It has been another day since my last review and according to the RX status they are still filling the prescription. How long does it take to count 30 pills? At this point I think it is obvious that I need to move all of my prescriptions to another company. Either Walgreens has a very faulty system that they are unwilling to fix, or they have employees who use their bad attitudes to hurt customers. read more

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Don't get me wrong SOME of the people working in there are great but getting your medicine ON TIME WITH NO HASSLE is like pulling teeth!!! Then if you call they have the worse attitude!! They need to do better!!!! It shouldn't take two weeks to resolve an issue THEN having to wait AGAIN to get the medicine filled! This is the Walgreens and pharmacy I normally use. However, sometimes they have been unable to fill prescriptions requiring a ride to another pharmacy to complete the task. Moreover, they require you to make an appointment online for vaccinations and then are completely unable to honor the appointment time. Seems to me they need to get a little more organized in the pharmacy. Otherwise, it's an excellent place to stop and get any other supplies one might need. read more

Do not use Walgreens for online orders of OTC meds and other items from their store. They are a cluster-f**k. I placed an order for OTC vitamins and a couple of food products. Walgreens claimed the delivery would be at a particular time. I got to notices that said they were unable to meet the delivery time so since I needed a few items immediately, I contacted the store and offered to come pick up the items. As a result of that, I told them to refund the delivery tip to my payment method. As with a prior order, I thought that when I placed my order, I would be picking it up at a particular store location--especially since I modified my online orders by getting items that were purportedly in sock at that particular store. When I called to make arrangements to pick the items up, no one advised that the items had to be picked up at a store 4 miles from me rather than the store that I thought I had ordered from which was 1.18 miles from me. I also specified that I did not want to come into the store, so the agreement was to pick it up at the pharmacy drive-through. I confirmed this arrangement right before I got to my car to go pick up my order. Needless to say, when I arrived at the drive-through window, they did not have my order or knew nothing about it. I ended up going in the store and speaking to the store manager who confirmed that my order was not at their store. Because everything was a cluster....I decided to cancel the order and refused to buy the products at the store I thought I was filling my order. I did get confirmation that they had refunded my driver's tip...and when I got home I noticed that they had refunded $24.85 of my $62.56 order. I waited sometime, hoping to get notification of the return of $37.71 but it never came so I called Walgreens CS and they said the remaining money was processed and it would probably take seven business days to post to my account. Fast forward to today (June 27, 2025), I called Walgreen to check on my remaining $37.71. The CS representative told me that it had ALREADY been processed as of June 17 and the money was returned to PayPal--even though that refund is not reflected on my PayPal statement. The Walgreen CS representative then gave me a Transaction ID for the return of the $37.71 and promptly told me that the problem was between me and PayPal. She could not understand why the CS representatives on my earlier calls to Walgreen advised that the payment would show up on my account within seven business days. I promptly called and talked to a person at PayPal. They advised that there was no Transaction ID with the number given to me by Walgreens. I told them what occurred and PayPal advised that they would follow up with Walgreens and will make sure I get my $37.71. What Walgreens fails to realize is that I am OCD when it comes to documents and phone calls and I will not be taken advantage of by them or anyone else. In addition to filing a complaint with PayPal, I also filed a dispute with my bank since I did not use PayPal credit. Instead I used Paypal to pay for the items through my bank. I will also no longer use Walgreens for any pharmacy or other needs. They have gone downhill and this is the second time I have had issues with an online order. They are not dependable or reliable and you can not trust any information on their websites and their staff is poorly trained. If I continue to have issues with them, I will attach the documents that I will submit in my disputes against Walgreens with Paypal and my bank. Excuse any typos/grammatical errors. Sharma was very unprofessional. A product that I purchased was located under a price at the register a different price. I made sharma aware of the price change and she proceeded to say if I can take a picture of the price she will accommodate it so proceed to do so at the end she never gave me a price change She just gave me attitude, and dismiss me from the store saying the customer is never right. read more

Worst Walgreens ever. Long lines, poor customer service and trying to talk to a real live person on the phone is next to impossible. They're frequently out of medications and act confused when you request more. If you're on hold, they'll hang up. Go somewhere else. read more

I can definitely tell the difference in the staff they have now. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. The cashier was very courteous and prompt. I didn't have to wait long for my order. The manager, Miss Nancy helped me fix a problem with my online pick up. everyone was very kind and willing to assist not it's just myself, but other customers as well. The cashier was greeting some people by name Which shows me an excellent level of customer service! I hadn't been here in a while but I will start coming back. read more

Today while shopping at the Walgreens in Fayetteville at 780 N Glynn St My mom & I sadly received a very uncomfortable and inappropriate shopping experience. She is a frequent shopper and yes, She uses coupons however We have never had issues nor do We avoids coupons and follow policies. When My mom approached the counter to pay for her products the cashier didn't start the order until after calling and having another cashier by the name of Justin, come and set up his cell phone to record as The other associate started her transactions. First and foremost, recording anyone without permission highly illegal. Next, the gentleman at the register was having difficulties and called for a manager assistance which is fine until the manager comes and stated, "you have to read these and follow to the T or else they'll kill us with these coupons." She had 5 products which is hardly considered extreme or a major transaction. Then the manner in which they continued with my transactions and the whispering and side eye were very inappropriate. We could care less on any other day how I am perceived however this was extremely insulting. She shops at this location frequently however this is her first time shopping in a hijab and I hope this was not the cause for their behavior. Please help me understand how any of this is acceptable. read more

