I picked up $30 worth of pennies at the bank on Friday so even if there is a "shortage", they are available. So when I paid for my items at the checkout, I received my change back and it was $.03 short. When the clerk handed me my change she said "I don't got no three cents". I'm not sure how much $.01 to $.04 adds up to over the day and night each day, weeks, months and years, but it seems that if the store isn't going to make the correct change available, they need to be rounding up the change given instead of shorting the customer and pocketing the difference. And how about teaching your clerk how to treat the customer and speak properly!!

I made a report and it took over 2 weeks for someone from the location to return my call. I was offered to have my hair redone for free and declined. I was then told I had to drive back to the location for a refund. When asked if it could be done without me having to return I was told no. It was explained the card was needed. I drove to the store as instructed and had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to assist me. Once he did not one time was my card swiped or needed.
