My husband and I jumped through all your hoops which are mandantory to register online for our annual flu shot, Pneumonia, RSV and Covid vaccine. We've already taken the Shingles regime. At the Aliante and Centennial store we waited 25 minutes in line to not only go through answering all of the same questions we answered online, but to discover that it would be approximately 45 minutes more because there were people ahead of us. When I explained to the attending CSR with multiple facial piercings (she is not a pharmacist) that we had to cancel because of another commitment, she started in explaining why they were behind. I told her that we understood but really didn't need to hear it. I felt we'd wasted enough time already. She was pleasant and wished us a good day. What we don't understand, is why schedule appointments when your people are out at lunch and you're short-handed? We literally counted 8 employees. All but two were casually drinking their beverages, visiting and yuking it up at a crawling pace while the girl helping us along with everyone else plus the girl at the drive up were left to answer the phone calls as well. Not one of the other team members bothered to pick up the phone calls. Pathetic. My Insurance leaves no room to deal with any other options than Walgreens. This is disappointing as their customer service is horrific. Your excuses like your employees' piercings have too many holes... Walgreens doesn't care but perhaps if all continue to voice our concerns to the Insurance companies someone will listen. read more

Have been coming to this Pharmacy (Walgreen-Aliante) for a long time, but it has continuously gone down hill with Customer Service for the past year or more, Ever since thier head Pharmacist Peter left. It takes forever to get through to someone, but then you get the staff lying, saying if I talked to someone they were at a call center. If they have a call center, then why does it take so long, hearing you have more than 3 callers ahead of you. If they don't have your medication in stock, it takes forever for them to get the medication (Last med took 3 weeks to get) Last tech I talk to said the Medication was in stock, yet i am getting a text that they are out of stock, who do you believe?? You are at their mercy when on the phone. they are slow, the staff seem to be socializing more behind the counter than helping Customers. Made a complaint to the NV Pharmacy Board who called me back and said not much they could do, But did say I may want to change pharmacies as Walgreens has one of the most Complaints reported to the Pharmacy Board! So I think it is time to pick another Pharmacy and should encourage my Friends to do the same!! Since COVID, seems no one Cares to give good Service! read more

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!! before i start, know that i've been working in customer service for over 10 years so i know what good customer service looks like and this isn't it! i scheduled a covid rapid test at 9:45, it's now 12:25pm with no test results so i decided to call for my results I HAVE CALLED THE STORE 10 times for my results and every time I've been on hold with no one answering when putting me on hold no one even acknowledge to say we will be right with you they just answered the phone and put me on hold. this is ridiculous, NOW i'm at the drive through to ask for my results and the line isn't moving and it's been 7 MINS, get it together!! the worst pharmacy ever. read more

We get a text your prescription is ready we go to pick it up they tell us it's not ready till tomorrow, we get home another message come in pick up your prescription we go back the next day tell us not ready come back in 3-4 hours a joke of a business, try sending out a message when the prescription is actually done so we don't have to make 3 separate trips read more

my son has a bad ear infection and swollen lymph nodes. I continually called the pharmacy to see when his prescription would be ready the automated line kept saying it was being processed. After an hour and a half I spoke with a staff member that said they didn't have the antibiotics and forwarded me to someone else. I asked the woman he forwarded me to if they could send my sons prescription to another Walgreens that has the antibiotic she told me it was on nationwide back order and to call the doctor for a new prescription. My husband called Walgreens on Craig Road and MLK to see if they could pull his prescription and check. They did and said they have both meds and would have them filled within the hour. She didn't even try just said get a new meds when my son needed the one prescribed. This will no long be my pharmacy I will be using the Craig Road and MLK location for now on. read more

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been too. They have a friendly greeting when you walk in, employees make eye contact and ask if they can help and the pharmacist Pete always takes the time to discuss any concerns or answer questions no matter how busy he is. The other pharmacy staff are also very helpful and deserve kudos as well. I really wish more retailers would be this friendly and helpful. read more

