The line at the pharmacy. To help with this problem, they've shortened their hours. Eye roll.

Walgreens, you are so disappointing. I've been a customer for 20 years & you have slowly decreased in everything. Your timelines, customer service, notifications & just over all atmosphere is so pathetic. Once Amazon rolls out their pharmacy, I'll be quick to transfer! I'm not alone. Every time I'm in your store, I hear other customers with the same complaints. Sadly, it used to be about customers.

Avoid this pharmacy. All the reviews are spot on. I recently moved to town and had my prescription sent here. The first time I picked up, I waited in line in-store for 40 minutes for 5 people in front of me, then another 40 minutes after being helped for the pharmacist to "verify the prescription" (whatever that means since it had been ready for pick up for a week). All I watched the pharmacist do was take 3 phone calls before taking its clip off the top of the bag. Last week I initiated a refill request online. It showed as processing for four days, and then suddenly was closed out and "no refills in progress" listed on my dashboard. So I called Sunday to initiate the refill verbally and was told it would be ready Monday at 10. Wednesday I went to pick it up, this is what the drive thru looked like. After finally reaching the window (an hour waiting), I was told I'd need to come back. I mentioned I got an email saying it was ready, and was very harshly answered "Well it's not so you can come back tomorrow at 11. Right now we're 14,000 prescriptions behind and yours is one of them so you can come back tomorrow and it'll be ready." I'm sure they deal with a lot of impatient customers than myself so remain on the defense, but the attitude would be very jarring if you were someone stressed and in desperate need of your medication (luckily I was not). Also how does Walgreens allow a location to backlog 14,000 prescriptions? I'll happily send my prescriptions to Target as an excuse to go shopping...however wanted to warn others to save them the same headache, especially for very important medications! :)

I have spent the last days in crazy lines attempting to pick up medications for my son. Refills were scheduled to becready for pick up only to continuously be told they aren't after long lines. After three total hours of attempting to get medications on three attempts I am done. Transferring all my family prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Very nice employees. Always clean. Only problem... They do not open until 8 am, so if you want to stop before work, don't bother.

Pharmacist "Do" could care less. Very poor customer service…read more Another CVS pharmacy transferred two prescriptions. I arrived about 60 minutes after it was called in. When I arrived I waited in a longer than normal line to get service. When it was my turn I was told only one of the 2 prescriptions was filled. They had no record of the second one. The clerk transferred me to the pharmacist who searched further on the computer and found it. He said it was "lost in the system". It needed to be filled. I said ok I'll be patient. Then he said come back in 40 minutes because he was closing the pharmacy for lunch. I said I have perishables inside the car and it's 98 degrees outside. He said "I'm sorry, come back in 40 minutes." Now you would think if this was my fault or I arrived just at lunch time to have a prescription filled I could understand waiting around. But it wasn't my fault. You would think he would have taken 5 minutes to fill the lost prescription rather making me wait 40+ minutes with perishables inside the car. Very poor customer service.

The tech got me checked in, got the meds out of the cooler and notified the Pharmacist, and instructed me to take a seat. While waiting only 2 people approached the counter. At 8:45 I informed the person who had checked me in, an asked how much longer. She spoke with the pharmacist in form it would be about 10 more minutes before he could do my injection. I informed that I would not continue to wait, and would get my vaccination elsewhere. They require an appointment to receive a vaccination, but then expect you to wait indefinitely after arriving early.
