After I found the item, I proceeded to the checkout where the little Filipina lady continued talking to an employee's daughter instead of finishing my check out. She was incredibly rude. I recently had a very disappointing experience with the senior pharmacy technician at your location. From the moment I arrived at the register, she was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. When I asked about a prescription for my mother, she abruptly said it wasn't there and told me it would take 30 minutes to arrive. I asked where it had been sent, and she completely ignored my question, repeating only, "Come back in 30 minutes." I then asked if she needed my mother's insurance card, to which she replied, "We show no insurance." When I offered the card, she took it, barely glanced at it, handed it right back without saying a word, and offered no acknowledgment when I thanked her. About 10 minutes later, she called my mother over the intercom. During checkout, she did not ask whether we would like to consult with the pharmacist--which is especially concerning given that my mother is 69 years old and had just been prescribed a new medication. Additionally, we had several other items to purchase, but she didn't ask if we were ready to check them out. Her bedside manner was entirely lacking, which is unacceptable in a pharmacy setting where patients are often unwell or vulnerable. I work in the medical field myself, serving an extremely vulnerable population--incarcerated individuals--and our staff consistently demonstrates more professionalism, courtesy, and compassion than what I witnessed here. It's unfortunate that someone with such a poor attitude is representing your pharmacy at the front line of patient care. read more

Who would have thought that a Walgreens would lock up Red Bull in a room at the back of the store? Well this location is known for things getting stolen (witnessed 2 people leaving with goods while waiting in line to pay for items. I waited about 10 minutes to get staff to check the back to see if they had a cold can of Red Bull, was like pulling teeth but they came through. Unprofessional and completely incompetent! People make the difference. Unfortunately they have the most uncaring and fake nice people I have ever met. I have a pain medication that has to be ordered. My doctor always sends it 10 days early and every time they run me out for a day or 2. If it's a weekend or holiday it can be a week. I have had 9 surgeries and 2 more to go. I've buckled over in pain praying to GOD to make it stop. They also don't answer the phone. After calling several times with no luck I drove over in horrible pain. The pharmacist told me he forgot to order my medication and next time to call the day before. The funny thing is that I did call and remind them on Wednesday. Friday I called to confirm. Now my medication might show up Monday afternoon. SO ANOTHER WEEKEND OF THE MOST HORRIBLE PAIN IVE EVER ENDURED!!!!! Their attitude is .... "Is there anything else I can help you with Sir?" IN THE MOST FAKE NICE VOICE AND FAKE SMILE. BASICALLY IN A WAY TO SAY THAT THEY ARE BUSY AND FOR ME TO PISS OFF!!!!! I hope Karma catches up with these people. I've been coming here for a little over a year now and yes they are busy / very busy. There is a wide array of clientele here and they do a fine job handling the diverse customers. Today, Ashley went way out of her way to help me with 3 prescriptions that my insurance company had some issues filling given the new year!!! The insurance co only wanted to approve a 7 day supply and Ashley went on line and retrieved a coupon that approved my usual 30 day supply along with the other 2 prescriptions filled. She also, emailed my doctor to correct this for me going forward on my refills. Lastly, a gentleman that didn't speak English and was using his phone to translate to Ashley and from Ashley to him. I thought that this was the ultimate form of customer service!!! The Asian guy with glasses in the pharmacy is terrible here! He always gives issues when trying to pick up a prescription. This last time was the last time for me Walgreens has lost a loyal customer. This time was beyond ridiculous my insurance is ending in a couple days and the prescription wasn't covered by the insurance (also Walgreens doesn't even take this insurance) but he refused to let me pay cash for the medication. Even tho I have had this insurance this whole year and paid cash for several prescriptions that were not covered. Ok but 2 days before the insurance ends you can't do it. This Pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and immature. I went to pick up my medicine and tried to flag down a worker through the window as I had just missed a call from Walgreens and wanted to confirm that my medication was ready for pick up. The worker made eye contact with me but ignored me. I saw him again and made eye contact again. This time he ducked below the counter so he couldn't see me. Something a five year old would do. When I picked up my medicine, I told the person at the counter how frustrating that wad and he pretended to not be able to hear or understand me. Then later when he thought I was out of sight, he went back to his coworkers and started to talk/laugh about me. Very unprofessional and immature workers. Disappointing service to say the least. Pretty good experience. The store had what I needed however the cashier was rude and barely spoke to me. I was there on Sunday, 11/17 between 8:30am and 8:45am. Someone spoke to me in the aisles earlier and I said GM so they were great. The person working the cash register however never said hello. I said hello while I was approaching the counter and when I reached the counter and she said NOTHING. Barely said 'thank you' yet when someone came up she spoke to them in another language so she CAN speak. Most Walgreens give great service from what I've seen but not this one. read more

