First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair. She washed my hair, started cutting my hair, dried it, cut more, then straightened it. Throughout the process, she was very sweet. There was a little bit of a language barrier, but I really enjoyed conversing with her. There was a short period of time when she asked me if I could give her 10 minutes because another client came in. To be honest, I was a tad nervous when the other client walked in because the reviews said that they start rushing which messed some things up, but luckily, Monica took her time. I was not in a rush, so I did not mind her helping another client. I'm glad she asked rather than rushing. I haven't gotten my hair professionally cut in ages. I'm very happy with the decision I made and I really liked Monica as well as the other hairdressers. All my friends and coworkers said Monica really did a huge good job and everyone complimented my hair. I will definitely come back! I recommend Monica for haircuts especially for layers.
