This been my local to go store at a local 7 Eleven . Never been as shocked that bump their over priced merchandises constantly. Literally the smallest snacks a literally over 3 dollars and as soon the snacks gets bigger they get pricer . Literally not my business but why are workers bringing family members there ? There were a few times when they didn't want to give me plastic bag and some eye drops since I'm very sensitive when the sun hits my eyes . I'm disappointing at this spot and who are hiring these types of people . Not even professional yet I seen some of them not wearing uniforms . Stopped in to purchase some lottery scratchers and the cashier who was helping another customer in front of me was very loud. She offered the customer a bag as and then immediately told him they were out of bags (probably so used to asking and forgot). I get up to the counter to purchase my scratchers and I noticed many were out so I proceeded with my choices (mind you, her voice was still loud). Every one I was choosing she was out of, so I just walked out and she shouted, "SORRY!" What a freak! Perhaps she was high on something, but definitely won't be going back here. read more

Please make sure you're being charged correctly at this location. Used to go as it was convenient (hence convenient store), but a male cashier who usually wears a black American flag cap likes to make up their own prices when ringing things up, ALWAYS up-charged from the original price listed with the item. It happened multiple times, between hot food items and even little things like cough drops. In this day and age, every penny counts and I worry I'm not the only person this store has tried this with. read more

I stop by this 7-11 on different mornings to grab coffee before the gym, a snack for one of my kids, or even a coffee for my Cupcake's teacher. They have several choices in coffee flavors, such as Skinny Salted Caramel, Brazilian Bold, Colombian, Cinnamon, Blueberry, and their Exclusive Blend. The store tends to be well-stocked early in the morning and they usually have a good flow going. I really appreciate the cashiers, because if there is only one, she will go back and forth between both registers to get the line moving faster. If one person is paying with their card, she will already be ringing up the next person on the other register. There is usually someone who is keeping an eye on the coffee and making sure that it's full. In the evenings, they use only one side of the coffee station where they are actively brewing, which I understand because people tend to drink less in the evenings and it's a waste to have all that coffee just sitting there. They keep the creamer choices full and if anything is low, you just ask and they immediately bring it out. They all have great attitudes and I haven't encountered any rudeness. I only live a block from this location and rarely went there until a few weeks ago. I'm all about my coffee in the mornings. I went in one day hoping to find a Vanilla flavored coffee like I'd get at Chevron but they didn't have that flavor made. A young woman came up and asked me what I was looking for I told her and she offered to make it for me, just said it wqsnt ine of the more popular ones. I told her it was alright and I'd try one of the other choices. She told me the Cinnamon was very popular, I'd never had that flavor so I figured why not I'd give it a try. I added some Cinnabon flavor creamer to it and it was delicious, its now my go to flavor every morning I dont work. I come in regularly now and often deal with the same woman, found out her name is Charlotte. Very nice and knows customer service always helpful. I signed up fornthe application to earn some freebies. I was having some trouble with it so last time I went in I mentioned it to her and she kindly walked me through it and explained how it all worked. Very helpful and my points keep building . some of the breakfast bonus purchases arent always available but if you ask Charlotte she will pop one in for ya. The store is near, clean and organized. Unlike a few other 7-11s ivr been into there aren't a slew of homeless people out front sleeping or begging for money. Which is nice at 5am. I feel for them but some are pretty sketchy characters and at 5am its not what I wanna deal with. Thank y'all for keeping your store safe and welcoming and being so on top of your service. Went there on July 11 for a free slurpee. There was an employee standing at the machine to serve the slurpees to the customers. I didn't even get 10 seconds to decide what I wanted before the employee told me, "You're not 5 anymore, you should know your choice." Now whether you agree or not with what she said, you still don't say that to your customers, and with an attitude no less. If you're gonna be a bitter old bitch, you shouldn't be working in customer service. read more

Most of the people who work there are awsome, really nice, great customer service and they are always cleaning and making the place smell nice and clean, which is important. My boyfriend and I go there so much to get drinks and snack that the people know us by name and we talk with their employees often. I only had one bad time there were this older lady quite literally yelled at me and my boyfriend about paying with QUARTERS, our total was like $2.00! thats only 8 quarters and she was complaining like we paid with pennys. WARNING!!! Do not use this ATM!!!This store is terrible!!!! I went in this morning to use the ATM to get some lunch money for my kids. Everything was fine until the ATM processed my transaction but did not give me my cash. Apparently coming from one of the employees this ATM happens to do this often not giving people its money. If I were the owner of the branch I would do everything to make sure that my customers weren't being ripped off. If you know that a machine is nutorious for processing your transaction but not giving you your money, you should 1. Get a new machine 2. Let people know ahead of time 3. Put a broken sign on the darn machine. With so much fraud going on I don't feel comfortable spending money in a place that dosent have my best interest. You know ahead of time about the machine but have done nothing to take care of it. I know it's not your machine personally but the fact that your on employees stated the the machine has done that before really raises some red flags!!! I usually do not get upset but the fact that this has happened before and you still continue to house a broken machine instead of getting a new one or even giving customers a heads up is pretty shady. Everything I need is here. No matter if it is a hot meal or just a lottery ticket I need, the service is fast and the store is clean. The variety of slurpee is cool, they honor the deals in the app and I can get a redbox when I am there as well. read more

My local 711 i go to all the time. A few employees are great. I had an experience with one woman when i went to buy a 14 pack of water and she told me it was 5 dollars and i was shocked. Paid and left and a few days later went in to buy my son a snack and she very rudely asked in front of 5+ customers if i could even afford it. I will say the service is fast & friendly about 99% of the time... However, today I noticed sour patch kids were advertised as 2 for $2 (or $1.39 each) but at checkout, they did not ring up at $2, so I mentioned it to to the cashier, and her response was, "So you don't want them?" So I asked her, "why can't I just have them for $2 as advertised?" She just looked at me with this ...blank... look and said "well normally the register just takes it off. "It's OK, I don't want them. But maybe you should take that sign off." She says "I don't have any control over that". (Obviously.) She seemed to not even know how to really work the register. Been coming to this place for years. And now since the local Lomita and Harbor city grocery stores are gone i come here more often for things i need and dont want to drive out of my way for to a market. They are always clean, stocked with what I need and are some of the friendliest employees and owners I've come across in the south bay excluding one other place I go to. Every body there knows me by name including the owner. For everyone quipping about the prices *It's a CONVENIENT STORE* you pay for the convenience. And mind you ITS NOT THAT MUCH DIFFERENT IN PRICE!
