The rehab released her without her even being able to walk, which means they didn't do their job . I have been stressed out beyond imagination. I'm now being treated as a nurse, cook, made, physical therapy, etc. so needless to say I am extremely stressed out and cannot even go to work right now due to this so I'm a little bit overwhelmed. This pharmacy has been helping me handle my mother with Grace and compassion. My mom is not easy to begin with Add illness onto that and it's a perfect storm. The rehab she was in sent her home with the wrong eyedrop my mother keeps insisting it was the pharmacies fault which it was not because the pharmacy sent over the correct prescriptions and I know this because I give her the medication myself. She has been calling the pharmacy nonstop and I am besides myself embarrassed. I called there to apologize for my mom's behavior and they were so kind and understanding Dealing with an aging parent is not easy and the staff at this pharmacy has definitely helped. Take some pressure off of me and I truly appreciate them.

It's a pharmacy but they have a lot of other random products so it's more like a general store. I took photos of every aisle so you can see what type of stuff they have. Sure I can go probably go to CVS or Walgreens and save a dollar, but for me I go here for the convenience, save the time and gas, support a local small business. The staff and the pharmacists have always been very friendly and helpful. They will gladly help you find what your looking for and give you information on their products.

I recently stopped by to print out some pictures, when the gentlemen at the register told a customer "I wouldn't buy the milk here if I was you, our fridge has been off for over 12 hours" I couldn't believe he said that, until my boyfriend purchased milk from here a few weeks later and it was indeed spoiled. The expiration date was fine and it seemed cold. But you could smell it as soon as you opened it. When I called the establishment to complain about it, all I got was a "if you bring it back, we can refund you" Be very careful as management and their employees are clearly very irresponsible in how they store product.

So I believe in giving second chances which I gave to this pharmacy I never wanted to use CVS however, when my job switched insurance, I didn't have a choice because they wanted to charge me more for my prescriptions if I went elsewhere. So of course, the first time filling my prescriptions here was a total disaster . They texted me to say that my prescriptions were ready. Great got in the car head up there. they messed up all my prescriptions and I ended up waiting there for about 40 minutes. I then didn't bother to look in the bag got out to the car and realized that they charged me for my third prescription but never put it in the bag so I had to go back and wait online again to get it filled correctly Now a month and a half later same thing I get a text message saying my prescriptions filled which I never ordered from there because I knew I was starting a new job and getting new insurance, but they decided to fill it anyway they then kept messaging me saying that they needed my insurance information. Meanwhile, I had no plan on going there to pick my prescriptions up ever again. Fast-forward to a doctors appointment he made a mistake. He sent my prescriptions there so I had no choice but to go there. This is where the nightmare started to get even worse once again got a text saying my prescriptions are ready . Get to the store. Wait online finally get up to the register. The first words out of my mouth are here you go. This is my new insurance information. They texted me that they needed it. The young lady looks at the card and says oh OK then proceeds to do something on the computer and then look up at me and say oh so you're one medication is $300. I then said why would it be $300 Rocket scientist says to me because you don't have insurance literally while she's holding my insurance card in her hand. I get sent to another line to speak directly to the pharmacist who then said that he had to refill all the prescriptions under my insurance so another half an hour wasted of my time. I finally go back up to the register I said is everything ready? Oh yeah, we just have to wait for a pharmacist because he has to give us an override because one is considered a narcotic so another 10 minutes passed and I say to the lady maybe if you weren't so busy asking every single person if they want a vaccine, you can concentrate on filling the prescriptions correctly. She just looked at me with that dumb look on her face once more. I am never going to the store again. I don't care if it's a bottle of water that I need I will not answer that place again. It is horrible. I don't even trust them when they fill my prescriptions so I actually dumped all my pills out and counted them and guess what I was short one. I'm not even gonna bother because it's not worth the aggravation.
