We had tried to call and go online to get covid testing all week. Each time all Locations in a 10 miles radius along with this one had 0 appointments. We had came to this Location last week and had a pretty good experience so we decided to go back by since we passed by a few times today and no one was in the drive thru. We went through the drive thru and pushed the button. Someone came and we asked could we get a covid test. She said that we needed to make an appointment online. We share that the website had no option ls for the next 2 weeks for any Location close. She then said with a nasty attitude, " That is because we have no appointments available. We are full" She said it so rude and again, no one was there. Would it have been hard to just give us a swab? Regardless, they should have a better process and a better customer service attitude especially to people like us that shop in Walgreens all the time. read more

This feedback is for the pharmacy staff. There is a Male employee that answers the phone when a patient Unfortunately has to call into the pharmacy. I believe that I have called three times, Every time I hear his voice my first thought is just to hang out but then I'm so afraid when I call back he'll answer again. He makes you feel very uncomfortable even ask me any questions, he sounds like you're bothering him his customer service sucks. Please keep in mind that when someone calls and they may be sick, dying or just confused about what needs to happen. Some empathy would really help this process. We are human beings after all. This location needs better customer service....The pharmacy staff is so rude...of they don't like their jobs there, they should find employment elsewhere. I went to drop off prescriptions for my father...i was told all three would be ready in 11/2 hours...i went back after that time just to be told it still wasn't ready, and they did not have one of his prescriptions in stock. I will start by saying, when Im in the area this Walgreens location is convenient for me, but there are always a bunch of weirdo's here for some reason. I come here whenever I need something because they are open 24 hours and I use the redbox often so I can just return my movies here too. I don't really like this location, but I refuse to go any further because when I do come, it is always late and I don't want to take any chances and find any more weirdo's. The employees here are also a little weird, they always hire people with crazy tattoos and piercings. The people who come into this place always scare me. Usually the workers are very nice. But on 01/08/21 I went to Walgreens to get Allegra which was locked up. I asked this particular employee and he said he did not have a key and kept walking. He didn't even bother to look for another person to help me or anything. I had to walk around the store to look for someone else to help me. Poor customer service. I came to this Walgreens because it was the closest one to my work, and I had to hurry up and take advantage of the BOGO deal for some protein shake powders I've been wanting. They had exactly what I needed, the store was clean and well-lit, service was very friendly. I love that Walgreens does not require a member card, but rather, you can simply use your phone number to soak up the awesome deals. It was easy to apply for a card, too! It was all completed with the debit/credit card machine. Gotta love simplicity. I'll certainly be back when I need more goods! read more

Ok, so i am on the edge between 3 and 2 stars. I came to store looking for some cream for my kid's rash. I spoke with pharmacist since many meds have age restrictions. So i ended up grabbing 2 ointments (thought better safe than pill). Then i sat inside my car searching for more and realized that i actually have one of them at home and other one i saw cheaper at other stores, even though you see those buy 1, get 1 50% (which didn't work for my purchase supposedly since my 2 items were not same, even though both had that sign) . So i went in and said i wanna return it after 10 min inside my car (didn't even leave the parking lot yet). The cashier just pulls one open (had the seal which wasn't that great seal to begin with) and tells me it was open. (I am thinking, well yeah you just opened it), then she opens the tube and it didn't have seal (which i didn't know, or not even sure if it comes with seal from company). So she treats me like i opened both and returning. I haven't even left the parking lot to go home and use it yet. read more

