This is by far one of the worst-managed Walgreens locations I have ever visited. As a customer, it is incredibly uncomfortable to witness the way the manager treats her employees. She speaks to them in a disrespectful and demeaning manner, as if they are beneath her rather than valued members of her team. What stands out most is that whenever assistance is needed, instead of stepping in and helping directly, she calls for other employees to handle the situation--even when she is standing right there and clearly capable of helping herself. This creates unnecessary delays and makes the store feel disorganized and inefficient. I have personally witnessed her scold employees for no apparent reason other than tasks not being completed exactly to her liking. The tension in the store is palpable, and it is obvious that employees are working under a great deal of stress. I have visited this location many times over the years, hoping things would improve, but the atmosphere is consistently negative whenever this manager is present. Ironically, the store runs much more smoothly and feels significantly more welcoming on the days she is not there. At this point, I will not be returning. No customer should have to shop in an environment where employees are treated with such little respect. Walgreens should take a serious look at the leadership at this location and make changes before more customers decide to take their business elsewhere. read more

I get my meds every month.. and every month my meds are not ready .. I call about 3to 4 times to check on my meds .. and when you call on the phone .. I have waited 30 40 minutes on the phone this is Bs.. horrible read more

Went in for passport pictures. Had very poor costumer service from two employees, Yakelin and Maximina I think is her name. All I wanted was to look nice on my pictures and asked them if I could see the picture before them being printed. They both ignored my request and just proceeded it. It's not a free service so I do feel like I have the right to choose if I like the picture or not. Will not be coming back. read more

This Walgreens is my home Walgreens. They aren't perfect but they try their best. I appreciate their help and support every time I needed them. I give this Walgreens 3 stars. They should be a 1, but they seemed to have hired some Engkish speaking cashiers. The store is usually clean on the inside, but the outside is terrible. Receipts everywhere. It's like they just don't care what the grounds look like. There's even dead leaves on the sidewalk. They are not very consistent on stocking items. They run out of vapes all the time. It seems like they cannot keep track of their inventory. read more

Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. They messed up my prescription twice. They are slower than humanly possibly when doing anything. Don't bother calling, you will be on hold for 20-30min before they hang up on you. Calling these people stupid would be an insult to idiots everywhere. read more

Horrid horrid pharmacy. You'll die before they answer the phone. One of the pharmacists even refused to accept my prescription - coming from a physician who I have on file, for a medication previously filled for me. She even refused to contact the doctor. One star for a one star employee: Liset Chuairey. The perfect word to describe her is RUDE. For one she REFUSES to speak english, no problem I will speak spanish, even though I'm ITALIAN. Today was the rudest she has been to this day, I go there at least once a week to pick up medicine for my mom who has cancer. Today my mom and i decided we'd go pick up her medicine together after her chemotherapy. I had my mom sitting next to me in the car and Liset asked for the address. Since my mom is a soft spoken person she asked me to tell her the address. Apparently this made Liset very upset as she exploded and yelled out to us " I HAVE TO ASK YOU FOR YOUR ADDRESS!!!!!!!" along with some other jumbled words I couldn't even understand, probably in her cuban spanish. So I ask her what the hell her problem is and why is she yelling, she keeps yelling and decides to slam the medicine on the counter, mute the microphone on her end, turns her back to me and starts to talk to another pharmacist. The other pharmacist starts laughing while looking at my mom and I in the car. Liset then turns back around to face us, and I ask her again , what is your issue? She puts the medicine in the dispenser and walks away. What the actual hell? Liset was so upset she even forgot to charge us for the medicine. Employee of the year: Liset Chuairey. As soon as i got home I called and asked for the pharmacy manager, Veronica who appeared to be in shock at Liset's behavior. Veronica apologized for Liset's behavior and stated she was shocked and that she would " make the appropriate corrections". read more

I have been a customer of this Walgreens for close to 10 years. The Pharmacy customer service is awful, they do not stock epinephrine. After waiting for over a month for an epinephrine refill, I transferred the RX to CVS where they had it ready within 30 minutes. read more

