I don't often give 1 star reviews, but this Walgreens pharmacy certainly deserves it. This has to be one of the worst pharmacies I have encountered, and this is coming from a former pharmacy technician of 10 years. My husband had surgery this past Tuesday, and his doctor's office sent 4 scripts to this pharmacy since it's close to our place. A half hour goes by and when we get to the window, they don't even see prescriptions in their system. We check with his doctor they did indeed send them to this location. The doctor's office then tries to call and get a hold of someone but they are just put on hold. Mind you, this pharmacy is dead. No customers at the counter, no phones ringing, nothing. I know what a busy pharmacy looks like and this was not one of them. We go home to wait since he needed to lie down so I figured I would go back out and get the scripts. After multiple calls from us and his doctor they finally got them in their system, but told us that it would take 3 hours to fill. 3! All 4 rxs are frequent fliers that are stocked at all pharmacies so this was unacceptable. We pushed back saying we really need them sooner considering my husband just had surgery, especially since one was an antibiotic and at this point we were about 4 hours post op. They were eventually filled and I picked them up. All 3 people I could see in the pharmacy were standing around and joking when I walked up to the counter. No reason I should've been told 3 hours to wait for my prescriptions. He won't ever be using this pharmacy again considering there's a CVS right around the corner by the Falls. From the looks of the other reviews, it seems this is a pattern with this Walgreens pharmacy. Never again. read more

Well stocked. Clean. Really quiet. Easy to get to from US-1. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy is terrible. Don't go. I would give this Pharmacy a -1 rating if I could. Had an Appointment for a Hepatitis A vaccine because I am traveling. Checked in and the technician put in the computer all the information on the vaccine box and the syringe. Told to wait and watched 3 drive through cars, 3 walk in pick ups and after 30 minutes, I went to ask about the vaccine. The technician said that the pharmacist was going to do it. I asked the pharmacist when it was going to happen and she said that she was busy (how? there were no customers in line). I said that appointments need to be honored before walk-ins and I need to be somewhere. The pharmacist said that I should reschedule. I said no, I want the vaccine. The pharmacist said that I was threatening her and she would not give the vaccine. I asked her if she was nervous about giving the vaccine. Then she accused me of threatening her. With that reaction, I believe that the pharmacist was insecure about giving the injection. Also not a professional response. Then pharmacist canceled the appointment herself. I hope karma is quick. read more

Store is clean. And decent. The pharmacist, especially the newer one is so rude. No patience and will not listen just happy to blow you off as you are talking. Stay away.... read more

I visited this pharmacy after receiving 3 prescriptions transmitted about 45 minutes earlier electronically from a nearby urgent care visit for cough and difficulty breathing. We arrived approximately 35 minutes before closing. While we waited my husband shopped for a few needed items. When we received our prescription, 2 out of the three were missing. They were an inhaler to help me breath and a steroid dose pack to calm the lung inflammation. When we returned to the counter I was told the other two prescriptions had "just arrived" and the store was closing soon. We briefly stepped aside for an obviously distressed dad picking up his son's prescription which was ready and his transaction was completed in less than 1 minute. When I expressed that I was having TROUBLE BREATHING the pharmacist stated that I would have to come back in the morning or she could transfer the prescription to an all night pharmacy. We are visiting Miami and not familiar with the city and have difficulty driving at night. The 2 prescriptions were a standard single steroid pack and an inhaler; no pill counting required or unique directions needed. The female pharmacist refused to fill the prescription and stated they closed in 5 minutes. I understand everyone wants to return home in a timely fashion. However this so called medical professional pharmacist apparently believes that being able to BREATHING is not really all that essential. I sat all night upright in a chair. When my husband went the next morning to retrieve the missing medication they said they HAD NOT RECEIVED the prescriptions! After checking they miraculously discovered them and told him to return in 20minutes to pick them up. Such uncaring dismissive service. read more

Hands down Probably the worst pharmacy in the United States. Incompetent pharmacists, no follow through and slow.

The worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Rude staff members. The two that I unfortunately was serviced by were rude, unprofessional, and with zero customer service etiquette. These two individuals were; an old lady with short hair and glasses, strong Spanish accent, snapping at me every time she opened her mouth to talk. The other one was an old short man with glasses that stood there backing up her nasty attitude. I went there to drop off a Fed ex pkg for shipping. There was no one at the counter. I see this lady working in one of the isles, I asked her if someone could help me at the counter. She begins yelling in the middle of the store instead of walking up to me to talk to me. After her yelling, she approaches me and I ask her if she could print a smaller shipping label than the one I had, and with an attitude she snaps at me and tells me "we don't print anything here", then she starts to scan the label and I ask her if it took the scanning code, she ignores me and asks me for my phone number, I give it to her and I ask again if it took the code, she snaps at me and tells me "yes, that's why I asked you for your phone number", I told her she was not being very polite with her tone of voice and the attitude she was giving me, and on top of that, not explaining the process. I told her that she did not tell me it took the code, after I asked her twice, she snaps again with "ok ok I'm sorry I'm sorry" in a very sarcastic tone. I asked her to give me a receipt for the drop off, and with her nasty attitude she tells me to look at my phone for a text receipt. During all this the old man is standing there, as I'm walking away he had the audacity to say to me sarcastically, "thank you for being nice", after what this lady put me through. I left there shaking because I couldn't believe what I just went through. These people need to retire, if they can not, then go find a job you like better, but don't work hating your job and taking it out on others. Please do not come to this Walgreens to drop off Fed ex pkgs. I will never step foot in this Walgreens ever again for anything. read more

The actual store is great. The pharmacist is the most rudest person in a "medical" profession I've ever encountered recently. Screaming in front of her clients that there isn't time in the day for her schedule. Here poor assistant just stood there in awe of this poor behavior of his boss. She barked at me and other saying she doesn't have time to check for our prescriptions and we should come back later. Apparently they have your credit cards on file and when mine was decline due to a fraud she screamed my name and said your card is declined super loud instead of saying there is an issue with the card on file. Of course there would be an issue since I have a new account. My problem is the customer service this female pharmacist gave out today was extremely unprofessional and she really should retire or find a new profession. Her anger one day will mistakenly give someone a medication that doesn't belong to them because she did not care to have conversations on the product given, how it should be taken and to make sure what was handed over was (confirmation) indeed the medication requested. read more

Horrible Walgreens. The worse pharmacy services. Never experienced anything like this. Moved to this area 7 years ago and they are always out of stock on medications, they get annoyed when you ask if they can please order. My sons prescription was called in by the doctors office. I waited for the text to let me know that the medication was ready. I never got a call or a text. I called the office a few days later thinking they did not have the medication in stock. When I called they advise me that they would fill it and to wait for the text. Again, I did not receive a text. So, I decided to go to Walgreens. When I got there, I was informed they did not except my insurance. I asked why wasn't I told that when I called in or why didn't they call to let me know. She said nothing. This is unacceptable and I will not visit this Walgreens again. read more

This review is specifically about the pharmacy. I registered online through their portal for a shingles vaccine. Upon arrival, I waited for quite some time while the pharmacy staff chatted. When they finally offered to help I was told they didn't give the vaccine. I specifically said twice the shingles vaccine but they told me they didn't have government approval or protocol to give it. I know they were confused but they should listen to their customers instead of assuming they know everything. If they would have listened, they would have realized which vaccine I wanted. Either way, I left the store frustrated and immediately went to CVS and got the vaccine! read more

This location is very convenient to get to off of the Interstate. We were relieved to pass by this store because I was in desperate need of a hair clip (my hair gets supper frizzy in humid weather) and some ice cold water (it was hotter than heck that day). The comforting thing about Walgreens is that they are pretty much the same. What we wanted was really easy to find and we were able to get in and out quickly. read more

This place usually has what I need and I'm always able to get in and out very quickly. Unless, I have the misfortune of having the one person in front of me in line paying for items with coins. And yes, that did happen but I will not fault Walgreens for that. read more
