Vinod and Sarita give outstanding award winning Customer Service!!! They are the best!!!

Vinod and Saroyan, are hard at work making sure we always have cookies to purchase every day! They are always fresh, dated and never old! These two hard workers give outstanding, Award winning, customer service! They always greet their customers with a hello and a goodbye! They are the best team of 7-Eleven workers than any other location! They are the best!

I love all the different creamers, especially the seasonal ones

I stop by this 7-11 on different mornings to grab coffee before the gym, a snack for one of my kids, or even a coffee for my Cupcake's teacher. They have several choices in coffee flavors, such as Skinny Salted Caramel, Brazilian Bold, Colombian, Cinnamon, Blueberry, and their Exclusive Blend. The store tends to be well-stocked early in the morning and they usually have a good flow going. I really appreciate the cashiers, because if there is only one, she will go back and forth between both registers to get the line moving faster. If one person is paying with their card, she will already be ringing up the next person on the other register. There is usually someone who is keeping an eye on the coffee and making sure that it's full. In the evenings, they use only one side of the coffee station where they are actively brewing, which I understand because people tend to drink less in the evenings and it's a waste to have all that coffee just sitting there. They keep the creamer choices full and if anything is low, you just ask and they immediately bring it out. They all have great attitudes and I haven't encountered any rudeness. The parking lot is a force to be reckoned with, though...ESPECIALLY in the mornings!

The space is one of the highlights. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a great place to hang out, work, or catch up with friends. The Wi-Fi was solid, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and lively. The staff were also incredibly friendly throughout our visit. Mai specializes in Vietnamese coffee and matcha drinks, along with a selection of baked goods. My recommendation is to stick with what they do best: coffee and matcha. If you're a fan of dark roast coffee with a strong, bold flavor, you'll probably love their drinks. I tried the Banana Coffee, which was excellent and easily my favorite item of the visit. I also ordered the Mochi Mango drink, which unfortunately wasn't for me. I'd give it about a 2.5/5. The mochi texture felt off, and the mango flavor tasted more like syrup than real mango. That said, I'm comparing it to a version I've had at another boba shop that I personally enjoyed more. Overall, Mai Coffee is a great local hangout with plenty of space, reliable internet, friendly service, and strong Vietnamese coffee. I'd definitely come back for the coffee and to spend some time working or relaxing.

You can tell they put a lot of effort into their food and drinks. As for the ambiance, it's perfect for those who want to hang out and catch up with friends/family or to study. When I visited, there were easily 5 other groups and individuals studying here. I have a big soft spot for banana flavored items. A BIG SOFT SPOT. Banana Cream Pie Latte - this one carries the biggest punch for banana lovers. Banana cream the entire way from start to finish. Not too sweet. Awesome foam top too. I highly recommend drinking these without the straw. Foam top drinks are best appreciated when you get a nice 50:50 ratio of the foam and drink. Banana Matcha Latte - the name speaks for itself. It's a nice mixture of both. So if you're looking to feel a little healthier with the matcha element, then go for it. This was probably the prettiest drink of the 3 that we had. Americano - delicious and got the job done here. I naturally enjoy Ethiopian and Colombian beans. I brew them often at home. I was definitely wide awake after these drinks lol Strawberrynana Waffle - If you LOVE belgian-style waffles like me, then you'll find yourself ordering this again and again. It wasn't too sweet but sweet enough to easily go through 2 or 3 of these plates if you're crazy enough. Banana Walnut Honey Bread - the best for last! I really loved eating brick toast growing up. There were so many stores back in the day that sold them, and now I can't find them as easily. In fact, Caffe Bene is the only place in the South Bay that I know that sells them. This one brought me back to the past and put a gigantic smile on my face. Delicious, perfectly sweet, balanced, and finished wanting more. Highly recommend!

One thing was immediately clear: everyone was ordering the snowstorm. Most people seemed to go with either the matcha or the original, though they also had other flavors like sesame. Naturally we followed the crowd and ordered the matcha. It's matcha soft serve topped with chestnuts, and it turned out to be a great little pre-dinner snack -- creamy, earthy, and not overly sweet. What surprised me most was that they carry different types of chestnuts. I preferred the smaller ones, which were softer, more moist, and sweeter. The larger ones were firmer, but you can buy them already peeled, which honestly feels like a luxury if you've ever battled chestnut shells before. It's a quirky specialty shop, but a fun one to browse. And judging by the number of snowstorms coming out of the kitchen, that's clearly the move here.

Hisaya Kyoto specializes in all things chestnuts, including soft serve chestnuts, and chestnut baked goodies. I came on a hot day and got their vanilla and chestnut soft serve on a cone. I also got one of their chestnut cakes. The ice cream was very creamy and definitely a good treat after my lunch. The small cake was not too sweet and light. It had some sweetened chestnuts inside which was really nice. It came out hot and went well with the ice cream. They also have cookies, donuts, and a variety of ice creams as well. They also have drinks like their chestnut milk too. For soft serve they have their fuji soft serves which comes with toppings. I want to come back to try their other items. The people behind the counter wasn't the friendliest and out items took awhile. The inside is small and casual and not really anywhere to sit. But they do have seating outside. There is plenty of parking since it is on a strip mall.

All I can say is wow. Genuinely the most beautiful latte art I've seen in my life!!! You can tell how well they steam their milk because the consistency was perfect. The barista's level of precision and control was seriously impressive , my goodnesssss The hot espresso by itself was yum too. The espresso had floral notes with hints of citrus and fruit coming through, and it's a really enjoyable cup even by itself. I also ordered the chaggachino. It was on the sweeter side for me (I don't like my drinks too sweet), but still very delicious. Creamy, rich, and comforting without completely overpowering the coffee flavors underneath. We also got the ham and cheese croissant, which was nicely warm, buttery and crisp on the outside and good proportion of cheese and ham. I visit a lot of coffee shops, so it does take quite a bit to impress me, but this place absolutely wowed me.... Between the coffee quality and the latte art, I really loved it here!! The Thai tea was nicely balanced and not overly sweet, and the Jasmine tea was fragrant, thick, and perfect at 50% sweetness. The Dubai Chocolate Frappe was a semi-let down because the advertisement photo looked like it had a lot of chocolate. When I got my order, my first reaction was..."is that it?" The first several sips lacked the chocolate flavor I was anticipating but it was a fairly decent drink. It definitely would have been better with more chocolate as advertised. The Beef Teriyaki Bowl was a generous size; again, it was good enough. The TTEK-BOKKI (Korean Spicy Rice Cake) was extremely filling especially with cheese (which was a $3 up charge). Not sure I'd get this one again if I came back because the price point and the quality just didn't match. Parking is easy and free since it's in a complex with a now abandoned Rite-Aid. Even so, I'm not completely sure I'd come back since this place is small and the setup seems so cramped. It lacked the vibe I thought it would have based on social media posts.
