Absolute, worst experience ever! The person I was picking up prescriptions at four doesn't have insurance so I asked if we could use the GoodRx. The technician said that that was fine, but I would have to enter in every individual prescription name, which I was more than willing to do. But then he turns to tell me, but we close in 15 minutes and there isn't a whole lot of time. The technician was completely rude and lacked serious customer service skills. I was able to speak to his manager to make a complaint, but she didn't even have much to say. I do not recommend this Walgreens whatsoever. If I could leave it a -10 star, I would. read more

LOVE THIS WALGREEN'S traveled from SoCal and we forgot prescription meds; I spoke with Sherri in the Pharmacy Dept., explained what happened; Sherri went above and beyond to get refills and in a very expedited manner! I was beyond pleased with the customer service in the RX Dept and the entire store! Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful!! This is a friendly Walgreens I visit when in the Desert Ridge area. Things I've run in for have always been in stock. Often I have discounts loaded onto my Walgreens card to knock a few bucks off. It's worth it to sign up for a Walgreens card. read more

Do not go to this location for your COVID vaccination. They ran the appointment times incredibly inefficiently. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 45 minutes before getting the 5 second vaccination. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

Worst experience with a Walgreens, maybe ever... instead of telling me my prescription has expired, they just don't fill it & hope you can last without your medication until you can get a new refill. Very, very poor healthcare management. I was told that he didn't have time to call every patient with an expired prescription, regardless that the refill request went through when I submitted it.... There aren't enough hours in the day, he said, he'd never get anything done. Maybe if you worried more about your patients having up-to-date prescriptions your life wouldn't be so hectic Mr. pharmacist. Really unhappy right now. read more

This is my go to pharmacy. The service is always great and they are really friendly. My gripe is that the sign says that it opens at 7am. The few times I had to stop by on my way into work, they don't open exactly at 7...the workers typically arrive at 7:05 and open at 7:10. So my rating is 5 stars for the pharmacy and 1 star for the store, averaging out to 3 stars. read more

I literally go to this pharmacy once a week to fill scripts. They know me by face, yet almost weekly they mess up and don't fill or say something wasn't called in when it actually was. The gentleman pharmacist that works a couple days a week is a gem, never a single issue. As for the he other, thanks for the weekly groundhogs day and periodic withdrawals symptoms till The next business day. This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. If you're standing in line and they are working on other things, the staff doesn't even acknowledge you're there. You could be waiting 10 minutes until they help you with no one in front of you. I understand it's a busy location, but you could at least be friendly. Makes waiting a little easier to handle. Plan on waiting at least 20-30 minutes in the drive through if there are any cars in front of you. Staff does not go above and beyond to help the customer because they are very clearly overwhelmed. Unfortunately, my experience with the pharmacy was poor. I had a prescription called in on Monday and it was lost. It was called in again, so I thought I'd call to verify they had received it. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, I finally got someone to answer. They had not processed the phone messages, so I offered to hold while he checked. Soon after, the phone was disconnected. I stopped by at 8pm, expecting it to be less busy. But I waited over 15 min in line, then he confirmed the prescription was there but had not been filled (they had it over 3 hours). He was nice and filled it in a short time. It's clear they are understaffed, so don't expect good service when they are busy (which has been almost every time I've been there). read more

Across the board this Walgreens is pretty much like every other Walgreens, which is cool - I like Walgreens but you know what I mean. Friendly customer service but sometimes not enough cashiers, nice selection, decent sales, but I will note the pharmacy at this location is on point. Fast, friendly, accurate, knowledgeable. This pharmacy sucks! They never seem to have prescriptions that doctors send in and the customer service is horrible. They don't even greet you when you approach as they are clearly being bothered and just ask if your picking up or dropping off.
