In most visits the associates and staff have been friendly and helpful to us. At register checkout has been a breeze. I put in an online order for pick up at the store. It was ready within couple of hours. I went couple of days later. Showed my order number at the pick up counter and got my items within a minute. Was a quick and easy process.

It was a somewhat busy Saturday afternoon when I went in and I had this odd gift card that someone had given to me. I was a gift card that had a bunch of different stores and restaurants and Ulta was one of them and I figured I may as well use it because I'm always there. When I got to the register, she was trying to scan it and she realize that I had to download the QR code and fill out the information. She took my phone for me, and proceeded to do everything that needed to be done and had so much patience with me. I got nervous because I felt like it was busy and she reassured me that it was no issue and took her time with me. She is an example of an amazing employee. Being at its own store, it's a definite upgrade from when you visit a Sephora in Kohl's. it was much larger than expected and they had a ton of products ranging from haircare to skincare, fragrance and more. So if I wasn't thrilled with my cut in a few weeks we can just go get another cut. Clean quick and the ease of making an appointment or just walking in makes this a place to book mark. Once or twice a year we end up in a Great Clips. Every once in a while I will find a staff member that gives me a great cut and I return for a 2nd cut. The turnover is very high in this business so it's rare that the same people are around when I need my next cut. Which is why my preference leans towards small family run salons but Great Cuts does deserve 4 stars for being there when needed and giving a good affordable hair cut.

After we left she decided she wanted it so I called and paid for it. We went and picked it up the next day and they switched it out with a lower quality wig that looked almost the same. There are thousands of wigs on Amazon for $20-30. Do yourself a favor and order a bunch from there. Try them on and keep what you like and return the rest. I know they don't pay more than $5-10 per wig that they're selling for $500-600
