Worst Customer Service Ever Walgreens I called to check the status of a prescription that had shown as "delayed" in the app for several days. I repeatedly asked Gary only for the estimated pickup time so I could send my husband to collect it. Instead of answering the question directly, Gary, the employee, insisted on giving a lengthy explanation despite being told multiple times that I only needed the pickup time. Eventually I received the information I needed, but the interaction took much longer than necessary. I would appreciate more efficient communication and clearer updates in the app so patients do not need to call for basic information. read more

So it was Sunday afternoon around 4 pm, I had several OTC items I wanted to check with the cashier if they were covered by my Medicare advantage plan. The older cashier was not very helpful, very poor customer service and she refused to assist us with our request, looks like she clearly did not want to be there judging by the scowl on her face as I watched her, attend the customer before us. Terrible attitude. I will stick to shopping at CVS or the pharmacy at Publix for much nicer and more professional customer care. read more

Rude,rude, rude! So disappointing when mind you only trying to purchase a flu test for kid. Waited 20 min at pharmacy to be acknowledged, then I was told very nicely, that maybe row 29 or infront. Next at register, god forbid two types of payment..... 1 for fsa, other for not...... another ruder encounter by the cashier. Horrible Walgreens! Staff are super rude and lazy. Had documents for work that needed to be ready, came in and the printer wasn't working, manager didn't have the courtesy to call me to let me know before I came in to the store, claiming she didn't even know an order had come in. Is there any pharmacy that's good anymore? I do feel bad because during these times staffing has been crazy (covid etc) and I know they are probably working extra hard due to people getting medications etc. But it's like be more organized. I just feel that if perhaps it was a bit more organized and less chaotic maybe the pharmacy would run smoother? I'm giving them 3 stars because honestly they were so nice. They do have a lot of staff working in the back and everyone seems to be moving. But of course here I am to pick up a medication that is supposed to be ready and it's not. Dispensed a drug to me by accident and not authorized by my doctor. Then told me to "just keep it" when I returned it. I asked for a refund or credit on the drug I actually needed and they said no. Blamed me for not checking the sealed bag at pickup. Now, is it legal to hand out the wrong drug and not take it back for disposal? Is it my job to do the final quality control on their work - work they are getting paid to do? Two pharmacists stood stone cold while they made the administrative lady blame me for their mistakes. On today's date, April 9, between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., I waited in line for 20 minutes, the cashier tells us that we can go to the box in the photo section, I was third in line, I It occurred to me to go to the checkout in the photo department and there the same manager on duty tells me that she is going to close the checkout and that she can't help me, I only had one item, very bad customer service. read more

Generally a good store. Sometimes though the cash register backs up and it takes too long to pay. Especially if you come after 9 PM. Overall the store is very organized and well kept. I like the drive-through pharmacy for prescription Pick ups. read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER!! the staff is beyond rude with no kind of customer service training. there have been several instances where i've experienced this but today was it for me. i ordered a refill on a prescription about a week ago and was told it would be ready about two days ago, i just went today and it still wasn't ready. they told me it would be 15 minutes but when i got back home about 5 minutes later, i got a notification that it was ready. i wasted my time and energy having to back and make a long line at the drive thru AND there was no kind of apology or anything either. i will be changing my pharmacy because of this. read more

Does it get the job done? Sure. But do I enjoy my experiences at this Walgreens? Absolutely not. I'm not sure if all Walgreens are going down the drain or what, but this pharmacy is severely lacking in customer service and staffing. Not a single person in this store (with the exception of maybe ONE pharmacy tech) looks thrilled to be working here. Guys, I get it. It's not an exhilarating experience to dole out 'beetus meds all day. But you know what? You're already there, have you heard of making the best of it? The folks on the other side also don't enjoy having to take meds for chronic conditions or illnesses, maybe you can help brighten their day a little instead! The lines are ridiculously long here. There's usually only one person helping ring people up in the pharmacy. When there are more, they just lollygag and ignore customers. I'm not sure why this is... They've called to tell me my meds are ready, and when I go pick them up, they're not. They've told me one price when I drop the prescription off, and charged me a higher price when I pick it up. Every time I call she said she would put it in - come in and no one knows what I'm talking about. Then I have to wait 30-1 hour for them to re-prep it. I've been extremely patient with this place but had my last straw when they told me I had run out of my prescription. They told me they would call my doctor and gave me the run around. So I called my Doctor and they reported no calls from this Walgreens and they had already refilled my prescription. So now I know this place has some liars there and are possibly stealing my prescription or what?! I don't know. I have to agree that this has to be the worst Walgreens Pharmacy experience I have ever had. The people at the pharmacy are rude and it doesn't matter if you tell them a 100 times not generic they fill it generic causing you to have to do the process over two times. Then they don't process the stuff correctly through the insurance companies causing more delay and when you contact the insurance they say the person never processed the medication. It's just the back and forth and lack of them caring. Plus they are the only pharmacy that doesn't put your stuff in a bag causing money and change to fly. I swear it's just exhausting. This is the WORST pharmacy ever! I purposely enter my prescriptions a week beforehand because they either just sit on your order or lose it altogether and they're still never ready. I have to call EVERY TIME to find out status and no one ever knows what the heck is going on. This includes the manager who is always out in left field. Then, they still take a year and a day to get your prescription processed. Staff is clueless, impersonal, unfriendly, and lazy. Again, the managers are no help. Rude, clueless and completely lacking customer service skills. I will be changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy because these people seriously have my stress and blood pressure through the roof. A cashier rep Maria will make your experience extremely unpleasant. Always seems as if she hates her life/ job. Will talk to you with an attitude and if you happen to speak to her in English she will tell you to speak to her in Spanish not in English. Not too long ago I saw her get in a fight with a customer while he was buying cigaratees. She literally yelled at this kid for not pointing at the right cigarettes. Insanse, ive never seen anything like this. I have no idea how management has kept this lady working there. Doesn't even speak proper English and acts as if shes the ceo of all walgreens. I had my son's prescription sent here because this Walgreen s compounds medications. After going back and forth with the pharmacy and doctors office to clarify an order after business hours, they called me to notify me that they are unable to make the medication because the pharmacist does not know how and that it will be taken care of first thing the next morning. I call in the morning to get an update, the person who answered told me it wasn't ready but that it would be after 11 am. It's 250 pm now and I come to the drive thru window for them to tell me it's still not ready, response was "it was busy this morning". I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes! I have my 1 yr old in the car! I don't have 20-30 min to sit around waiting, and it's pointless to drive home and come back. Called the store to speak with the manager to see what can be done. Worse service, all the manager could do was tell the pharmacist to do the medication now. So I'm here sitting in my car waiting. read more
