My wife had ordered Christmas cards but they came out as photos. I went back and asked if they could reprint them on card stock. Keagan was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to help me recreate the cards. She assisted me, and then waited on other customers while I waited for the new cards to print. She was extremely professional and polite. She genuinely wanted to assist me to ensure we had our Christmas cards in time to mail out to our friends and family. Anthony Koller is currently the manager of the Walgreens Pharmacy on Dolson Ave in Middletown and he is a miserable , horrible, disrespectful, arrogant human being. It's been a piss poor establishment since he's taken over this past August. I used to go the Walgreens on 211 but unfortunately they closed. My medication was not being run through my insurance which would've been a zero copay instead what they were doing was using a manufacturer discount telling me that my insurance had changed for certain meds and now I have a new co-pay which was incorrect so they've been stealing from me. Once learning this from my insurance company & Caremart & called over to the Walgreens on Dolson I was placed in queue for 40 minutes only for someone to pick up and immediately put me on hold and hang up on me. I called back & was placed back in queue. I drove there while on hold for 34 minutes. Was still in queue upon entering the pharmacy. When I asked to speak with a manager. He told his employee no & refused . When I saw him walking away I asked to speak with him. He said people will be placed on hold & hung up on at times because they're busy & that he's been the manager since August so he hasn't had time to make improvements so what did I expect and if I don't like I can go somewhere else if I'm unhappy and he said to me he doesn't have to fill my prescriptions & that he can refuse . Never go to this pharmacy. You're better off going to Chester or Monroe where they don't steal from their customers and don't hang up on customers intentionally. Do better Walgreens. Either the pharmacist didn't show up and no prescriptions can be dispensed, or there is a problem with at least one prescription every time we go to pick-up. The online system is helpful but they don't look to see if there is a prescription that has refills, they just take the first one they see. Calling the harmacy means you are on hold for 15 - 30 minutes, so calling in requests that the system wont allow on auto-refill means you either go and wait on line or spend time on hold. Very poor service and always understaffed. read more

I have to say based on the hate this store gets, your milage may vary greatly. With that said, I stopped in for my "new" covid booster shot and I found the store to be really pretty in terms of setup, product placement and overall cleanliness. Thankfully I have a small hometown pharmacy that gives our small town very personalized services that big box stores like Walgreens will never compete with. I was worried my visit would be super long based on other reviews but I had an appointment and I was in and out in under 45 mins. The prospect that others have gotten the wrong medicine in the past is a scary prospect but thankfully for the internet I personally always look up the medicine my pharmacists gives because after all they are human and can make mistakes. The internet allows us to double check their work by simply looking up the pills we received to confirm they are the correct drugs. I don't deal with big box pharmacies but this store is definitely pretty and has all the over priced items you'd expect to find here. Now after reading reviews of wrong medications being filled I can only hope I got the proper covid vaccine and not some mistaken concoction. read more

I live in Pennsylvania and I did a pick up order. They substituted a supplement I ordered with a stronger and more expensive version at no additional cost. I liked that. While I was there, I got a box of Russell Stover chocolates on clearance which made me happy. read more

i was waiting 4 hours on the line, and it keeps saying there's one person on the line in front of me, and i keep calling and hanging up because they keep saying "sorry were keeping you waiting- we'll be with you shortly" it's been 4 or 3 hours and i've been waiting for so freaking long!!! read more

This place has been a disgrace since taking over Rite Aid. Prices are way higher and they reduced staff. Now the pharmacy has been closed for 2 days straight and people can't get their medication. This morning I received an automated phone call telling me to pick up the medication or they would send it back. I tried to pick it up you dumb idiots but you closed the pharmacy. You should've notified customers and had the manager drop off the medication at peoples homes if they couldn't wait. I'm sure people are going without heart medication and other very important pharmaceuticals. Walgreens should be run out of business. Minus 1000 stars. read more

Don't bother calling the pharmacy or do awaiting pick at this place. You could be the next caller and 2 hours later your still waiting. This place is not that busy they need to me more attentive to their customers and everyone would be happy. Instead of dodging people that seek assistance and having people on hold until they get there lunch break. This happen multiple times for important items for sick people. every single month I go thru the same thing!! my doctor called in a prescription for six months worth of refills. And every single month they tell me I need a new prescription! And every single month they put me through the wringer just to refill it. I am so sick and tired of them treating patients like crap and not caring about it. Stopped in to drop off 2 prescriptions and was told that some people were out sick and i'd be lucky to have it filled by tomorrow, so I left in pain and had my wife go back the next day and they only had 1 prescription filled and was told that they lost the other one!! Poor service at the pharmacy. Went to get my covid vaccine & the girl completely lost my insurance card. Told her I did give it to her multiple times and she decided to get an attitude and started yelling at me because she didn't believe she had it. Coming to find out she did misplace my insurance card. The service here is way slower in comparison to when it was Rite aid. Extended prescription time being filled. Days not hours or minutes. They want everyone to use the website or app for the status of their prescriptions. But when it's necessary to call, it's a nightmare. I once literally called the store manager to see if the phones were working properly as I tried for three days. Was last I was on hold for 1 hr 37 minutes. I'm planning on switching pharmacies. I see no point in using them anymore with such terrible service and inability to reach them when needed. read more

Ever since they switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens, the service has tanked completely. Every time I have a prescription to be filled they say it is delayed due to an "Insurance Issue". When you try to call you are always put on hold because "There are more than 3 callers ahead of you". This is absolutely the worst pharmacy around. read more
