I had been wanting to try the Lobster Roll they were flaunting all over social so I made a plan to go have lunch on the weekend. I will say right off the bat, we had a weird experience with service. It was definitely a one off situation because they were hosting a private party for a group later that day, but it could have been handled way better than it was. Our server was excellent though and was trying to be accomodating, but it seemed her hands were tied. More importantly, the Lobster Roll lives up to all the hype online. It was almost a cross between a CT and ME style because it still had a very light mayo base, but was then coated it warm butter as too. The combination worked perfectly and I would say it's better than some of the lobster rolls I just recently had in Boston. We started with the Fig & Brie melt and it was stellar as well. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the warm brie was served on top of a blueberry compote in a mini cast iron skillet. The they surrounded it with sliced baguette pieces to dip. There was only two of us but you could easily share this as an app with four. Next time I come back it will be difficult to order anything else because the food was that good. read more

Food was awful. Not only did It take over an hour to get my takeout food.... but place was desolate. Lobster and tuna smelled awful and did not eat. Threw away $90 worth of food and will not return. Would call to complain and get my money back, but the way ordering and pick up went, I will not waste my time. read more

We've been dying to try this place each time we pass by. I'm a big fan of the market/eateries and this place did not disappoint. They have about 10 beers on tap, including sours, lagers, gose and IPAs. They also have a house rosé and red on tap which is kind of cool. They have tons of can/bottle beer options and wine by the glass as well. Their food menu is somewhat limited, but they specialize in charcuterie and raw oysters. I actually ordered the Italian flatbread and it was perfect!! I split it with my husband as an appetizer and it was great while we sipped our beer and Prosecco. The flavor was great and the ingredients seemed very fresh and tasty. Another cool aspect is they have a whole wine and beer section where you can purchase bottles and then drink them in store. The uncorking fee is $10, but the wine prices off the shelf seemed very reasonable. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and allow you to try what's on tap before you make a decision. The atmosphere is super fun and original and there's also outdoor seating if you're interested. The calendar outside showed live music and other events on several days of the week, so we're definitely planning to visit again! read more

Great spot for meeting friends after work for a drink and some food, and equally great for bringing your laptop and getting some work done during the day. I've been here twice now, once for a low key happy hour networking event with a few colleagues - during which we sat outside at one of the many shaded patio tables and enjoyed some delicious draft beer and live music (which wasn't too loud at all). And I've also come during the day and sat inside to work on my laptop with some coffee and a pastry. The seating inside is also plentiful and comfortable, although you may have to rely on your laptop battery depending on where you sit. The coffee was super strong, the cinnamon buns are pretty tasty, and the wifi worked well. Great customer service too. Overall, I'm excited to have a new multi-purpose spot in Mount Pleasant to frequent, and will definitely be returning! read more

I was excited to try this place one evening for some appetizers and drinks but when we arrived the kitchen was closed, so we didn't get to try any of the food like we wanted to. I was able to order a drink before leaving and they do have a pretty good variety of wines both for staying in and for carry out. The very first time I visited, you were able to purchase a bottle and have them open it for you with a corking fee. Not sure if that is how they offer it now. I am still willing to come back and try some of the food here. read more

The perfect spot to purchase all the wine, beer, and liquor in Mt Pleasant! We visited the new store before heading to dinner nearby. I loved the lounge and bar area, where you could try a variety of beverages. The staff was super friendly-- we loved Jennifer, Autumn, and John behind the bar! We did not try any food, but will definitely be back to taste some of their delicious-looking offerings. We did enjoy a couple of oyster shooters, which were great! Absolutely love this place. Laid back vibe, but excellent food. Went there for Valentines Day-there was a 3 course dinner for $40-Caesar salad, Filet mignon with a bacon sauce, gorgonzola mashed potatoes, w/haricot verts, and creme brulee. All were excellent! We added the options of lobster (+$6), and wine pairings (+$15) - totally worth the extra $. Service was fantastic. Will be going back soon. Highly recommended! read more

Love this neighborhood spot! Love the inviting atmosphere - it has the vibe of your local neighborhood coffee shop + plenty of room to work and hangout ++ they have excellent food, beer and wine. One the the best restaurants in the area. Food is absolutely delicious. Presentation of the charcuterie board is beautiful and the taste of the meats, cheeses, and extras are the best I've ever experienced. Try the lobster roll, oh it's to die. Great place to drink and hang with friends. They have an amazing selection of wines and beers, plus a wine/beer retail store in the space where you can purchase your own, enjoy the bottle while you are enjoying your food. Plus the convenience and ease to take a bottle or few home with you with some takeout food is another option this establishment provides to the customers. Staff is attentive and so much fun! What a great new place in Mt. Pleasant! They just recently opened and it's impressive how together they have it with the amazing food, beer and wine options. Everything was excellent. We've been coming down to the area from NC for many years now and it's refreshing to see a new, unique food/beverage take in the Charleston/Mt Pleasant area.
