I was generally unhappy with my Botox experience. I usually go to another med spa and was told to give this place a try. I think it's designed as a quick in and out and I didn't feel my injector was Really listening to me. Overall it just wasn't a great experience for me. The people was Nice it was the actual Injections and results that would Make me not return again I had some areas that were clearly missed that left some rippled parts to my face . I scheduled an appointment with your med spa over a month ago and I'm very unhappy with my experience. Morgan the injector is very rude, brass, and condescending. I am nurse practitioner and if I had staff like her my patients would be very unhappy. Nurse Practitioner Ashley was fine I have an autoammunode disease that is in remission so I had to reschedule for clearance. This was frustrating since I added medical hx prior to my appt and called to confirm all was fine and reassured me it was prior to my appt. My entire visit was a waste of time. As I was heading out still talking to Ashley about how frustrated I am with the need to reschedule. Morgan gets the manager for me not sure of her name. The manger was fine but didn't take the lead Morgan kept talking and stepping in front of me in a very uncomfortable way. Morgan was talking over the manger and talking over Nurse Practitioner and talking over me Morgan is very unprofessional, rude and is a bad face for business, she looked sloppy and unkept as well. I go to the injection room- Elian location. I have been a client of Alices for a while now and I absolutely love her!! Shes the sweetest and always makes me feel so comfortable. I visited the eilan location and was really disappointed by the customer service and unprofessionalism. This was my second visit and was really looking forward to it, based on my last visit...boy was i wrong. I arrived to my appointment at 10 (appointment was at 10:15).I was really nervous because the injector i saw before no longer worked there so i was put with Alice. I went to use the ladies room and noticed my injector had on a treatment on as i was walking by. I found it a little odd based on the fact that my appointment was soon. I waited, the receptionist was the one that took me back and put the numbing cream... i waited there until 10:45. Receptionist came in and said Alice was running behind. I asked how much longer ? She said she would ask. Within a few minutes my injector comes in with a face mask on. The only thing that i was thinking in that moment was how unprofessional it was. She was really passive and did not put me at ease with questions i had. Did not make me feel comfortable at all. I was really close to wanting to walk out because of how bad my anxiety was. But was scared about the 100 dollars they charge you for no show.The lights kept flickering in the room and she kept commenting on how it was annoying her and how she couldn't see ( not something you want to hear when you have needle in your face) also as a cosmetic spa you should make sure your rooms are working properly for your clients. I was told my face was depleted, that my mouth shape was going to be hard and she kept commenting on how much blood was coming out from where she was injecting ( sorry i have no control over that). When i originally made the appointment i told them i wanted a few services to please extend the time. They assured me that i would get everything i wanted done same day. Alice then told me that she didn't have enough time but when i pushed back on what i told the receptionist she then agreed to finish my service. I spent a total of 1400.00 dollars that day ...my service was mediocre and i was left disappointed and honestly really upset. I waited over 2 weeks to post this ...just to see my results. And I am not happy. Also the bathroom was filthy ( ring around the toilet) and the place smelled almost like an eggy/fishy smell. Im not sure whats going on at this location. I absolutely love coming to the injection room. Every provider I have seen has made me feel super comfortable. Most recently, I saw Morgan, and even though she was the newest injector, I could tell that she had experience and was dedicated to attention to detail. She made the experience incredibly comfortable (as comfortable as it can be for needles in your lips lol), and I am in LOVE with my lip shape. I came here for my botox brow lift and loved it. So I decided to make another appointment for another botox procedure. Unfortunately due to an emergency at work, I had to cancel my second appointment. It was for a procedure that will cost more than $1500. I contacted my injector on the phone to let her know I couldn't make it, and then called the office to reschedule. The lady spoke with me on the phone helped me change the dates and then informed me that it would be a $100 fee for same day cancellation. Naturally, I was upset, and $100 is a lot of money for me. I understand that small businesses like The Injection Room need to do everything to survive in a pandemic, however, their customers, like us, are also dealing with increased stresses at work and home, lock downs and an economic downturn as well. I think by charging your loyal customers a cancellation fee to "teach them a lesson" isn't the best strategy in this economic climate. It's hard to go back to The Injection room after this experience, even though I liked my injector and this location is super convenient (about 7 minute drive from my new home). read more

I've been coming here for a year now. Lauren is extremely sweet and overall has done a great job. My last appointment for Botox felt a little rushed and that's probably my only complaint. It didn't feel as personal as it usually does. Overall the staff is so kind and they all do a wonderful job. I've been about 4 times in the last year and have not had a "bad" experience. Lauren also answers all my millions of questions and is still still kind even though I'm sure she wishes I would shut up lol. Andee is also always super informative and kind.
