Really quick and easy to drop off FedEx returns. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Everyone who worked there was very friendly.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Walgreens pharmacy, specifically with Lizz. My prescription was supposed to be filled on 11/28, yet by 12/2 there had been no progress and no communication from the pharmacy. When I asked the pharmacist on duty (Lizz) for assistance, I was told the prescription couldn't be processed because it was "missing a code." When I asked if the pharmacy could contact my doctor's office a standard practice at most pharmacies I was told it was not their responsibility. What made this situation even worse was the attitude I encountered. Rather than receiving help or empathy, I was met with dismissiveness, as if my request for clarification was a burden. Waiting days for essential medication is stressful enough, and the unwillingness to help resolve a simple issue was incredibly frustrating. Healthcare professionals should provide support, accuracy, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. I hope Walgreens addresses this breakdown in customer service, because no patient should have to struggle this much just to receive necessary medication. If helping patients isn't a priority, it raises serious questions about why someone is working in this field. read more

Wow! I had to go to Walgreens to get my shingles shot, because Target didn't take my insurance. Not only did it take 30 minutes and they weren't even busy...the person giving me the shot, jabbed it in my arm, and then proceeded to push it in further into my arm. My arm still hurts, even though I had the shot 3 days ago. My Hubby was able to get his shot at Target because he's on Medicare. He said other than filling the needle go into his arm, there was very little pain and his arm is not sore at all. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this Walgreens, nor will I get my 2nd what shot here. read more

I called at 9:00 this morning to see if my prescription would be ready by lunch and was assured by a pharmacist that the prescription would be ready by noon. I showed up at 12:10 only to be told that my prescription had been routed through a fulfillment center and would not be ready until tomorrow. I got no text or phone call updating. Not only was I inconvenienced, but I'm without essential medication for a day. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. This Walgreens is worse than useless. They're actively harmful. read more

There is an employee there. Medium size built, wears glasses, White male with short brown hair. I visited on a Saturday evening and he followed me into the aisle while I looked at sanitary napkins and pregnancy tests. I lingered there longer waiting for him to leave but he stayed pretending like he was shuffling some merchandise around. Very strange and creepy. I couldn't determine if he was being a creep or thinking I was going to steal something and profiled me. read more

If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I would. I had my doctor order a prescription for me sent to this location and for 11 days I received absolutely no word on what was going on, only one automatic notification that my prescription was delayed. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes on two separate occasions today I finally get through with a pharmacist who takes my insurance information and tells me it is invalid and tells me to call my insurance provider. I spend another 20 minutes verifying everything with my insurance provider who tells me everything I have is correct and my insurance is good to cover my prescription, both the specific medication and that Walgreens as a pharmacy is covered on my plan. So I give Walgreens another call back. The same unenthusiastic employee checks my information again which still comes back invalid for whatever reason. The employee refused to help further after this so I've been left with no choice but to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs as all they do is waste your time and never get you what you need. This is definitely one of those locations that I expect to see converted to a dollar general or similar within the next couple years read more

Somewhat rude pharmacy employee. OUTRAGEOUS price for prescription. Didn't even apply the coupon code that my friend had on file - only did so when we balked at the outrageous price. Also they only have 1 lane open so disregard that pretty lil sign they have saying both lanes open . SMH . Save your money and go to Walmart or Costco for your needs unless it's a specialty item I'd say avoid this specific Walgreens store for sure . Very bad attitude some African female workers need ASAP training to work with customers. Ask for prices for some items and it's like they making u a favor. Go to this location I'd really need something since it's close but perfect the one in lavon nothing compare to this one. Will not waste my time here again, I went in to buy toothpaste and had a 0.75 coupon from Colgate.com (the coupon is still on the website as of now 10/28/14 for Colgate total advance toothpaste, so there's proof that's its a completely valid coupon) and Catherine, a white middle-aged, over-weight, rude manager, would not take the coupon and basically tried to say it was fake... who makes fake 0.75 coupons??? I'm sure I make at least 3x her salary.. I took it to another walgreens with no problem and filed a complaint with corporate. Spend your money with a store who actually knows the policy and appreciates your business. read more

What in the world is going on in this pharmacy that they would receive a script on Monday, need a call from a Dr's office to confirm the script and still not get the med (a pain med, which makes this so much more agregious) to fill the script? They knew it would go through and yet made no effort to cover themselves or me, the customer about whom they claim to care so much. Not only do I not trust they did all they claim to contact the Dr, but if the pharmacists at this location can't look at the script and discern that action needs to be taken to relieve the suffering of a customer, they don't deserve their license. I've never had a problem with Walgreens until now and hope I never do to this extreme again and I likely won't because I am now skeptical of the entire company. read more

do not get your rx filled here...i used goodrx to get a prescription filled at this walgreens needed a 3 month supply. wanted to charge me $650. ($800 without goodrx) i told them not to fill it. i picked up the prescription and took it to walmart used the same coupon goodrx and got the same prescription for $150. why are they charging so much for the exact same medicine...???...walgreens you have lost a customer for life! hopefully everyone who reads this review will rethink who they use to get their prescriptions filled too!! rip walgreens. read more