This Walgreens seems to have gotten worse. Came here in the evening and purchased some candy since it was a great deal based on the advertised tag attached. After I paid, I checked the receipt and noticed the price was not correct. The young kid who seemed to be working all alone because he seems like he doesn't have any customer service skills. Basically, he said someone didn't remove the advertised price tag and the price was from last week. Then he remains quiet and acts dumb. Doesn't communicate anything and I said I want the price honored since the tag was there. He basically removed the tag and said he could lose his job over this. Really!!! Over a few dollars, you can lose your job. I asked for a manager and he said that they have gone home. This is the next day. My wife is in a lot more pain. She was discharged from the military because of a disability she sustained while deployed. She loss feeling in her left leg due to back issues. Now because of her recent accident, she's starting to lose feeling in her right leg. Soon she will limping with both legs. All she wanted from the pharmacy was a little bit of ease. Some relief from her pain. But instead that pharm "tech" as he insisted on correcting me. Like that matters when you disrespect my wife?! Is he, as staff of Walgreens, what you condone as a company? You let your employees disrespect our veterans when they are in pain? Does Walgreens take joy in adding insult to injury? Bc by not responding to this and correcting the matter, it says you do. These people never answer their phone, constantly hang up or disconnect your call while on hold, tell you that you have no refills when in fact you do, and basically suggest you just stop taking a medication since they are out of stock and currently waiting for their shipment. Pharmacy only: I ran out of meds 2 weeks ago for ADHD, and have been trying to fill them here. Has been getting denied by my insurance time after time, and after playing phone tag with the pharmacy and insurance 10 times over the two weeks, lady behind the counter figured out that whoever put my insurance card in glanced at the name and put Shauna in as 'Barbara'. Not even close. Had this been any other type of medication I'd be fuckin dying, cuz the 3 people that helped me before couldn't be bothered enough to check the details of the card. Thank you, to the lady who found and corrected the error, and the pharmacist who helped catch it. My review is for the photo department only. I've been going to this Walgreens for 6 years for prints. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of the prints are very good. I was so impressed with my recent photo book order and customer service so I was compelled to write a review. Every November I wait for the Black Friday photo coupon because it is usually 50% off. A heck of a savings for my Christmas cards. Plus, they are super fast with turnaround time on prints, usually within an hour. On Friday, I placed my card order online and used my coupon. I received an email within the hour that it was done. I went in and was waited on by Cherese who was super friendly. The prints looked great! And they sell postage stamps here, yay I don't have to go to the post office! The coupon was good until end of day on Monday -- awesome! So I ordered some custom return address labels and had extra time to design my engagement photo books for my fiancé and my families. The labels unfortunately are not printed in-house, so I have to wait for them to be shipped. The photo book online templates are very easy to use and they offer a nice selection of themes. Very reasonably priced and even better at half off! You can also send a link to an email address to show someone your online proof which is helpful. I submitted my order online Friday about two hours before close. I ordered 6 books with the nicest cover they carry - "premium cover." It was ready to pick up Saturday afternoon. I was waited on by Tammy, who was super nice and professional. She even said congratulations on my engagement which was sweet. It's those little things that make a difference in customer service. Tammy told me she made the books and wanted me to be aware the cover was a little off because of an issue with the template. The cover has a cut out square to show the picture underneath. Honestly, it looked like it was centered pretty well to me, I appreciated her telling me though. I inspected the top book and it looked really nice. The photos are crisp and vivid colors, and the paper is a nice semi gloss stock. There is also a clear vinyl page on page 2 to protect the cover photo which is nice. Sure, the premium cover is sort of cheap and made of a paper/cardboard material, but it still looks good. If you want leather or imitation leather this book is not for you. I probably wouldn't make a wedding album from here but it is good enough for a little memory book. The only issue was when I got home and looked at all of the books I discovered that there was a page double printed in one of the books by accident. If they all had been that way I would have returned them but it was just my copy, no big deal. I just took an exacto knife and cut the page out. I didn't see a need to take it back for one extra page. Overall: great value and I was really impressed with my orders and customer service at the print counter. read more

