There is ALWAYS an issue. This is the THIRD time a prescription has been called for my sick children and they fail to notify that they don't have it UNTIL I am there to pick up OR they attempt to call the dr for a different prescription once I arrive to pick up and it's after hours so the dr isn't available. This is unacceptable!!! Now I have a child that will go THREE DAYS without needed prescription until the office is back open!!! Sorriest customer service ever!!!! read more

The majority of the staff can't speak, good English or understand it, I consistently have brand name prescriptions that my doctor has put on file yet they asked me questions every time, they no longer answer the phone. You can leave the pharmacy in a message and they will call you back. And although I have a credit card in the app, they can't access it, dumber than dumb. read more

Went to go pick up my grandmas medication. Waited in line for 10 minutes only to have the pharmacist not know where her medication was. She looked around for another 10 minutes and finally found it. I'm not sure what's going on at this store. But after 1.5 hours waiting for someone in the pharmacy to answer my call I finally gave up. Lately the pharmacy service is horrendous at this store. I'm thinking it's time to move my prescriptions to another store. Other day we waited in line 40 minutes to pick up prescriptions. Right now I'm really sick & don't need this hassle. No complaints here. This CVS is a CVS, like other CVS's. I've been here a few times to pick up various scripts, and I haven't really had any issues. I also got a flu shot here on the fly. I did have to wait 15-20 minutes for the pharmacist to come out (as opposed to the other CVS I went to in California, where the pharmacist came out basically right away), but I'm going to chalk it up to being busy. Everything I wanted was in stock, but I could tell things were pretty haphazardly organized in some places (most likely customers browsing around). Customer service was pretty much standard. I don't go to a CVS to expect phenomenal customer service, but I guess I've been luckier than others who've had bad experiences. read more

Pathetically bad service Doctor called in a prescription at 2:15; went to the store at 6:30 to pick up. I was told that they were "still working in it". What a lie - they never started it. Told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I walked out of the store; they called me 4 minutes later to tell me that the prescription was now ready. My issue is not with CVS, it is their unprofessional pharmacy. I am only here for a Covid test. I stood in the pharmacy line for 6 minutes. That is with one guy in front of me only to find out it is a drive thru location. So, this time I am late to my "appointment". Now this drive-thru of there's is a joke! I have sat here for 12 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me! I cannot say they are short staffed and they aren't busy. I do not know what the problem is but you need to plan just wait at this place. Bring a book, do your homework, watch an episode of your favorite show on your phone. read more

I am a regular at the CVS. I go every month for my prescriptions, and I will often buy items inside because they have a lot of stuff you may need but don't want to go to Walmart (or Target) to get. I have to get prescriptions filled every single month... I refuse to go anywhere but here. Nice staff, clean store, and a great place to get little things while you wait. Speaking of wait... Waiting time for prescriptions to be filled is very short. I have seen them go above and beyond, numerous times, for people who are in a hurry. Awesome CVS. read more

Hours on website say they're open at 7am. They are not. It's 7:22am and doors are locked. Also no hours of operation located no where on door. It's not CVS as the issue it's the pharmacy tech she is rude and very unprofessional. I transferred a prescription from the Target since they didn't have it. I called no one answers went there she said it was on hold and it's a 2 hour wait and no one is even here. They are chitchatting about personal life instead of doing their job. Going to start going to Kroger's. read more

Came here since my normal CVS was out of my prescription and had to deal with the worst pharmacist/tech I've ever dealt with. First, it wasn't even ready even though it had been 30 hours in process and then the tech wanted me to come inside because I had a discount coupon (which I've used before) and I couldn't wait in the drive thru for it even though there were no other cars. He eventually took the coupon and disappeared for a bit then came back and said the prescription was ready but I still needed to come inside for the coupon which I've never had to do before. And then I had to wait in line for 30 minutes for them to just deal with two people in front of me. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. Any time you call, expect to be stuck on the phone for at least an hour. I've used this location for years, even before it transitioned from an Eckerd's to a CVS and have not been dissatisfied with them until recently. AVOID THIS STORE. Consistently the worst service ever in the Pharmacy!!! Most have no clue what they're doing or don't follow through on contacting doctor in a timely manner. It took 15 minutes in drive thru today for 1 prescription that was supposedly "ready" and they couldn't explain why I was getting $1.75 credit this time either. We only use them because my Mom's insurance doesn't deal with Walgreens, but it's so annoying. We also had several passport photos made a month or so ago and had to return and have them made again because the didn't meet the face size specifications. I asked if they had a template to size the dimensions correctly and was told "Oh yes we do have a template". So I guess they just don't use it!! read more

Here the staff works the queue first and only. You are a number. Nobody cares. They do stock the medication that I've filled every month for 2 years which is more than the Walnut location is willing to do. When the independent pharmacies disappeared the chains replaced caring professionals with hourly clock punchers. When I worked pharmacy in high school we delivered, knew our customers by name and we maintained two queues. If you would wait we would serve you in a waiting queue and the call-in or faxes filled a second tier queue. If you asked that we stock an rx we did so. Those days are gone. It seems to be corporate policy to push as many out the door as possible and ignore the customer. Sadly there are no more independent pharmacies nearby so I have little choice. read more

Within the last couple of months I have been in and out of this location ordering prescriptions for my parents and changing them and reordering. I have only checked in to this place 2 times but have been in far tooo many but just so dumbfounded on questions in my head that I forgot to check in. I seriously couldn't have done it without Matthos and Samson and all the techs that work hard to fill these prescriptions and deal with all the customers. There was one tech that always stood out and helped his name was Michael. And I guess he doesn't work here anymore but I can't tell you how calm and helpful he was as well. From the bottom of my heart Matthos thank you for everything you do as a Pharmacist. For advising me when my parents were taking too many of the meds for the same issues. Helping me on what to ask the doctors when I go for the next appointments. I am very much blessed to have yall looking out for me and my parents. May God continue to bless ya'll very much. CVS you have an amazing staff at this location. There is also one guy who doesn't work in the Pharmacy but in the front of the store. I can't believe I for his name but he is also very helpful to me when ever I need to find something. Like he says everytime he sees me, I've got your back girl" that means a lot. have used this pharmacy for years (for maintenence meds) and have watched service decline to the point of-won't even bother with the drive thru. after recent surgery,i needed pain meds-was told out of stock and 3 days til in-what? o,sorry,not a problem after major surgery to go 3 days without pain medication=are you crazy? next,asked about closest cvs that had in stock(maybe isolated incident) sent to cvs (in target store down garland rd) was told (rudely) 'just sold last 2 bottles' so their inventory system is so slow,that 5 minutes ago,it showed in the system, but now 'out',(beginning to see a pattern emerging) where is next closest cvs that has this med?-checked that 1-was told (rudely) out of stock-but the other pharmacy just said you had it? then was told (rudely again) ' well we have 1 bottle but it's expired and we can't sell it' ..drove back to original pharmacy,and since i had little choice-ordered it thru them-gross imcompetence! read more
