They keep asking questions when you only want to speak to someone. I placed and paid for a pickup order online that only gave the option to pick up today. I wanted to let them know I will be there tomorrow to pick the order up. The auto system is horrible, and I have had this issue every time I call! You also can't get through to the front store. Auto system keeps asking questions that don't apply and sends you to voicemail. Fix your system so people can actually get the help they're requesting.