Zero stars not even 1 star! Placed an order for photos maybe in the morning after i get off work from a 12.5hr shift. I place this order using the Walgreens app. So after placing this order the app guides me through the process till checkout. So now thats done its says photos will be ready for same day pick up for 950am. Well since i get off at 730am i figured ill just run errands have some breakfast and then at 950am ill pick up my photos. So now here is where it just blows my mind where i guess customer service just in not a priority to Walgreens. I enter this Wlagreens at 950am proceed to the back counter where the photos are and what do i see the employee standing behind the cash register playing with her cellphone. I think whatever i guess walgreens alows their employees to be on the personal cellphones while on the clock (must be nice). So i give her my name and say im picking up an order. She proceeds to ask me what it is and cause she does not see an order for me??? Ok?? Now she asks when i placed this order and i say over an hour ago. She proceeds to tell me that there is noway my order would be ready if i ordered a picture book by this time (meaning 950am) but i tell her their Walgreens app says my order will be ready for pick up at 950am. She the. Proceeds to tell me the app is not always correct and at this point she still has not even seen my order. Then low and behold she presses some buttons on her computer and says there is my order and it will be ready in a few hours??? WTF??? A few hours after ive already placed the order almost 2 hours prior and ive been driving around after work for more than 2 hours just to wait for this 950am pick up time now she's telling me my order will be ready in a few more hours?? She also then tells me i will get an email telling me when its ready. Which she didnt even bother to ask me if I received. Which i already received telling me my order is ready at 950am! So now im just exhausted and tell her ill pick them up either tonight or tomorrow. Now i drive home which only took me 15mins and as soon as im walking through my front door i get a text saying "Great news your order is ready for pick up!l you've got to be kidding me! So i go to sleep cause im too exhausted to go back at this point. I wake up and now around 730pm. I head over to this location and go through the whole thing over again "hi im here to pick up my order". Well here we go again the first employee cannot find my order so she gets someone else who was just as useless. I tell her look this order was suppose to be ready at 950am it is now 8pm and my order is still not ready. Which this rude employee turns around gives me the eye and says i don't normally work this store i dont know where anything is! Wow so if your not in your own store you have no idea how to look up a customers name and find some photos! Ok well then i proceed to tell her to get someone who works at this store to find my order. So the first employee comes back which she looks helpless and says she cannot find it and the person who normally works this photo area is on break (ofcourse she is) at this point I figured the photos ive ordered are just lost or were never processed. So now this first employee finally calls the person on her break and she i guess tells her to look in some different places so after standing there for 10-15mins she finally finds them on top of their printer just laying there not with customers orders not in their filing system just laying on top of one of their printers. Ok so this only took 11hours to conplete this order pretty much a complete waste of my time. The only reason im writing this is because i believe the original employee in the morning was just goofing around on her cellphone and didnt not see an order come in on her computer and she just pulled it up when I actually came into the store. The point of this story is HORRIBLE customer service. Not going back to this location and likey not shopping at Walgreens any longer. read more

I have been to many Walgreens mainly on the East Coast and they were well run and well oiled machines. Unfortunately this store was dated looking, very disorganized and lacking staff and helpfulness. I had a prescription here and it was not the easiest thing to Get done here. The second time I simply asked them to transfer the prescription to a local CVS and they said that they had done it on two occasions. That was not the case because CVS had no record of it and then when I went back a third time I was able to get a pharmacy technician to actually do his job and get the transfer initiated finally. I made sure of staying there until I actually heard them make the call and get the transfer faxed over. Some Walgreens are very good in some Walgreens are bad this location is a two star definitely need some improving. read more

