Need a drug store? Keep driving. This store is a dumpster fire. I've had great experiences at other Walgreen stores and have never had any problems. I've shopped at Walgreens my whole life. Every Walgreens I've visited has the same great service. Unfortunately my family and I had the worst experience I've had in a Walgreens...let alone any store. I'm saving the story of the incident for later after this is dealt with. Oh and bonus- try opening the door to their refrigerated drinks and get a whiff of whatever smell that is. Make sure you check to see if you are charged correctly before you leave. I bought 4 candies that were 4 for $4 and they ended up charging 1.99 each. They said I had to buy all the same candies for it to be valid but when I checked online I could choose any candy as long as I bought 4 that had the 4/$4 sticker. They didn't want to change the amount and said they couldn't do anything other than return the items. read more

I frequent Walgreens and prefer them to CVS. I guess I expected more from the store because of its location, but whatever. The store was clean, but the workers really suck. I was not greeted as I walked in the store. I was having a hard time finding something and a worker, who looked right at me, just walked by without a word. I'd like to clarify that once upon a time I worked at Eckerd Drugs, Walgreens one time competitor, and regardless of the fact that was 20 years ago, I would not have been allowed to simply ignore a customer who looked like she needed help. I've been in the shoes of these workers and can relate to their plight of customer service woes. Do not ignore a customer. Ask if you can help them. When I found what I was looking for I walked to an empty counter to a woman, that when she did show up, again did not greet me or even say hello. Seriously? I realize that society had become addicted to technology and lacks social skills. However, the manager should try to make sure that these teenagers at least try. read more

Love this pharmacy. They have gone above and beyond for me! The pharmacists are great and I've never had a problem with the techs either. My favorite tech is no longer there, so that makes me sad, but the others are great, too. I do sign into my Walgreens account to verify all prescriptions are ready before heading up there because sometimes the automatic texts will come through for each prescription as it's filled and I take quite a few, so better to check than waste a trip! read more

I wish that I could leave less than 1 star!!! Called the pharmacy starting at 8:30pm- 1st- stayed in hold for 30 mn- then someone picked up the phone and hung up! Called 2 more times- no one picked up. Someone finally picked up at 10:35pm- put me on hold again, stated she was the only worker- and it's better if I came in! I explained, why would I come in if this answer could be answered over the phone- she stated, because she was the only worker- and she had to manage drive through- she couldn't!! Very RUDE! I asked to speak to the store manager- she said "hold on" then the phone went dead! She hung up on me... so rude, unprofessional, not helpful, staff constantly complaining-----Walgreens- your brand has gone done!! Not sure if you've gotten new owners or NEED new owners. Someone left a similar review 1 year ago- looks like you have not corrected the issue. This means that management doesn't give a damn!!! Your workers attitudes and behaviors reflect you - management!!!! And it's not looking good! read more

Ordering my pictures was very easy online . When I went to receive them it took about 15 minuets. They never gave me the pictures due to no label . I showed them my confirmation email and they still didn't . I will not be ordering here again read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy! If I could give a lower score I would. The two ladies that work in there are completely incompetent and need to be trained on customer service. First, I was told that if my doctor did not fill out the rx COMPLETELY then she does not technically have to except it. SERIOUSLY it was missing the freaking zip code. I attempted to write it in and was told I can not alter it. I am not going to tell the dr. how to write a rx. I then made three trips in one day to pick up prescriptions after receiving phone calls and emails saying they were ready for pick up only to find out that they were not ready. After trip #3 was told to call them if I received another notification just to verify that it was ready. Why would I not assume it was ready? You just notified me that it was. Ugh Then I was told that the coupon I was attempting to put on file was not for the rx I had filled. I had to argue with the lady that it was and the name she was looking at was the name of the company that processes the coupons. My own dr. has suggested I not use that Walgreens, sad. Transferred all rxs to Kroger. read more
