I have come here several times in the last several months because I work nearby. Whenever I have a cold or need a greeting card Etc I come here to get them. The first thing that I noticed about this store is that it seems like it is a lot larger than the Walgreens that is close to my house. I am not certain whether or not they build these in different sizes but I can tell you this one seems a lot larger. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had an encounter of him being less than professional or rude. Some of my visit the line has taken a little longer than others but overall they tend to move the lines pretty quickly. I typically stick to the Necessities on my visit to Walgreens or any other Pharmacy. It seems that most things you pay convenience store type pricing on so if it is something I can wait for I usually do. read more

The pharmacist shorted my prescription. Unfortunately I did not count my pills. When I noticed that the prescription was shot I called and they said they couldn't do anything about that. From now on I am going to count my pill at the pharmacy when they hand them to me. That is the first time in my life I have ever had a problem with a pharmacy. read more

I made an appointment online to get the Covid 19 Booster. I was given an authorization number. This store was a little ways out for me but I figured I had to get it done. I get there 15 min early and the girl at the pharmacy said she tried to call everyone to let them know they were out of the vaccine. I explained that I never received a call, only to be told she didn't have me listed for an appointment. I showed her my Authorization number and she had a blank look on her face like she had no idea what I was showing her. She said sorry and I expressed my concerns that I had to make the trip out of my way, but again..blank look. I'll never come to this Walgreens again! I ended up making an appointment online with CVS, which I should've done in the first place! read more

They consistently go above and beyond helping me track down rare medicines and always reassuring and answer any questions or concerns I can dream up. So I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years. But this year they have worn my patience thin. Very rarely do they have a full prescription available, so they have to go and find the rest of the pills from another pharmacy. If they would call and tell you how many days they had in supply while they continued the search,that would be courteous and I could be patient with them. In fact, we have done it in the past. Instead they just tell you they are waiting on the Doctor. Only when my husband went there directly did they tell him they only had 5 days worth of a 90 day script. After waiting 7 days and Having my Doctor send paperwork and make phone calls on two days, still no update. I called because I have been without my meds 4 days in a row. Cold Turkey means headaches, severe mood swings and suicidal thoughts. I would have thought the pharmacist would be concerned, but they are not. Spoke with them and finally they told me that they only had partial refill and my insurance card was expired. REALLY?!?! I have had two other prescriptions filled with that insurance card in the last 8 days. But no one even put it in the computer. Now it is my Drs fault because they split the script to get the mail order to send it. I did not want to wait 5 days, was willing to pay a premium to avoid 10 day. But Walgreens could not pull it off once again. Over the last 18 months, this particular pharmacy has really gone down hill. That the mail order houses perform so much better then them should be a slap in the face to the Brand. Well if you want it fast, just go on to their competitor. No need to be loyal, they absolutely don't seem to have people who care anymore. Same people, but I guess corporate just beat their souls out of them. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store and this Brand going forward. If they don't change, then they deserve to close. Shame on you Walgreens. read more

i ahve walking disablity and called twice to make sure i could get passport photo, was assured everything was ok, just left after waiting 15 minutes at counter while they looked for a camera they say they now do not have. Won't step foot in this or any other walgreens ever again, they must be run by the same people who run the mcdonalds across the street, or maybe this corner of josey and valley view is just worthless read more

The store is ok but the pharmacy is a NO for me. I went in today to pick up my 1 month olds medicine and turns out I have to get a smaller syringe. We went back and this time I got off and there's 3 workers. 1 working the drive thru, another at the front desk with a customer and another there somewhere. Well it's taking a longggg time and I'm waiting and the consultant area since I just need to know where it's at and to get it, well the lady at the drive thru got done and went to the front desk to get another customer while I'm still there waiting. Then I ask the Indian lady that was there STILL with the same customer if she can just tell me where it's at or what and she gives me an attitude telling me to hold on. She blew me off with an attitude. I'm not sure what her name was but she was an Indian older woman. I just left, I wasn't going to stay there with that kind of attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place. I have been going there for years for medications and for my children but I may just change that now! read more

I started to transfer over on the website - and it's just been difficult to transfer without going to the facility. I waited a week and nothing from this store. Then I go the store, and gave them a complete list (only 5 medications) and the physicians to transfer, and it was done incorrectly, 4 were with one doc - 1 with another. I don't know - so far...this is a problem. Never had an issue with CVS...and I has left Walgreens years ago because they were over charging. Now I cannot get transferred in, without a big hassle. I may have to go to Walmart or Tom Thumb. I will call tomorrow, if they still can't get it right, I would recommend NOT transferring to this location, they cannot handle it. read more

Eye Dr called in eye drops. Walgreens notified me via text, med not in stock until following day. I called the Dr regarding this info after asking Pharmacist what was available that was similar. The dr called in that med. After several hours I called the pharmacy to ask about status, they informed me it was not available in that form. At this point the eye dr is closed, and I have a painful, infected eye and no medicine and Walgreens was less than helpful. I was told I can pick up the medicine tomorrow. Customer service is non existent. read more
