and very thorough cuticle care. Once they got organized to do a manicure rather than a pedicure, I sat back and relaxed (listening to an audio book) while Bella did the service. It did feel quite pampering. Once Bella was finished, I took a look at my nails and was shocked to see that none of my cuticles had been pushed back, my hang nails were still present, and underneath my nails were not cleaned either. I was in shock. I went to the counter and told the owner that I was not satisfied with my service. She looked at my fingers closely, asking: "Oh is it only the thumb?" and "Did you tell Bella your concerns while she was doing the service?" My response was that I was there to relax, not keep a close eye on whether or not Bella knew what she was doing! The owner then said: "She can go back and redo it. It will be quick." But by that time, I just needed to leave. It dampened what was supposed to be a relaxing treat for myself. The owner offered me a 20% discount. I paid and still tipped Bella $5 because she did give me a nice hand washing, massage, hot stone treatment, etc. I have referred this salon to numerous folks but it's probably the last time I drive all the way to Elk Grove (from West Sacramento) to get a service. One other time I had a service that was lower quality than I expected, I just brushed it off and didn't voice my concern. This time the owner's questioning me and the really poor quality of the cuticle work (not to mention the very light buff job) left me feeling like I don't need to spend my money there any more.

Nice if you want a quiet pedi with a great massage. The manicures ... my top coat and polish was applied poorly, it bubbled up and no one made sure the polish was set before having me pay. Gel or not, someone should have double checked. The nail tech knew it wasn't good and I could see it in her face so I am disappointed. I cancelled my next pedi and provided the feedback with a picture and all they did was cancel my appointment. No apology, no acknowledgement. I'm sure they think I had something to do with this but my thumb looked like that on day 1 just an hour or so later. I work from home .. at a computer. ‍ The pic is 3 days in but the thumb and the polish bubbles were there DAY 1. The skin around my nails looks terrible.

    My pedi!!!

It's so quiet and serene here. It's smells so clean and the soft music is perfect for relaxing. My pedi was 5 star!! The message was the best. I'll be back!!

As a healthcare worker, I completely empathize with long wait times, and I was more than happy to circle back around when my medications were ready. However, I was told my medication would be ready in an hour, so I returned an hour later to wait in the drive thru line. After waiting in line for another hour, I was told that only one of my items were ready, and if I wanted to wait another hour the rest mighhht be ready. I left, but it would've been better if they had set up expectations from the beginning so that I didn't have to waste 2 hours waiting just to leave empty handed.

I noticed one door blocked off and a large sign that warned "MOST of the isles are closed off for cleaning." MOST not ALL. Grabbing a small hand basket I could see the sunscreen right in front of me. About to grab it the woman employee said firmly that ALL of the isles are closed. Okay. They why are the doors open for customers. Then the male employee made a snarky comment that "Too bad I didn't make a huge sign for people to see. Yes it was very ignorant of me to think that if they were open for business that I would be allowed to buy something. Both employees were very rude. Without saying a single word I then sat the basket back down and left. That is when the two employees behind the counter began laughing loudly and calling me stupid. Here's the thing, I rarely shop at Walgreens since it's so rachet. I mean the parking spot permanently reserved for the police is a dead giveaway that the store is shitty. Now my rarely shopping at Walgreens is now a never shops at Walgreens. There are many other stores to choose from. As far a sunscreen goes a co-worker said they would share theirs with me. So not only having a dirty nasty rachet store the employees are the last thing to finally run me off for good.