Myself and my best friend waited about 20-25 min to be rung up at the register. Sherri was amazing, compassionate and sweet. She called her manager three times for help and nothing happened. When Eduardo FINALLY came out, he tried to BLAME her for the situation and said she never called when we where there and witnessed her call him three times. He kept informing us we were wrong when we physically saw her do it. That is not someone who should be a manager. Sherri apologized, acknowledged everyone in line and when Eduardo tried to to pull someone over to the other register no one wanted to go with him because of his awful customer service / attitude. read more

The ONLY thing I like about the pharmacy at this Walgreens is the convenience of their 24/7 schedule. Their service is always slow and they seem to be understaffed. Waited in line for over 20 minutes to pick up my son's prescription. I had a sleeping baby in the car other wise I would have gotten down. read more

Hard pass from now on. Went to buy something basic, and asked for a product location tip up front from an apparent manager, and she just pointed in some general direction without being specific about much. When I went to check out, the cashier opened in Castilian, rather than English. Although there's no official state language, there is a basic requirement by Walgreens to presume English unless otherwise indicated, and I verified this by calling their corporate help line. She got very nasty about my asking her to open in English, so I didn't order more from the register area, and vowed to not ever waste my time in coming back. A train wreck. read more

Might be the worse pharmacy in the city. And by "city" I mean Miami, not just Westchester. Telephone hold time is never less than 20 minutes for someone to even ask you what you need. You're luckily if they don't "accidentally" hang up on you. The drive through is slower than molasses, even if you're the only one at the window. When you complain over the phone you get the "well do you want help or not?" or you get hung up on. That's true customer service right there Thats not even the worse part. Picture going to get medication you requested for refill and once you get there the order is not complete. The list goes on, why continue to elaborate? If you don't speak English, my warning to you is that your greeting, whether over the phone, at the counter, or at the drive through, is that you will be greeted as if you were in a Latin American country. What joy, not! I have on numerous occasions been asked to the main office because no matter how many times people complain to them, on a daily basis, they are not heard in regards to the fact that they are understaffed. Sad but true. Today was my last refill purchase and thankfully will no longer have to deal with the issues of a short staffed pharmacy. Walgreens you have nothing but give my family headaches, which might be a strategy for us to purchase more over the counter medication. read more

I've been going to this Walgreens for YEARS, like more than 35 years. It is my understanding that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask, per the President and the CDC. I did not wear a mask as I am done. Today I walked in to pick up my prescription, which my doctor called in, and I was greeted by the cashier in the front very nicely. When I got to the pharmacy, they would not serve me. The pharmacist refused to listen to why I was not wearing a mask, and proceeded to scold me like a 4-year-old. I again asked if I was fully vaccinated, why I had to wear a mask. He got EXTREMELY aggressive and started yelling, yes yelling, that it was his house and a private place and I had to wear the mask nontheless. I asked what the purpose of the vaccine was and he just kept repeating over and over you have to wear a mask. Now the customers chimed in and the employees egged them on. I felt like I was in another country. Horrible way to treat a customer. He lost total control and I got upset myself and told him this location, thanks to him, has lost my business. You can't treat people like crap and like they are children. This is a health care facility and should "follow the science," which they are not. Yelling at a customer and acting that way does not get any point across. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens. The Pharmacy department has the slowest moving associates. No one ever greets me in English. The drive thru is a joke, faster to walk in and brave the slowest moving line. I am trying to call the Pharmacy as I type have been on hold for over twenty mins! My only issue with this particular Walgreens is that they need to restock certain items. On a few occasions I have had to go elsewhere to get the item I needed. The store is clean and the staff is always helpful when I ask questions. I don't usually wait in long lines when I go there... I get in and out quickly which is always appreciated. read more

I'm a doctor and I called this Walgreens because it's the closest I have to my office, I called 6:08 pm, and I talked to someone called Veronica I identified myself as a neighboring doctor, she said that in 45 minutes she called me And that everything would be ready. I returned to call and after being 30 minutes in waiting they told me that she would return the call, it is 10:00 pm I just called and the person called Veronica did not have ready yet my medicines I feel very bad as a patient, and as a professional Because if he can do that to a colleague who can expect another patient. Went into Walgreens to get a prescription. Always got great service. Lourdes, Margarita, Lissette, Zoila and Maria are great. Went in the drive thru. Only one there. Disembodied voice takes my name. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. Finally left WITHOUT my meds. This was at 8:30 on a tuesday night.
