I had a very unpleasant experience at this Walgreens when picking up a photo order. I had been called the night before and was told to come into the store and ask about applying a coupon because I was unable to apply it online. When I was explaining the situation to Rita, I was actually trying to clarify that I had already applied the coupon to one order and did not want it accidentally applied twice. Before I could finish explaining, she cut me off and said, "Just let me do it." I tried to brush that off and assumed maybe it was just a misunderstanding. However, shortly afterward, when I entered my phone number at checkout, she asked if I had already entered it. I told her yes, and she responded, "Oh, well, you messed it up. Now I have to redo this" Why wouldn't I put my phone number in if it had popped up on the screen?? I was polite and patient throughout the entire interaction, so I was irritated by the repeated attitude and the way I was spoken to. I hope management addresses this because she was extremely rude and off putting. I won't be ordering pictures from Walgreens again. read more

I couldn't agree more with the low ratings of this stores consistent piss-poor dismissive attitude in customer service. !! The male Pharmacist on duty today was polite and professional!! However, the chubby, dark haired young lady working with him need a job with zero contact with customers. Ask her a question about a coupon and she couldn't care less with her rude response that made absolutely NO sense. This store is always a LAST LAST resort in getting ANYTHING. They never fail in giving pathetic customer service. They're always looking at their watch as if THEIR lunch break is always more important than addressing customers in line. You will run out of gas waiting for service at the drive-thru...It's ridiculous. Make it better by hiring a staff that cares. Keep the Pharmacist, but there's only so much he can do alone. read more

If you need to upload your credit card for pharmacy deliveries, you'd have better luck sitting outside in the evening and howling at the moon!!!! I've spent over 8 hours today trying to update my credit card and get nothing but system errors!!!! I'm a 100% disabled Marine Vet and my wife is also disabled, so we depend on delivery services. read more

The pharmacy techs ARE FKN AWFUL! Their attitudes are TRASH! Again today had this tech in the drive through, who could GAF about customer service, ask me if I had a manufacturer's coupon for my meds. I said yes b/c my Master's degree isn't in pharmacy jargon so I figured anything on my account would show. She can't find it and says let me know when you locate it, just ring the bell. A second later she comes back to the window and said, "DID YOU FIND IT?!" Like rushing us, so I said just pay with the card on file! We parked, I located my discount card that I've used there BEFORE! And went inside! She said well you said manufacturer's coupon and not Good RX! I'm like why wouldn't you just look at my account and see what I've used before! She's a rude POS and this is every tech I encounter there! The manager told me before that they have issues keeping or getting good techs! Well you need to get rid of this one too because her attitude and customer service sucks ASS! I will be transferring my meds FOR SURE!! This is unacceptable and happens EVERY TIME!!!! I don't even think this pharmacy deserves a one star! They NEVER answer the phone and instead of asking you to hold they just PLACE you on hold before you even let them know what you're calling about! After being on hold for over 5 min someone else picks up and places you right back on hold without saying anything to you about already being on hold! read more

I wish I could give negative star. This place has the worst customer service. I stopped using the pharmacy because they are always rude but recently my phone provider offered free photo prints from Walgreens. When the order was ready I went to get them and the girl was just so rude. She was short, seemed frustrated, and didn't really want to be there. She gets the package and just kinda tosses them on the counter then when she rings it up and they are free she just kinda makes a face and walks off. Every time I go thinking oh it's been awhile maybe it's gotten better.....it hasn't. read more

My family uses this Walgreens for the pharmacy. They are by far the slowest pharmacy we have ever used. Also the pharmacist dont really seem to have time or interest in answering questions. In the last 20 years, this is the first pharmacy that I have felt like pulling my hair out every time I have to get a prescription filled. read more

I run in to this Walgreens quite often for milk or bread. And these items are about the same price as at HEB. And I love to browse their seasonal aisle. However, their clock runs fast and they close about 5 minutes early. And the manager is quite pushy about getting customers out the door. read more

As a handicapped person, I do not expect to be waiting in line for an over 21 employee to come and confirm my purchase. I do not know why there is an under 21 person at the cash register on a Saturday night especially if the store sells beer. Elisandra (the MOD) this night finally came and reached over the counter in front of me and scanned her badge instead of going around the counter which I thought was extremely rude. Elisandra(the MOD) did not offer an apology for my more than 10 minute wait but instead just walked off. It is sad that the employees have better manners than Elisandra the manager on duty does. Do not shop at this store. There is an HEB half a block down with better prices anyway. This Walgreens will not be getting any more of my money. read more
