I also needed to withdraw some cash via their atm, which, at $3.50 a pop per withdrawal wasn't cheap, but not too bad either. I was grateful they had a functioning atm to begin with. Perhaps the best part of this visit to this particular CVS was the fact that they had a super sweet (and locked under key) cologne and perfume section with major name brands going for way, way cheaper than you'd find them anywhere else. And while the pictures aren't the clearest, you'll see the brands they rock here. Not bad at all! I'll be back!

Before I even pulled up my email to show her, she was already telling me her printers aren't printing, and it's not ready. I explained to her that it was ready two days ago, she didn't care to check her inventory. I asked her how do I get a refund, or when will they be ready, she said she doesn't know I need to call cvs. KEEP IN MIND, she's CVS supervisor . I kindly asked her if she can check just incase, she did with attitude. Lady if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on other people. No wonder this location has a 2.2 rating.

The pharmacist has a nasty attitude and absolutely zero people skills. I was told my medication would be filled today and called to confirm. She scolded me for not knowing there was a shortage (even though I confirmed two days prior that they were be able to fill it). She spoke to me like I was absolutely deranged and crazy for expecting my medication to be filled on time. When I asked if I could get a partial refill, so I don't have to go without my medication (it's now the weekend and my doctor isn't in office to write a new prescription), she made me feel like an idiot for wasting her time when she could be counting the inventory. "I need time and I can't get started if you're still talking to me on this call". After 7 years of using this pharmacy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I waited in the aisle while the assistance bell was rung multiple times, at least four times, and no one came to help. Another employee eventually stopped and apologized, but explained that she did not have the key to open the cabinet. During this time, I could clearly see Lynn near the front of the store stocking shelves after she had already helped me earlier in my visit. I politely called out "Ma'am" multiple times to get her attention, and instead of approaching or even turning around, she responded from a distance with "What?" and "Yes, what do you need?" while still facing away from me. When she finally returned to the aisle, she initially asked which product I needed instead of simply opening the cabinet so I could look. The entire interaction felt dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily difficult for a customer who had already been waiting patiently while trying to pick up medication for their pet. I understand employees get busy, but basic professionalism and customer service still matter. I should not have had to repeatedly call for assistance after waiting several minutes with no response.

When we got there, there were 2 people behind the pharmacy counter and no customers. We asked if they had the Moderna vaccine available and were told that they did, but that we'd need an appointment. Their online system said they didn't have any appointments available until next Tuesday. The excuse we were given in person was because of limited supply we needed an appointment. Huh? Another Rite Aid pharmacy farther away told us to come right in and that we didn't need an appointment. It seems like these employees at this location were just being lazy. It's no surprise that many Rite Aid locations are slated to close.

She was kind enough to help in setting up a warranty for a Water Pik purchase. Her assistance really helped to get a major savings on the items. It was a pleasure dealing with the Manager, as she very pleasant, professional, & responsive. This store is always clean with easy to find aisles. We normally fill our prescriptions at the CVS on Artesia Blvd. In Redondo Beach. However they were…read moreout of a medication and told my husband it would be ordered and available the next day after 6 pm. Since my husband was ill and needed it ASAP, I called and asked if another CVS had it for pick up today. I was directed to the CVS located in the Target Store in Manhattan Beach. I spoke to the pharmacist who rushed it for me and I was able to pick it up in a few minutes. This CVS also accepts Target gift cards for their prescriptions.
