I understand mistakes happen, and I do appreciate the stylist's professionalism and kindness, but textured/curly hair requires experience and proper blending techniques. I've been to multiple beauty stores, including other locations of the same chain, and none of them treated me with the attentiveness and honesty that Anthony did. I don't have expertise in beauty products, and it can be frustrating when staff don't admit they're unfamiliar with something. Honesty .."I'm not familiar with this, but here's what I can recommend" .. is priceless. I approached Anthony because, from the moment I saw him, he seemed approachable and genuinely friendly. My mother even suggested asking him, noting that he looked like someone who could help. Anthony greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. He balanced assisting me while handling interruptions from colleagues, all without making me feel rushed.