I never leave reviews for anything lol & especially not a bad one. I waited in line today for about 30 minutes. My prescription was sent to the wrong location. Came back and waited in line for another 30 for them to tell me that my prescriptions savings card is expired. okay that's fine. I go back home again, go on the website on the back of the card & it sends it will send verification to my phone or email, I tried this several times with nothing happening. I then call to be told to hang up and call back again. I do so, I call back and I'm transferred to multiple departments & each are telling me a different reason for why this happened. I was told it automatically renews then I am told it doesn't. I'm told that the pharmacist should've given me the option to renew it or to enroll again (I wasn't). Then I'm told that I should've said something (which how am I supposed to say something when I don't understand why it's even expired) I never ever had this issue & I have had this card for over 2 years. This pharmacy needs to hire extra hands & needs to be more helpful to their customers. I understand it's the pandemic and its busy, I'm fully aware. But to completely disregard their customers is ridiculous. Thank God this isn't a medication that's life saving. It's been a process of 3 days just to get my medication. Going on day 4. My primary reason for visiting this Walgreens is for the pharmacy. It's close to home and convenient. The pharmacy staff here isn't as helpful or efficient as other locations but there's usually not a long wait which is nice. I prefer the Walgreens on Flamingo and Buffalo, their pharmacy staff is better and they are open 24 hours. The rest of the store is adequate. Clean store with pleasant staff. read more

I was in line at 120 and when I reached the window right at 130, someone said were closed until 2 very rudely. I understand there is a sign that States they close from 130-2 hence why I got there at 120. It is not my fault or problem that they took a long time to get the two others their medication and then to rudely say they're closed is another issue. read more

The pharmacist Cassandra is very rude and not helpful. First off my medication for 3 months was $9k and she rudely commented "you're paying that much for 3 months of medicine???" IF I NEED A MEDICATION THEN I WILL PAY WHAT I NEED TO TO SURVIVE. I told her she was rude and I did not want her service. She hung up the phone and left me waiting in the drive thru. THEN TELLS ME SHE CANT CALL THE OTHER PHARMACY TO FILL MY PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE THEY'RE RUNNING AROUND LIKE CRAZY. Got a great experience with Walgreens Pharmacy all the time About a week ago. I went to the competitor across from this location people there were horrible giving me a hardtime abt my rx. Brought my prescription to this location everyone was very helpful got my rx right then. When me and my bf picked up my meds ,the pharmacist was joking with us. Again today had to pick up antibiotics, dr. Mistakenly send rx to the other place of course they werent helpful telling about issue with my insurance. Shortly later didnt know my dr. This drug store really ticks me off. The people who work here should know that on your next refill, the client will need a doctors prescription, so then why do they wait until it's time to refill and fax the requests to the doctor. Common sense tells you that you either let the client know way ahead of time so they can make an appointment to see the doc before that, and the staff of this pharmacy should do their due diligence and fax the request way ahead of time. This way the client don't have to haggle to get their meds, Senior patients cannot just drop everything and go or go days without their meds. Hello ! You guys should know that. Whoever is the head huncho of this pharmacy obviously don't care about the people that take their prescriptions to this pharmacy, since they are a big entity they have the balls to drop the bomb, and sure enough it trickles down to the people in the front line. I think I have to go looking for a small pharmacy that can give me the personal touch. Update on this review: 5/21/20 This is getting worst. My husband went to pick up my prescriptions 2 days ago. Today, I was going to take my medicine and noticed that they filled my old prescription, it has the old dosage, so I called and they told me to pick up the med by 11 am. When I got there they wanted me to pay for the right med and of course I said I am not paying for that, it's your mistake, why should I pay for it, in short after so much argument they gave it to me free. So this is what they said: it is the responsibility of the patient to tell them when you come with a new prescription from your doctor for a dosage change to tell the pharmacist to cancel the old prescription and follow this new Rx, wow, so they do not want to use their brains, they just want to be robots. So as a patient you cannot be relying on pharmacist to do the right thing, its your responsibility to know what you are taking and the amount, when we should be relying on them because they went to school for this and took the boards.