So I came to this Walgreens to pick up some items. I know right now is a very scary and everyone is in a panic mood, very understanding. (I have a Walgreens card) so when I got to the cashier I told her I didn't have my card on me and I needed to use my number. When I looked at the the total I knew something wasn't right. So she called the manager which at the time was "Allen". He checked the receipt and saw she did make a mistake so he told me he had to void the account and basically wait till my money was refunded. I was a little upset, but I wasn't going to make a scene. People make mistakes. When I got home the cashier forgot to put two very important items in my bag. So I called and said can you please have it waiting there for me. Allen the manager at the time seem to have a attitude with me. So I had to redo the transaction and he told me I couldn't get cash back. When I went to a VERY helpful cashier she gave me cash back. I told Allen why would he tell me I couldn't get cash back? He had to ask his employee "we do that now" and I replied to him you're a manager and you don't know your rules and regulations? I'm a manager for rite aid and I always make sure I learn the rule book and treat every customer with respect. Allen was the complete opposite of that. Dang, no wonder this place has low ratings. I don't know how they stay in business. Late night photo request (my mistake, should have called, even though I received an email with the expected time of completion) &: 1. Was told 15-20 minutes more upon arrival (I saw on their screen that it was still in the queue, amongst other orders). 2. When I came back after the time I was told, another 30 minutes. 3. Two employees trying to change the film... no communication of this/expected time of completion whatsoever. 4. Stood around and finally just gave in and told them that I'd come back. Not sure why I had the need to order prints immediately. Maybe I was gifting them to people and needed to send them internationally (delayed thank you cards are considered rude in some countries, so was trying to be mindful). With so many different options we have in this day in age, you would think if I'm walking in, I wouldn't be ignored. If that's the case, I'll just use an internet service, expedite it, have it delivered to my door (probably pay less), and choose to not speak to anyone. Customer service 101: communication. They had an item on sale for $59 plus an extra $10 off with coupon but was out of stock so I got a raincheck. Went to get it today and the manager didn't want to honor the raincheck pricing. She tried to belittle my intelligence saying the price tag on the shelf didn't reflect the (sale) amount I was saying and acted like she gave me something by using the coupon. FYI Ms. Manager, the price tag on the shelf will not reflect a sale price when the sale is over, that's what a raincheck is for. I had to take some passport size pictures. I called someone who I thought was an employee because she had on an Walgreens uniform. Then she told me that she doesn't work there. I immediately apologized. A few minutes later she was the one taking pictures in the photo center !!! Even though I was surprised as to why she would lie to me I kept mum. After taking the pictures she gave it to me uncut and said that I have to cut it myself!!! I was surprised again since just the before day I had taken pictures with walgreens in some other store. She was like if you want it take it or leave it. It was extremely rude. I realized that I just experienced the first racist encounter in US. This Pharmacy shorts you on your narcotic medication, This isn't the first time either, I think the person packing the medication shortens your count and pockets the medication, I stopped going to this Walgreens for this reason, there would be 1 or 2 missing at first, now they shorted me 5 and they claim that the count is right and telling me that I need to speak to the person who prepared it the next day, I advise you to go elsewhere for your narcotic medication or count your medication in front of them, so that they can't rip you off on your medication. I'm giving this location a one star, I've been a customer at this Walgreens location for about 15 years. This location is also a FedEx drop off and pick up location that I use weekly due to receiving equipment for work. Well today I went to pick my package up and the manager Jose refused to give me my package, because he needed the package tracking number, mind you I just a piece of equipment for last week for work at the same location and all I needed was my government issued ID. When I explained to Jose that I didn't have the tracking number for the package but I had my CA driver license, he said "ok, it's going to take a minute to find your package" Jose goes to the back looks for my package returns to me and says "I'm not playing with you, I need the track number" I stood there confused, for 1) last week my ID was sufficient to get my package 2) why did you tell me that it'll take a minute to find my package, and then return to say "I'm not playing with you about the tracking number". As I stood in confusion I pleaded for him to give me my package because I didn't have the tracking number and just last week it was ok to get my package using my ID. Jose refused to get my package, I had to leave the store to go home to find my package tracking number, I returned to the store and asked Jose if I can get package now, Jose walked by me twice and ignored me. Started helping other customers, when Jose finally came to help me it took less than 1 minute for him to locate my package. I will be calling corporate on Jose first thing in the morning. 