I and my partner have been getting prescriptions filled at this location for 3yrs. Occasionally there is an issue but OVERALL staff is courteous and responsive. I get the txt alerts when a prescription is due, also the txt alerts when script is ready. Only twice in all this time was there a problem. That said, I only fill prescriptions here. I've been in there multiple times and the people working have had bad attitudes each time. This morning specifically I received two texts informing me my pictures were ready. I'm a physician attempting care for a patient by calling in one single pill, Xofluza. One pill to call in took 1hour of my life away. No pharmacy staff answered. I'm not sure what is going on with the Pharmacy, but over the last few years I've had several problems. The most recent one was they accepted the order from the clinic for a very standard batch of flu prescriptions, but when I showed up to pick them up they said they didn't have one in stock and that I'd have to call other Walgreen's myself to see who had it in stock. Then, as I tried to call other Walgreen's - wondering why they couldn't look it up themselves - they said they only had enough to fill a partial amount of my other scrips. It just seems like every time I try to have prescriptions filled here, there's always some head scratcher issue that I never have with other pharmacies. I ordered from the photo department and got there to find that they had printed on the wrong paper, waited for an hour until they told me to come back the next day. I tried to call and find out the order status, talked to three different people and was told to call back to talk to a manager, although they couldn't tell me when. Upon going to the store, I then was told they had not even attempted to print my order correctly. Only took 15 minutes to get a refund after standing in line for 15 minutes. I will simply say that my photo experience reminded me why I no longer have prescriptions filled here either. Walgreens, at least this one, does not want your business. They are not helpful, not pleasant, and overall seem to consider customers to be a nuisance that happens when they unlock their doors. read more

Once my wife was in line outside and after sitting in line 15 minutes got the the window and they told her they were closing. Wouldn't give her the meds she came to pick up. Then I had an issue after changing jobs with my insurance and had to pay full price. The lady in pharmacy said get insurance fixed and come back within 7 days and they'd refund me the difference. Went back in five days and a pharmacist named Mike said it was only five days from the date of the script and would not refund my money. My new insurance uses CVS and we are glad to not have to use this Walgreens any longer. read more

Incredibly slow. There is often a line 30 people deep waiting to pick up prescriptions and there's never more than one attendant helping customers. I had to switch pharmacies because I couldn't take waiting an hour plus every time I needed to pick up a prescription. read more

Haughty and condescending customer service from pharmacist on duty. There are a lot of other choices in the area.

I had to make a trip to this Walgreens at 1:00 in the morning to get Tylenol (with my sick 9 month old). They were so helpful! I was in and out in 2 minutes with their help! Big thank you to these employees! read more