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years. I've had multiple issues in that time. I've received items in the wrong quantity. I've received broken pieces of pills that were counted as a whole. Prescriptions that have been removed from my account still being filled. Prescriptions that we're set for auto refill taken off for no reason throwing off all of my pick ups. Boxes with multiple stickers peeling off. Even boxes ripped open which was the final draw for me. I received a $150 box of test strips that was ripped open. Their stance was it's not a big deal the strips inside are fine. Well I'm big on principle and you don't give people damaged product when you were paid full price. That's not how we do things in America! So for treating me like a 2nd class citizen you now lost all my future business. All of my prescriptions were just transferred to Walmart. I hope that $150 box of test strips was worth losing the thousands you were making off of me every month. This location is careless and they do not put their customers first. Dont ever order online from here for same day delivery. Door dashers will steal your items and mark as delivered, and walgreens store wont do anything and tell you that they are not responsible for that. REALLY!!! I spoke to this guy whose name i dint get , was rude n said i cant do anything, call Corporate. And then corporate telling me we are not supposed to do refund. LIKE HELLO!! Who the F is suppose to return my money!!!! After being upset then finally the customer service rep issued a refund. Id rather use CVS. I just go here because its closer to my house than cvs. THE ONLY KIND ASSOCIATE I EVER MET HERE WAS ARCHIE. Everyone else thumbs down. Slow, rude, ignores you, no greetings,. There are no text message when a prescription is ready. Example, dr called in prescription yesterday morning. I was not notified as usual so I went in this morning. Was told it would not be ready until after 3 pm. another time was told the meds were out of stock and received a message it was ready 30 min later. Usually not enough staff even when more people working there is no backup for front counter. When I went in this morning there were people waiting for service but the staff was in the back talking and laughing. Because of this incompetence I have moved my prescriptions to on line service thru insurance except for what I need in a hurry. I can not believe how this pharmacy is ran. Does the manager not see or is he not there. many of my friends have moved to another pharmacy location because of these problems. I hear the same complaint from many people. Get your act together. Living in Aliante for many years and this Walgreens has been my go to location. Every time we walk in the store we are greeted, such a nice gesture that many businesses do not do anymore. I receive all the prescriptions from this location and I've never had an issue, the pharmacist and workers are always so friendly and willing to help out. read more

I agree with the only review other then this one, when it comes to the pharmacy staff, no problems at all. The person I dealt with was very personable. However, I will never be shopping at this location again. I went in to get a few last minute items for a trip and had some trouble finding a couple of things so I looked for help with no luck. No associate was wearing a distinct uniform, which didn't help to begin with but Anytime an associate WAS around, they would greet and acknowledge the other customers making sure they were finding everything okay then walk right past me as if I wasn't there. One associate doing that is already intolerable but this happened with three different associates, INCLUDING the store Manager, Donna. Not a happy camper and extremely frustrated, I finally had to wait in line at the pharmacy to get some direct attention. At check out, I asked the cashier what the store managers name and she replied with 'why'. Although I felt that it was none of her business and that was an extremely unprofessional response I told her I had a poor customer service experience. She THEN told me that she would call the manager over and I could speak with her. I didn't want to speak with her, I wanted to know her name since I was pretty positive she was one of the workers I wanted to complain about. I explained to the cashier the poor customer service I received mentioning when associates were around they would offer help to other customers. As im sliding my card the cashier says 'no that's not right, we don't have poor customer service here.' Usually im one to bite my tongue but I just could not resist. I looked at her and said 'excuse me? did you just tell me no that's not what happened?' She then started going on about how everyone was busy, I asked why they offered help to everyone else shopping. Her response was 'well maybe you looked independent and they thought you didn't need help.' is this lady for real? I then said associates walked right past me and she said 'well they need to go to the back to stock shelves.' lady, I don't give a crap. Having been working in the customer service / retail business myself for years, I know what is expected of associates. the cashier CONTINUED to defend the staff until I finally interrupted her and said you know what, I don't want to give you my business. I don't want any of this product. She looked at me and replied 'ok, you can go now.' Without even making it home, I called the store and spoke with a Male manager (obviously not Donna) and explained the situation too. He seemed very lost and didn't seem like he understood how pissed off I was so after his reply of 'ill talk to donna about it.' I asked if there was a corporate number to call and complain too. That was probably the only professional person working for the walgreens corporation that I spoke with that day. The lady asked specific details of the situation and made me feel like she was really concerned with the fact that this location gave such poor customer service. I received a case number and was told the Store Manager would contact me within a couple days, which she did. I refuse to give this walgreens any kind of business and cannot BELIEVE how unprofessional the cashier was. The problem went from a complaint about maybe talking to associates about proper customer service, to talk to your cashier about the fact that arguing with and calling customers liars is extremely inappropriate. I think her name was b? not sure, she had an accent and I didn't bother to look at her name tag when I was there. read more