1 star because I cant leave it blank ;-/ I will probably never come back to this location ever again. My visit today was for 1 purpose only - GET A PASSPORT PHOTO TAKEN. Walked directly to the Photo dept. where I observed 2 young guys (im not even going to honor them with the description "gentlemen") behind the counter. Neither of them even bothered to look up from their conversation to acknowledge I was standing there. Keep in mind, its an OPEN counter...they could see me. Im not hard to miss either. Also, there is a total of 4 people in the entire store, so not like they were waiting on someone else. After a few minutes (so it seemed, maybe more like a minute) still engaged in full (personal -I might add) conversation with each other one walked away and the other finally sashayed his way to the front counter and in a very slurred (not implying intoxication) & slow way asked "what you need?", yes, just like that. (OMG, right?) I proceeded to ask to take a passport photo, he started to go into this slow motion mock looking-for-something mode (the camera) and uttering things like "uh, I dunno if we...", "uh, maybe today isn't a good day for that", "we might not be able to do it for you" and "hey so-and-so (dont remember the other guys name) you know where the camera is, this lady needs a passport photo" and shit like that. At which point I was in full RAGE MODE!! and was sick of this bullshit. Just when I was about to give this kid a piece of my mind and tell him to get his F#&KN shit together and get me the manager because you are obviously incompetent....he says to me "the photo studio across the street can do it for you, why don't you go there?" I am just kind of done with this Walgreens. I have to go back now for the third time today to pick up antibiotics for a fairly common infection. It is medication I have had before. I also tried to pick up a medication prescribed a week ago, not ready because of insurance issues, BUT they told me they never had the order sent from the doctor. So, I wasted my time today two times attempting to pick up medications and calling my doctor about medications. In addition, they do not regularly stock another common medication all three of my children take so I have already had to start using another pharmacy. So, why keep going back to Walgreens is what I am asking. read more

I've been a customer with their pharmacy for years. Never had any problems until this year. Their new pharmacy team has to be the worst, incompetent, unkind group of pharmacist you've ever met in your life. They don't have their stuff together and the communication among their so called pharmacy team is HORRIBLE!! I've worked as a supervisor in customer service, and if I ever had a team like that pharmacy team, a lot of people would've been fired. If I could give negative stars I would. This Pharmacy has by far some of the rudest employees ever. I was refilling a prescription and overheard a conversation between the pharmacist(Ephraim) a clerk (Ty) and a customer at the drive through. The customer asked the clerk when her prescription would be ready. After conferring with the pharmacist the clerk replied "Your prescription will be ready tomorrow". I went pharmacy twice trying to pick up my prescription every time I went they had no record of my prescription. After communicating with my doctor who said that the prescription had been accepted by the pharmacy they admitted to having my prescription held on the side but I had to call personal for them to reprocess it. So I called and when I did they told me to call back in 30min then they would do it. The employees were rude to me when I would try to explain that my prescription had been sent already and instead of handling it the first time they continued to treat me with unnecessary disrespect. Let's start by saying if I could give zero stars I would. I went there today at 2:02pm to fill a prescription for medication since I am battling kidney stones. I turned in my prescription, like I do every time. The girl at the drive-thru tells me that they do not have the medication in stock and that they won't have any until sometime next week. I then proceeded to ask her if she can call other locations to see if anyone else has it in stock and she told me no, I have to do it myself because that's their policy. Then she proceeded to tell me that they have other customers to deal with, not just me. Seriously?!?!?!?! What happened to customer service?? If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Why treat everyone that comes to that pharmacy to fill a pain prescription like they are dope fiends. People are actually sick and need their medications on time. If you don't trust anyone that comes in there stop issuing pain medication all together. I have severe sciatica and can't get out of bed sometimes. I come here once a month to fill my medication and never any issues until now. They TRIED to hold my script 4 days longer than 30 days then have the nerve to ask you......did you run out of your pills already? Ummmmmm yes Mr. Educated, it's 30 days worth. Not 34 days worth. All the RUDE pharmacists kept saying is IT'S TOO SOON but it actually wasn't. Learn to count since you say you are a college graduate. That what the Asian pharmacists kept telling me when I told him he's counting the days incorrectly. Also That treatment is not legal!!! I did report them to Walgreens corporate, my insurance company and FDA to file a complaint and to start an INVESTIGATION. I been coming to this same Walgreens for this script for years never gave any reason for this treatment. Just do your jobs. Not the DEA's jobs. Learn to count the medication days accurately.
