I threw my daughter's 7th birthday party here over the weekend and it turned out so great! All of the kids and their mamas had the best time and said it was the best bday party ever. My daughter wanted a spa day with her friends and most salons only have like 1-2 chairs for kiddos. So when i saw that they had 10 kid chairs i was so excited. From start to finish it was a smooth process. I called to lock in my party date and came in person to pay a deposit. I reserved for a 1130am Sunday party for 10 girls. It was the best time frame because it wasn't that busy and almost felt like we had the whole salon to ourselves. They allowed me to bring a welcome sign, table, and finger foods for my party. I also brought robes and goodie bags. And they offered the complimentary drinks for everyone as well as handed everyone out some extra snacks while getting pampered! The girls loved it and all the mamas got to enjoy mimosas and wine too! The staff are super friendly. The owner Heidi personally came and introduced herself and said hi to all my girls and talked to all of the moms to ensure we were all having a great time and asked if we needed anything at all. I was so impressed with the professionalism, the customer service, and the extremely sweet and helpful staff that made all my girls feel like the queens that they are! Overall this was honestly the best place to hold a bday party for your girls! The place is still so new so it has such a brand new luxurious vibe to it. It's also extremely spacious and had no problem holding all 20+ of us with still plenty of room. They have a whole little store front full of soo many nail colors and they painted the girls nails so cute with designs! The girls had so much fun. I was able to book 4 pedicure appts for me and my girls online, although for us all to get a 12pm slot with "any staff" there was some secret permutation because I had to try different combinations of pedicure/manicure "any staff" selections to get everyone at 12pm. Kyle did my deluxe pedicure and Lucas did one of my friends, and they took such good care of us! We were offered a drink when we sat down and Kyle/Lucas were able to call over the host to get another one when we ran dry. I requested for a gel French tip and Kyle checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the result (you can see my free feet pics later) I booked myself a basic manicure and Nancy did great! I don't like how gel feels on my nails so Nancy suggested a pink clear coat and I love it. She also shaped my nails to the perfect almond shape so quickly! I accidentally smudged my nails and she had no problem putting in another coat to fix it Sarah did my friends bridal nails and she was quick, efficient, and very sweet. When she heard the set was for a wedding, she really locked in and gave it her all! To start the salon is clean and front desk was welcoming. However I booked 2 pedicures one deluxe($40) for my mother and one basic pedi ($30) for myself. The pedi was rushed not for the extent of time they state. They asked me twice who was getting which service and the confirmed TWICE! And still switched up our pedicures. It's insane a part of customer service is listening. I am patient however they didn't care to fix it they acted like well it's done so here's your total. For all the good ratings this place was unprofessional when they made a mistake I would give them 0 stars based on this. To also add my toenail polish chipped same day seems to not be cured properly. His pressure when massaging my bottom leg + foot was great. Tiffany did my fill while I was getting my pedicure. She was fast and did a great job considering that it's has already been a week and my nails still look great. When she buffered my nails, a lot of the white shavings ending up on my pants - she did not bothered to apologize for the mess or put a towel on it. I kept patting my pants while I was sitting and when I got up to get it off of me. They have a huge selection of polish, pedicure chairs for adults and kids, and nails station. They offered a complimentary drink per person - you can choose from tea, coffee, soda, juice, and alcohol. I had an appointment but did not get seated until 20 minutes later. Apparently they were running late and they assigned me to someone, but they changed the person to do my pedicure to someone else last minute. This place is a little pricier. I always get the same packages everywhere I go - #2 choice for pedicure with gel and a plain fill for my nails (no manicure). The place in Elk Grove that I go to prior costs $87 total for my services, but they charge $105 here. The other place offered paraffin wax on their #2 pedicure option, they do not at this location for their #2 package. Though, they do for their #3 and #4 package which cost more. Upon paying at the front desk - I wanted to give $30 in tips for my services and wanted to hand it to Tiffany and Danny, but the front desk worker insisted that she will give it to them herself. That didn't sit well with me, because I like to know that they actually received my tips. I ended up giving the front desk the tip money since I was in a hurry in hopes she gave it to them! read more

Made an appointment to get my pedicure done during their 30 percent off while they were still in their grand opening phase. Keeping this in mind, it kind of makes sense why there's been long waits but I don't know if this would be such an issue in the future. I did have to wait 30 min after my appointment (around 10 30 when I had booked it for 10 and came early), what I noticed is a ton of people were booking with their families on a Saturday morning and I have a feeling they were walk ins weirdos lol They were really apologetic though, and aside from the wait everything else went wonderful! The amenities and the deal again made it such a worth while experience and friendly staff. I got the vip pedi which included so much- they gave me a hot pack on my neck and you're able to change the settings on the seat while you sit there. I was so relaxed that I almost took a nap I did the VIP pedicure with the hot stone massage and hot wax treatment, and my feet felt incredibly soft afterward. My honest review of first time doing nails in EG. This place seemed to be near and I walked in (sort of). Anyways - I thought the place was huge but also could tell the quality of chairs, products, and furnitures are not very nice. (Just coming from doing a lot of quality stuff) The people are nice. The products they use like gels scrubs, lotions, etc are way too out of safety range. I could tell my skin was literally going to peel from the scrub they use. I have never felt this way. The gel nails are so thin and did not understand what sort of brands they use that this is so bad. I also do nails on my natural nails so that maybe why. I could also see MOST IMPORTANT - the workers were having chemical reactions to their skin. This is like a RED RED FLAGS. OR They need to be audited whether they are using a safe product for people given that salons use and apply things on skins. I would not come back. Do your homework before opening a business instead of focusing so much on your money business. And the price is not very good given the quality of the products either. If you want your clientele to be high-end with your price then change your products to high-end also. I always get the best service here I've been coming since they opened. My favorite nail artist are Kayla and Tiana. I just got my nails done for a wedding and they were perfect the girls always communicate with me to ensure it's what I want. Also the pedicures are great too I get the VIP pedicure with gel it is a little pricey but worth it. I love the vibe of this place as soon as you come in and check in you go to the color wall with the most variety of colors I have ever seen.