I am quite frankly appalled by this locations customer service. First and foremost there was no greet when I walked in, and yes the cashier Anne had saw us and still failed to do so. But no biggie, it happens. However the next customers that comes in right after us gets a big greet you would most likely hear across the store. They were white, (I'm filipino, not that it matters) lol anyway im not implying shes a racist but you know sometimes you can just feel the energy and witness it by just a simple greet, you know? Anyway I had two $10 off coupons that weren't expired. Calls the manager to verify it twice before scanning it. I didn't know you need a managers approval for coupons? Anyway, I kind of felt some tension on her attitude as if she assumed my coupons were fraudulent in some way. She calls the manager again (Didn't get the managers name since her tag was inside out). She scans and says it wont let us take it and that was that. They didn't even offer to accommodate the coupons. It wasn't expired, their machine just read it as invalid? I was confused to why. I asked nicely is there a reason why? They just said "I DONT KNOW, IT WONT TAKE IT". Look, I don't care much for situations like this especially about two measly coupons. However the way they acted upon the situation, clueless and unresolvable with a side of carelessness put me in an irritated mood, but I held my ground and still was calm polite about it all. They did nothing in their power to help me, the customer and THATS what drew the line for me to write this review and experience. Mind you I have used Walgreens coupons same as the ones I had at a different branch and never had any problems with it. I've been coming here now for 3 years and I couldn't be more happier their pharmacy and store staff are like family ! I forget the store managers name but she's so sweet and all The cashiers as well and Beauty department ! Also peter and all the pharmacy staff go above and beyond So caring and really do the most to meet my needs especially when me or my daughter or husband are not feeling well ! I've never felt so taken care of I'm not just a number to them , I see rude reviews about wait time in drive through they'd expected I don't get upset about that , There's been a few minor issues but not enough for me to say mean things ! I love this pharmacy and store !!! Thanks to the pharmacy staff helped me today figure out my insurance stuff with my medication and really made my day . You all are awesome read more

Picked up some pictures from my kids field trip. I get home and the color is way off and nothing like the digital copies I had sent in. I called and the first guy I spoke to couldn't put a full sentence together and was rude so I asked for the manager. I get George who has zero people skills also. Do they not train anyone here on how to handle a complaint? I told them I get many pictures done here and have never had a problem until now. Seriously, George is an idiot and not being able to handle a simple $12 photo order cost them my business. I am also calling their corp office to let them know. I tell him it's for my two kids, he then looks around as if looking for another worker and when he doesn't see anyone else he drops the "F" bomb in front of my kids, both under 5 years. After standing line for 45 minutes today I wasn't able to get my prescription. Sydney I'm assuming the head pharmacist told me due to my insurance card not having the pharmacy information I would not be able to apply the insurance coverage. I currently have medicaid blue cross blue shield and this has never been an issue before. I'm assuming she was unwilling to do the necessary steps to get the number because the card I received is the only card I have ever gotten. There has to be a way to get the necessary information. On top of Sydney not doing her job by the time I got to the front of the line the pharmacy was closing so I'm sure that played a factor in the quality of service she was willing to show. Over all I was not satisfied with the services and the nasty attitude I received from Sydney. I will not be using walgreens pharmacy in the future. read more

I went in to get my passport photo taken today. I encountered, Joel, who is assigned to work at the photo place with NO greeting, NO smile, poor body language, and the look of "I hate my life/job." Not only did I not get instructions on what I was to do, where to wait, if I was going to get my picture taken right then and there, he also did not say one word to me. He proceeded to pull down the screen which was my background and then my picture was taken. He didn't show me the picture on the camera. Instead, he put it in the photomaker and it went to big screen where we can view it. The picture was BLURRY and I asked for it to be retaken. It seemed to Joel that it was such a big hassle for him to retake it, but he did anyway. Then, we retook the picture, since i was already tired of Joel's attitude, I said "Go ahead and print it and we'll see how it turns out." The picture he printed came out blurry and we proceeded to take another which still turned out blurry. I told him that either his camera was no good or he doesn't have a steady hand. We again tried again, and now the screen he kept pulling up and down for the background got stuck. At this point, I got tired of his attitude and his awful customer service, I left. If you are Joel's manager and reading this, please retrain this young man some customer service. He is definitely in need of some training. read more

I went back the next day to pick it up, after being promised it would be ready by 6 the same day, only for them to tell me they have to contact my doctor to verify the new dosage.
