Ok so let me tell you about what happen to me I stop in around 6:30-7pm 4/10/2026 to pick up my photos that I had ordered online Now we all know Walgreens do not keep someone stationed at the photo counter So before I walk back there and have to walk back to the front to get someone I stop and asked the cashier(Diana) ( excuse me but is there anyone working in the back by photos) she looked up at me and said (go to the back and find out) that immediately took me out of my body I replied to her and said can you called someone over there for me she replied when im done with this customer I will help you. First thing first. It's not what you say it's how you say it. Now Diana is a WHITE women helping a BLACK lady and talking reckless to a BLACK man. Now the lady is looking at her like something is wrong with her. I then told her call your manager. She said when I'm done I replied I'll wait. Another lady that work there walks up I ask her is she the manager she replies no he is over there I can get him for you Diana tells her ( he want the manager because he mad at me) first of all I do not know you for me to be mad at you but what you not going to do is talk to me with a attitude like I'm your child. As the lady is walking towards the manager Diana decides to leave her register ( Mind you she is the only cashier in the front of the store) and try to go wheee the manager is. I follow and she turns back around. Now while I am waiting for the manager to get off the phone. She rolling her eyes at me and making comments. At the point my blood is boiling As I am waiting to speak to the manager an older lady tells me a few weeks ago she told her if she taking to long she can go to CVS. Like if this the kind of people Walgreens is hiring old white people who do not like black people If so I'm glad I found out because the will no longer get my prescriptions nor business. The absolute worst pharmacy. Do not fill your medications here. Pharmacist is rude and short with people inquiring about medications. Dropped a prescription off and came back twice to check on the status. The third time I came back I was told they didn't have enough of the medication to give me. So no one looked at how much was in stock, they just continued to tell me to come back. And the whole time the pharmacy didn't have it in stock. Total waste of time. The store is also extremely dirty. I would never risk getting a vaccine here read more

As someone working in healthcare it is insanely inconvenient to have to wait over *2 hours* to get through to pharmacy. nothing against the staff there I'm sure this is a higher up issue but it is unacceptable. Walgreens you need to do so much better. read more

The Walgreens in Robbinsdale has the worst service and the Pharmacy employees are rude. They continually shut down the drive thru which hinders some handy-cap people from getting their meds. You don't know when it will be down it is hit or miss. My brother who is unable to get out of his car without assistance stopped to pick up his meds and the drive thru was closed again. I went back to pick up his meds and when I asked the Pharmacist why the drive thru was closed, she said the drawer was broken. I replied I have been told it was because they were short staff or the line for shots was too long and now a broken drawer. I told her to stop with the lies and false excuses her reply was THEN DON'T ASK. IS THAT THEIR COPORATE RESPONSE. read more

The parmacy is the worst!There is this big headed pharmacist who makes decisons contrary to your doctor"s orders.Most of the staff are rude If I could give a negative 10 star i would !!! they make you call them if there is a problem with your prescription but,they do not answer their phones.I've called Walgreens pharmacies everywhere in Minnesota and most of them answer in the third ring.This is the only store who has a recording saying thatyour call is third or whatever in line.An hour and a half later you are still in line.NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR CALL!!!Stay away from this pharmacy!!This place has become very,very toxic!!!New people checks up on you to see if you are stealing something! If I could give zero stars I would. After the 3rd time dealing with expired items at this location I had to say something. This time it was expired D-vi-sol I needed for my 2 month old. When my husband went to exchange it he found every package of this item on their shelf was expired. Not cool. Freshness checks are a must. Especially with items for infants! read more

Staff here is very friendly and actually recognize customers, which is rare to have nowdays. Very cheerful atmosphere for a pharmacy. Its a brand new store with a nice layout and carries actually a very wide assortment of items. Much nicer building then the old one read more

Took a half-mile walk up to Walgreen's to purchase a single bottle of overpriced knock-off Benadryl and was told that, apparently, I need ID to do so. Seriously? Since when? Last I looked, diphenhydramine was not a controlled substance and in my nearly 30 years of life, I have NEVER been asked for ID to purchase it. Cashier was also very rude and condescending about it. I've used this pharmacy for many years. The people are friendly, but I've had trouble with the pharmacy. I've had times they have been out of my prescription and instead of telling they've stalled. One prescription I needed, they kept gathering together and muttering to each other then would say they would have it the next day. They ended up giving me the wrong one after 3 tries. But today took the cake. They shorted me 10 pills for my prescription. When I called them about it, they pretty much accused me of lying to them and told me I should have counted the pills when I picked the prescription up. After 12 years, I'm moving pharmacies. read more

This store is in a convenient location and that's why it got 1 star. I went in last week to buy greeting cards. The store, entryway, parking lot, and surrounding landscape were littered with trash. The store itself was a mess. I did not walk the entire store as I was only after cards so I can't speak for the condition of the store beyond that area. The greeting card area was a mess as well and it appeared the card merchandiser(s) had not been there for awhile. The checkout clerk didn't greet me until I said, 'hi.' Apparently she was exhausted as she couldn't stop yawning. The customer ahead of me bought candy and she dropped it into the bag from quite a height. I'm thinking there's a management or lack of management issue here. It's a shame as it's fairly new construction and on a main street of a town that's trying to remain vibrant and overall seems to be on the upswing. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! They partially fill prescriptions, then try and charge additional co-pays when you have to make another trip to get the remaining amount. I have been a customer for over 6 months- and have NEVER gotten a full prescription, only partial which requires another trip there for me. The wait time is forever also. They DO NOT call when the remaining portion of a prescription comes in. I have been there on more than one occasion when others also receive a partial prescription, and have to come back another day. If you ever want to talk to someone from the pharmacy staff, the wait is long....Go somewhere else to get prescriptions filled! read more

Well, it would be really nice if I was writing a positive review about an amazing experience. I was at this Walgreens location this morning 3/29/17 and was told by the pharmacist that he would not process a prescription for me. I have never had an experience or received customer service from any Walgreens that was as bad as todays experience. The store manager Jeff was responsive and seemed to care when I voiced my concern; however, I wonder how many people who may not have the motivation or desire to complain as I did, really get resolution for there issues at places such as this. I am pretty tired of shopping at establishments placed in minority communities where the customer service is as bad as I experienced today. At what point do we boycott these entities. I had the support of co-workers as I tried to resolve this issue but it should have never happened. I only gave this store one star because it exist. I will never shop there again. read more
