I was usually able to run in and grab my medications and jet! Customer service was just so-so. Not bad in my experience, but nothing above average either. Pretty standard "what do you want? And here you go, bye" kind of stuff lol If you are looking for friendliness and more interaction, then this may not be the place for you lol

No -- the lighting in this Rite Aid was mellow and relaxing, which sounds like a weird detail to mention, but I'm super sensitive to the light that stores choose to use, and the light in this store put me at ease! I visited this Rite Aid because I was feeling a bit peaked, and I needed something to tame the sore throat I was beginning to feel. I got some Vitamin C tablets, which they had in abundance. I chose the generic version, and they were very tasty. I think they worked really well, because although I ended up getting a full-blown cold, my cold felt minor while I was taking the Vitamin C tablets. So, thank you, Rite Aid, for helping me during my time of need. And FYI: This Rite Aid has a Thrifty Ice Cream shop inside of it! What a blast from the past. The staff that is supposed to be helpful is anything but. You could be the only person waiting to pick up your prescription and they will make you wait buy ignoring you and if you try to come up to the counter, they will tell you that they will 'get to you as soon as soon as they can.' And when they do 'get to you,' they are rude, and they don't even look at you. I get a certain medicine that is NEVER IN STOCK! I have to take this medicine every day and have to be stressed out when they are out of it all the time! I only go there because it is convenient but I am thinking very seriously about moving to another pharmacy. I want to repeat that the people that they have to help customers is very bad and they should find some people who want to work there and not just get a paycheck!

This was honestly one of the most chaotic pharmacy experiences I've ever had…read more I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup, so I stopped in. The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.
