Ulta Beauty offers products from Makeup, Skin Care, Fragrance, and Hair Care! It's always fun to shop inside Ulta Beauty because there are just so many products that you can look at! Their team is super helpful too! You can ask them questions about certain products. Looking at their Estee Lauder section, I was lucky to find one more in stock for foundation - 2N1 of the ivory beige color. They had a deal on mascara, so I bought a waterproof mascara. The Aqua Brilliance foundation was also in stock! The prices are slightly high. The check out register is towards the front of Ulta Beauty. There were 3 team members assisting in the check-out process. You can sign up for a rewards program, free, to get points and to receive additional coupons! This is how I left after getting my hair dyed for 8 hours and paying $100. I am embarrassed to even go out in public. My boyfriend has described it as "white trash." I asked for orange hair with chunky brown highlights, and yellow blonde bangs. I had informed the hair stylist of all previous dye jobs and what products I used. Originally it came out extremely blotchy and the bangs were actually grey. The salon manager said that I wouldn't be charged for the appointment and they could schedule a color correction. I couldn't do color correction since I was leaving for Texas the next day. I asked to just dye the whole top section brown to cover it, and the bangs to a more yellow color. It was also sketchy to me because the salon manager said I wouldn't be charged, but after the manager left (the stylist stayed an hour after closing to fix it which I appreciate but I did not want to leave looking 60 with grey hair) she charged me $100. She said she didn't have time to blow dry it all the way since they were closed which was fine with me, so I didn't see how it looked and went ahead and payed. I called asking for a refund, and they said to ask an Ulta in Austin if they could color correct it and contact them if they could. I want a refund and for my hair to not look like garbage. read more

I wasn't very impressed with this time or the last time. Yesterday I bought The Ordinary's Salicylic Acid 2% Solution for $6.50 or so I thought. It rang up $7.20 and then $7.80 with tax. I asked Cage (or Gage) about it but he was disinterested. I didn't want to ask for a manager because I didn't want to get attitude like I did before. This is the second time that Ulta has not honored their prices. I looked at the Ulta site and this product was clearly $6.50. I would shop at Ulta more if they actually A) had the product listed at the Ulta price B) had the product that I need. This is why I've started to research products at Amazon. I've started to buy more products on Amazon if they are lower in price and address my concerns. I walked in and was immediately greeted by 2 associates. One came from an associate in front of me and the other to my right and it was such a loud and warm greeting that it caught me off guard and scared me a little. Lol! She immediately asked how she could be of assistance and helped me find the product I needed. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. :( I was at the store a day before for a curbside pickup, but I had to come in the next day to fix an issue, which was properly corrected. They practice social distancing and wear masks and ask customers to wear masks too. The lady who checked my items out, sanitized the counter tops in between customers, but unfortunately, did not sanitize the credit/debit card pad. So make sure you use the hand sanitizer they provide as you leave the store. read more

I had placed an order over the app for my mother, (something she saw and wanted to try). When it arrived, it had items missing. So I went to this location to return the item and was treated like a common criminal. By not only the cashier, BUT THE SUPERVISOR AS WELL. They told me they wouldn't help me, that I have to call corporate. So I proceeded to call the customer service line to see what could be done, AND THAT PERSON WAS ALSO SPEAKING IN AN ACCUSATORY MANOR AT ME. This person offered to send me a replacement, and when I asked what color he chose, he said it didn't give him the option to choose. Thus he was having the same problem with ordering the item that I had, and that's why IT WAS MISSING ITEMS WHEN IT ARRIVED THE FIRST TIME. The replacement item was missing items and I had to call again to notify them that both items were incomplete and being returned. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS FOR THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY TO THE CREDIT CARD!!! Needless to say I canceled the credit card. I will NEVER shop at any of there locations again. They had several opportunities to be respectful and try and help me with my problem. Instead chose to be disrespectful. I make sure and tell everyone what a horrible experience I had. I want to keep self respecting consumer's out of their stores. read more
