Kinda shocking. Some people like it, but I get the feeling most people don't, cuz the majority of people I know are consistently complaining about this kind of thing in some malls. So my suggestion would be that they ask such stores to not employ such tactics, but then maybe it's the only way they stay in business, how do I know. Perhaps they can offer them financial incentives to not do this, then the Mall gets to be a better place to shop, and the store doesn't lose much money. I personally am way more likely to take Barbie to a place that doesn't employ this tactic.
