Like others have said, this is possibly the worst pharmacy in the area. They have no regard for their customers health. They almost never have my medication ready on time, so when I saw the 02/09 auto-fill date, I requested it be filled early (02/03). I got an email saying the medication was being ordered. 02/09, it's still not there. My husband goes to check and they juat say "it's not here. I dont know when it will be here." The medication is not in short supply and you see my perscription has refills. Why are you not keeping it in stock?? I called to get an update and they ordered it while I was on the phone. They said it would be in today 02/14, the day I have to take the medication and guess what?! It's not there! It won't be there until Monday - so they say. I'm done. I'm transferring all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy and I encourage everyone to do the same. I won't even pick up a bottle of water from this store anymore. read more

They shorted me on my cancer medication and tried to blame my insurance company for changing the amount. I called the insurance company and of course that was not the case. The company called them directly and told them that it was their error and they still refused to give me the proper amount of pills. hire better people and train them to be good people and be transparent with customers when dealing with transactions. this is the worst customer service location and it's not a surprised so many others have negative reviews for this location. I wonder why management doesn't make any changes to this store after seeing all of these feedback. I was just there with my family, we purchased multiple items and and intended to use the store coupon which the cashier did not explain how the reward system work and made us purchase more items to meet a certain amount. to qualify to use the coupon but after we paid for the additional items we looked at the receipt and realized the reward was not added to our bill and the manager Johana told the cashier to go to another register to handle our transaction after we decided to return everything. she was rude and loud in front of other customers scaring our little child who was with us making us feel bad for calling her out on why she and the cashier who knew we intended to use the reward did not explain how the reward work and tell us we couldn't use it in the same transaction. they made us buy more item and after the transaction is completed then realized the reward need to be used for future transaction and we need to buy more items. manager johanna was being rude and loud for calling her out. this local community doesn't need business run with lack of integrity and transparency. we ended up returning the items and purchased the items we needed and not the items suggested instwad Of being manipulated by the staff And saved more on our transaction. Get rid of the store coupon system to fix this issue and don't market it if it's difficult for customers to use and also get better staff and provide good training for customers service skills read more

Pharmacy department is terrible and extremely unprofessional. Purposely picking up the phone, but leaving it on the desk I stead of speaking to the person calling. Then they leave the phone off the hook so you can't get connected. I have a newborn that is very sick and I don't want to drag him to the store and wait there for hours for his prescription, hence why I needed to call. I'm officially changing my pharmacy. read more

Small and clean Walgreens with a good variety of item. The seasonal aisle is a bit sparse at times however, there's a good selection of skincare and haircare products. My only complaint is I don't like the parking lot in the back. Very tight. read more

I am NEVER going back to this pharmacy. It's the absolute WORST. My son has epilepsy & they are constantly running out of one of his medications. They told me the other day it was on back order, and my son was down to two doses. They told me to go to another pharmacy to see if they had it. I went to another local town pharmacy and they were so wonderful and kind and said that they would order it and it would be in today which is Saturday. in the meantime, Walgreens called back and said that they can order it and it would be there today which is Saturday. I didn't hear anything so I called them and asked them if my son's medication was in yet. The rude pharmacist (after being on hold for 15 minutes) told me that they don't get deliveries on Saturdays. I told him that someone yesterday told me it would be there and he said "oh that person was probably just a floater". Then he told me he had to give someone a shot & he'd call me back (which he never did). since they are closed on Sundays and don't get deliveries, my son will now be without a dose of his epilepsy medication. I have had it, and now they put my son's health at risk. I am pulling all of my prescriptions from the store and I am going to a local town pharmacy. Do not get prescriptions at this pharmacy, they are absolutely horrible and impossible to get in touch with over the phone. read more

I forgot my mask so I put a thick padded bathing suit over my mouth and I tied it in the back of my head. I walked into the store and right when I got in one of the workers kicked me out. Went for the first covid shot today... Antonio asked do I have any reactions I said yes sometimes I faint. He said we can't give it to u. Go to a walk in.
