There was no line, no customers behind me, it was slow and 30-45 min from closing time. She's still on the clock. You represent CVS, your the face for CVS. How you deal with customers effects their image. Professionalism is important in your line of business. If you can't keep professionalism maybe you should work for mail order pharmacy. It might be a better fit for you since you don't want to deal with customers. PRINKAL-take a minute, face your customer and respond. Don't walk away answering them it's absolutely rude.

You could start by calling the pharmacy to check if your prescription is available to which they will pick up and hang up the phone. After that, you could drive out to the pharmacy and wait in a ridiculous line either inside or outside in the pick up line. Once you finally get a person, they won't be able to do the job on their own so they'll have to get a second pharmacist to help them. They'll tell you that they don't have any of your medication's in stock and they're not sure why you're there. Next, they'll tell you it'll be available next day after 1 o'clock. Only for you to get there the next day and nobody knows what you're talking about. The most useless Pharmacy. Atrocious customer service. Lackluster communication. Poor inventory. All around terrible experience. I highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled at target or Sam's Club. Walgreens is absolute trash in Itasca.

The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.

There weren't many shoppers, perhaps because it was a Sunday morning when we were there. The issue with Walmart like most other retailers these days is staffing. There isn't anyone around to provide help if you need it. This time was no different. The only workers we saw were manning the cash registers. If you know what you want, know they have it in stock, and have a general idea of the layout of the store, I'm sure you can find what you need. In cases like ours where we are not regulars and don't know the floor layout, finding items isn't easy and there is no one there to help you.
