Experience with Fahima at 4130 Legacy Drive was very pleasing. She was personable and ensured I was pleased with my purchase and experience in her store. Unfortunately, I had gone to another CVS same day in Allen on McDermott to make another purchase and also use the $4.00 coupon I received from 4130 after picking up meds and making a purchase accordingly. The guy at register and then accompanied by another woman employee said I couldn't use it, 'it doesn't work that way'. I had to make ANOTHER purchase in order to use the coupon from my first purchase. I gave them back what I was purchasing and told them I would not be shopping Walgreens any longer and flipping meds to CVS. This is a ridiculous rule. You make a purchase, receive a coupon and then can't use it on your next purchase because it will only get scanned to your wallet and then you must make ANOTHER purchase in order to use. This type of control situation to ensure you get 3 visits isn't for me. I'll forever take my business elsewhere!! BOTTOM LINE: FAHIMA is a great employee at the Plano store on Legacy !! read more

Horrible experience! I had 4x6 photo print here and they couldn't even tell me why the photos got cut off. When I uploaded the picture it was fine. Everything was inside the crop frame. What really frustrated me, was the attitude of the store manager. He was looking at me like I was dumb, and couldn't speak English, and told me to call corporate. He was saying something about photos on the phone app came out like that, which made no sense. Throughout the conversation, he wasn't even trying to help but rather brush me off telling me to go print at another location, saying maybe they have better photo printing technology...I called 1800 photo, and they said I could go back asking for a refund, which this manager couldn't offer at that moment. And nope I'm not going back there ever! read more

Would give them zero if it was possible. The pharmacy is the worst. The guy at the front.. the rudest guy.... I know they are busy, but so are a lot of people who make appointments to be seen. That's why we make appointments. Clearly, it's not important to them. Not sure who is worse, CVS or Walgreens Pharmacy. read more

I've been waiting in the drive through for more than 20 minutes when there's only 1 car ahead of me. When it's my turn, I've sitting there waiting for at least 6 minutes to finally come check on me. The pharmacy itself was not busy at all. You can see there are 2 technicians inside. read more

Not aware that the pharmacists lunch break is 1:30 - 2:00 PM, I pulled into the drive through a little before 1:30 PM today. The customer in front of me completed their transaction and I pulled up to the window about 1:29 PM. Instead of letting me know they were headed to lunch, the person took a big sign, and place in the window (essentially, in my face) which states Pharmacist not available. Out to lunch 1:30 - 2:00. I honked the horn, but no acknowledgement. I waited, then called the store manager. He simply said, sorry, they are out to lunch. I'll pick up my prescription later this afternoon, but after 7 years of using this location, this will be my last visit. I'll be moving on to another pharmacy. read more

I was here for passport photos. They were very courteous and helpful, but it took a little bit. ~$12 for two pictures isn't too bad and they came out pretty nice. Worth a try if you need pictures done. read more

This is the most inept pharmacy I've ever visited. They can't refill prescriptions on time. They lose prescriptions (months of refills) & every visit I make there results in a new challenge or issue. I'm done w/them & suggest anyone who wants to keep their sanity, choose a different pharmacist. read more

Worst place ever don't even bother going to the assistant Manager because he look like he's about to kill someone , so rude I was trying to send money using their Wester Union I couldn't even see the numbers on the receipt so how can I give the tracking number if I can't see anything ??? I had to start using Walgreens when our favorite Rite-Aid was absorbed by them. I stuck with them for a couple years but recently moved and got exposed to Good RX. I found because of some of the comparisons you can run on their site I could actually get a better deal paying cash on some of my prescriptions at Walmart and using insurance for one vs getting the same package at Walgreens, or how I had been using insurance for all, it was a chunk more expensive. It's a shame you have to go through all this but if you have several prescriptions you have to use, jump on and check the prices, you might be able to save some money, they give examples of prices for a number of different sources, in my case Walmart won. read more

***This is a fairly large Walgreens with a wide variety of items in their seasonal aisle; if you are looking for toiletries and such, you are probably going to spend more here than you would at a Target; service was pleasant*** Like other Walgreens, this store has its own free parking lot and it is easy finding an open space. read more

I went here to get my passport photo (U.S.). They were able to take the photo and print it on the spot. They have a pull down screen and send you off with 2 copies cut to size for $10.99. They also have a $2 off coupon code online (which I unfortunately didn't know about when I went; I just saw it). The store was clean and the photo station was easily to locate in the front of the store. And of course the 3 for $3 candy boxes doesn't hurt. #sourpatchkids read more

I wouldn't normally write a review on a chain like Walgreens, because you usually know what you are going to get but I go to this Walgreens a couple times a month and always have a good experience. The associates always greet me when I walk in and the store is clean and bright. The photo lab always makes my picture order from online correct and is usually done in a few hours for pick up. They also have beer and wine and a nice candy aisle. read more

When in a car with one sleeping kid, one cranky kid, and one 'Mom, mom, mom listen' child sitting in line to wait at the drive through pharmacy isn't high on the list. But what makes it better is after getting my prescription I realized I needed to also get an over the counter med, so the amazing pharmacist went and got it for me so I did t have to haul all 3 kids inside! Normally I love this store. My whole family shops here but and we usually have a great experience but that all changed today. Went in to pick up a few things this morning around 9:45-10 am ish and the cashier up front had a long line and was not moving. I politely asked the manager on the floor, older guy with glasses and grey hair, if they had another cashier as the people in front of me were upset and my dog was in the car. He responded by saying rudely,"you don't have to be mean I guess I'll do it." Not at all the standards Walgreens normally has. Also you're cashier said rudely " welcome to the store.." where are you working?? Did not realize Walgreens was now The Store... Sad thing is again we normally love this store. The cashiers are normally great and the general manager is amazing, but we won't be shopping here any longer. read more

worst. pharmacy. ever. My wife and I have never had so much trouble trying to get prescriptions refilled at another pharmacy. The front desk clerks don't know what they are doing as I have had several incidents of trying to get a new prescription filled, sometimes not even requiring insurance and they state that it requires either pre-authorization, or some other reason they cant fill it. I have had the pharmacist even correct them on the spot as they are trying to deny filling my prescriptions. they are the closest for me but I am taking my family's business to another place for better service. read more
