I even had time to chat with a store rep for a couple of minutes-from a safe distance of course. I didnt realize until, I left the store it, has been awhile since I have said more than a few words to an employee. Usually , I have a question and / or thank them for keeping the store running . But the icing on the cake, there was not a line of customers needing help from the same employee. There was enough employees to accommodate shoppers. Simple pleasures.

Bath and Body Works' return policy has gotten much worse over the past few years. They used to…read morehave the best return policy is the business: if you had your original receipt, they'd issue a full refund no matter when or in what condition you return it. Now their return policy is much stricter: you have 90 days to return an item and the item must be in new or "gently used" condition, where "gently used" is defined by the clerk. If their products were of consistently great quality, the policy change would be acceptable, if disappointing. But their products aren't consistently great. Many people can't smell some of the lighter scent body products or are overwhelmed by the heavier scent body products. Many of their candles have self-extinguishing wicks, where the wicks burn down faster than the wax. And their Wallflowers stop functioning at the slightest hint of a power surge. Think twice before buying anything you aren't sure you or your gift recipient will start using within 90 days.
