I had a 12:30 appointment for covid booster. I sat in a line for 45 minutes to be told to go to a different line. I sat there for half an hour, gave a clerk information which she transcribed wrong. Waited another half hour for her to print a form i needed to fill out. I have now been here two and a half hours and still no shot. This is a pathetic disorganized mess. Pharmacy rating - Covid testing. Made an appointment for covid testing, arrived 15 minutes early. Waited over an hour to get tested. There was a long line which included people picking up prescription and getting tested. I recommend Walgreens review their logistics and modify to help reduce wait time for individuals picking up prescription and getting tested. It was annoying and frustrated specially with a little one in the car. I attempted to call the pharmacy to get an update, took 20 minutes before someone picked up the phone line. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. I get it, Covid and distributing vaccines can be hectic. But you would think a business would be a bit more organized for this. Stood in line close to 50 minutes just to check in for appointment. Waited another 45 minutes to receive the vaccine. People in line to pick up prescription were waiting in another line for about an hour or more. If you can go elsewhere, please do so. Worst pharmacy experience anywhere. Been here twice. I thought maybe the first time was just them having a bad day but the second time was even worse. I'd highly recommend you find a different location for your vaccine & prescription needs. Customer service is extremely slow and not very courteous or friendly. There drive thru is slow and the staff move with no urgency .You will wait for hours to get helped .They have no consideration for time

The pharmacy at this store is a joke. Always expect to wait at least 30 min to get help not matter in store or the drive through. They often don't have medication in stock and apparently can't check their other locations. The seaside pharmacy is the only one around here who seems to have their act together. OMG!!!! This place SUCKS if u go through drive through for pick up!! ONLY REASON GIVING IT 2 stars is because when I'm inside they r much nicer n fast at getting people in and out. If you suffer from chronic pain like me and get prescription pain medicine avoid this pharmacy. They will treat you as a criminal or drug addict and sometimes will refuse to fill your script because "they don't feel comfortable". Go to a locally owned pharmacy like Alisal Pharmacy or All care pharmacy. Trust me you'll be treated with much more respect than this place. read more