This is my neighborhood Walgreens. Ive been frequenting this Walgreens for approximately 15 years now. Unfortunately, they're under staffed as mostly everywhere I go now days. However, I would like to compliment the Photo Department for working tirelessly through the Holidays completing orders for other Fayetteville, Ga store's that don't have photo paper. While using the Photo kiosk today, I over heard at least four customers complain that their online orders was cancelled because the other Fayetteville Walgreens stores photo machines was either in-op or out of paper! I would like to encourage the staff at the Glynn Street location to stay positive and know that they're appreciated! Especially the Pharmacy Department! I would like to also suggest that they open both drive through lanes so that drop off and pickup customers can help keep the line short and moving. It can be frustrating waiting in line for someone to get a COVID test and the technician having to clean up after the testing as appropriate. I want to wish ALL the Glynn Street Walgreens Staff a Merry Christmas & Happy New Years! Finally, please replace all the parking light bulbs that are not working, especially the one nearest the Pharmacy for safety purposes. Thank you! read more

This pharmacy is a joke,, the staff is rude, always laughing and making fun of people.. I don't trust them to give me the right meds..... I called corporate on them and reported them... to pull the video where the so called manager screaming at customers... so sad she isn't professional enough to handle her work load... I went to the Take Care clinic today without an appointment. I love that the Walgreens website tells you if there is a wait, and about how long, and if the clinician is at lunch. Very helpful! It was easy to find with plenty of parking, and it was a very safe location. Today I am uninsured (I expect a job offer tomorrow, so soon I will have insurance!) and I appreciate that they post their prices for the clinic right on the website. My issue was a simple UTI. I knew that because I had taken Pyridium, which is pain medicine for UTI's, that urinalysis results would be ruined by the Pyridium. I explained this to the med tech who took my vital signs, and she wrote down my medical history, including UTI info. The clinician was a fantastic Nurse Practitioner named Iris, and she was friendly, helpful, sympathetic, and professional. I brought the empty bottle of antibiotics from my last UTI (only 6 weeks ago), and based on my medical history she was able to prescribe me antibiotics even though the urinalysis results weren't readable due to the medicine I had taken. In fact, Iris even asked if I preferred Bactrim or Cipro, as she wanted to ensure I did not have an anti-biotic resistant strain. I opted for the Bactrim for two reasons: 1) I respond well to it, and 2) it is a generic, so much cheaper than Cipro, which really matters since I don't currently have medical insurance. Not only did she prescribe the Bactrim and have it filled right there within 10 minutes, but she gave me a 7-day dose to ensure that the UTI will be completely eradicated. The pharmacy tech was friendly, efficient, and even said sincerely, "I hope you feel better." I highly recommend this Take Care clinic because they are upfront about their prices, clear about wait times, and the service I received from the medical technician, the Nurse Practitioner, AND the pharmacy tech was great. Total bill: $89 for the visit, $10 for the urinalysis, and $11 for the medication. If I had gone to a local ER or local standard medical clinic, I would have paid double and waited much longer. read more

I came to Walgreens today 9/22/2018 at 2:22pm to pick up my meds and my son meds from the pharmacy. I was in drive-thru for 6mins no one said anything. I figured no one was going to come I could see them through the window in there laughing and talking its three employees in there . I came in side and told the pharmacist I assumed she was in charge since she had on a black lad coat. She looked at me I looked at her then she finally said what's the name for the prescription. Then she had the nerve to grab 10 other prescriptions for people that wasn't there and started stocking up. I was the only customer . They aren't nice there. I'm changing my Pharmacy I can't deal with people that are rude. A simple apology goes a long way. read more

I absolutely love this location. It is always a pleasure when I arrive. I am welcomed by every employee. It makes the customer feel like your establishment is happy to have my business. I had a horrific experience at their Walk-in Clinic on Dec. 8, 2014 which is near my home. Had acute sinusitis, bronchitis w/phlegm & couldn't lift my head. The femaile NP, who was very rude & wouldn't listen to my plea for antibiotics (my Primary always adminstered antibiotics). I didn't have med insurance at the time & ended paying out of pocket $125 for visit & cough medicine "DayQuil" equivalent. That evening my symptoms got worse & had a fever. I went back to the clinic the next day only to be told by another NP, on duty, that they were booked (couldn't see me) & I would still have to pay for another visit!!! The following day, I went to my Primary (I should have done that to begin with) who gave me a shot, antibiotics & cough medicine; he was also very surprised that Walgreens didn't help me from the start... Called WG customer service who asked me for my Primary's visit documentation, which I forwarded, only to be informed there was nothing they could do to make it right; not even an apology for the money that I spent for improper diagnosis and care! I would never recommend anyone to go to this clinic and have already spread the word... read more
