He asked me if I found everything and how my day was. We both agreed that life is beautiful and there's no point in being angry. His personality is the light in this dark world! The pharmacist has a nasty attitude and absolutely zero people skills. I was told my medication would be filled today and called to confirm. She scolded me for not knowing there was a shortage (even though I confirmed two days prior that they were be able to fill it). She spoke to me like I was absolutely deranged and crazy for expecting my medication to be filled on time. When I asked if I could get a partial refill, so I don't have to go without my medication (it's now the weekend and my doctor isn't in office to write a new prescription), she made me feel like an idiot for wasting her time when she could be counting the inventory. "I need time and I can't get started if you're still talking to me on this call". After 7 years of using this pharmacy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
